    1. The euroweenies aren’t anywhere near as cowardly as Canadians when it comes to standing up against tyranny.

      1. Oh, I don’t know about that. I suspect they’re just as much in love with marketing boards and subsidies as their Canadian counterparts. They’re okay with that kind of tyranny.

        1. Northern Alberta farmers loved the wheat board. Something for nothing.
Those of us in Southern Alberta hated it. Paid us nothing for something.

          1. I think the Canadian Wheat Board (which still exists, but it is no longer mandated to be used) was loved by older farmers. As the older generation of farmers retires, the CWB will either have to adapt or disappear.
I worked in accounting for a farm co-operative for 2 years. The farmers in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, even into their 50’s are very tech-savvy. They use their cell phones in the tractor cabs and bounce off of satellites. Near the 49th parallel, they use American Satellites, further north, they use Russian Satellites. Using this type of technology, allows them to plant an extra row of lentils, beans, mustard, wheat, rye, barley, which goes to their profit line.

    2. Jackboots!? How about BULLETS!!?? The Dutch Polizia are SHOOTING at farmers!! What’s next? Armed guards following the farmers in the field? To ensure they farm properly? As deemed correct by The State?

  1. I wonder how bad it has to get before they start hunting down politicians and killing them?
In one South American country they are actually starting to do that.

    1. Someone in Japan already did.
Admittedly Abe was not a politician anymore but some lone wolf had been done wrong by.
For whatever reason , this should be a warning to our Overlords, ” People shouldn’t fear their governments , Governments SHOULD FEAR their people “.

There’s more where that came from.

      1. Governments should “serve” their people, that is why they were elected. I did not vote for a dictator.

  2. 122 implements by my count. The effect of this movement, simply as a labour strike, must be huge.

    1. Yeah and we get Soylent Long Pig.
Hopefully there are some ground up Evil Ones in that meal.

  3. I wonder if the Dutch government will freeze their bank accounts and cancel their insurance, or does that kind of thing only happen where substitute drama teachers are in power?

    1. They haven’t held any “unacceptable views” yet, so they might be safe for now.

  4. Silly gooses, if only the spelled Black Lives Matters instead the JBTs would be on their knees.
