      and Ms. Kay is correct. O’Bonsawin passes her dissertation defense this year, at the U of Zero. Perhaps the Library of Canada hasn’t published the dissertation as yet, or perhaps the library is stonewalling. Or perhaps she has yet to type in the required changes and have it passed by her supervisor.

At least they have maintained the lessor important criteria of guild socialism ensuring the job goes to a Lawyer. To bad the Supremes all hail from the whims of the elected sociopaths.
