Heh.. I’m guessing that interview didn’t really fit the cultural relativism narrative they were going for. I.E. Cultures may differ, but they are not better or worse. Well… the drinking ones own piss, chewing on ones own shit and throwing it at people might just indicate it’s a culture not worth preserving.
Or, a culture worth getting the film rights to.
