  1. Tho Ottawa Citizen is indeed retarded, on every level.
They actually think paperwork sent back from a war zone could, even theoretically, be trusted.
Anybody remember all the ISIS soldiers with M-16s?
    I didn’t think so.

Lastly, if the Ukes actually needed weapons, why would anyone worry that they’d sell them off to the black market? Oh yeah, the Ukes don’t need weapons, but Zelensky and the WEF money-laundering operation does.

Try keeping up, the dims and rinos love the EweKrain, for the money laundering fact, and notheing more, well except the pay offs the MIC gives them. And that last one is a proven fact!

        1. None of it is a proven anything. No one needs Ukraine for money laundering Canada can do that just fine.

Shit, bro… President Houseplant left a whole Air Force to the Taliban.

      Priorities, maybe?

  2. Whether the Ukrainians use NATO weapons or the pool of tens of millions of AKs floating around the world from conflict to conflict is irrelevant. A gun is a gun and a war is a war. The potential for abuse is equal and infinitesimally small. What stops gun smuggling is real police work that focuses on criminals and not target shooters and hunters.

For once you ain’t blathering about the Ruskies, what happened you hit yer head and knock some sense into it????

  3. When you send weapons to a war, you risk losing them in some manner, be it a mundane sidearm or a prototype hover tank with a plasma cannon.

That has always been at play with wars through history, and no amount of bureaucracy is going to change that.

  4. Meh. War is messy, black markets find a way. The overwhelming majority of smuggled arms is Soviet stuff especially MANPADS those are almost all Russian make and almost all of those date from Soviet days.

  5. This was highlighted just yesterday when a plane in route to Bangladesh from Ukraine crashed and it was loaded with all kinds of explodey things. They surmise that this was old weaponry and explosives that they are selling under the table now that newer items are flooding in from the US. Nice to know that the US taxpayer is now in the black-market arms business. I’m putting that on my resume.

  6. So.. what I’m reading is that the Canadian Government under Trudeau is consistent in both its domestic and foreign policy. Don’t worry about foreign or domestic criminal activity with guns, (in fact they enable it) and only focus on restricting law abiding citizens with guns.

  7. Well let’s be realistic. The only reason for gun control is control of the masses. Our pretty-boy dictator is only concerned with controlling Canadians. There’s no chance he could control Ukrainians even if he wanted to, so why should he care?

  8. A lot of countries would donate weapons to Canada if Canadians decide to overthrow their WEF/Globalist masters.

    1. You think Vlad would give me a T-14 Armata with a generous supply of HE rounds?
