How is that not fraud, do we even have a justice system anymore? My husband’s military pension did not show up in his bank account this month, so two days trying to get through the “Hot line” that no one answers or answers when someone shows up. Apparently snivel servants can cancel a person’s pension if the government sends you out mail and it’s returned to the goberment. Yes, apparently they’ve had no problem sending mail to our new address these past two years, but someone using an out dated data base sends something to our old address and boom you are no longer entitled to your pension. These people are out of control, they answer to no one including the courts. On who’s authority can a snivel servant cancel a a legally binding pension agreement?
