19. I very much enjoy any and all claims of “systemic racism”, as if it were actually (still) a real thing.

    I always challenge people to give me *just one* example of actual, honest-to-god “systemic racism” in Canada in 2022.

    Usually they will just call me a racist, causing me to laugh at them and move on…but once in awhile someone actually gives it a shot. Never ends well for them. Accusations of preferential hiring practices? One individual responsible for hiring who may be a racist is *not* ‘systemic’ Certain physical or academic standard required for particular jobs? *Not* ‘racism’ (nor ‘systemic’). Not enough of members a particular ethnic group in a department? Whose fault is that? Too many of another group in prison? Whose fault is THAT?

    John Baglow’s buddy Terry Rudden tried with ‘not enough Indian Affairs offices close to reservations’ (seriously…that was his argument, that natives had to travel too far to get government services). I give him credit for at least attempting it, although he *was * involved in writing a government-sponsored ‘report’ of some kind on ‘systemic racism’, so I guess he was pretty much obligated to give it a shot.

       An amazing coincidence is that natives ,off of reserves and free of this “help” are mostly functional adults and happy running their own lives ,on reserve?
