Build a new hospital as an expansion renovation of the Parliament buildings. Parliament should never again meet in Ottawa; instead meet at various locations across Canada on a rotating basis. The people of Ottawa don’t want Canadians showing up in their city, so send the MPs and Parliament out to the people of Canada.
