  1. All those progressive types who claim to abhor bullying and mistreatment seem to be the experts at doing them…

“…they could no longer stomach a culture they describe as demeaning and ignores volunteers, with the majority of those targeted being women.”

“…a leaked letter from 15 (Alberta) NDP riding presidents and regional executives called for an independent investigation into what they term is a pattern of mistreatment of volunteers along with questionable candidate nomination practices.”

Do as I say, not as I do.

    1. Article read as if the young woman in question is growing up.
The arrogance of our progressive comrades has always been their identifying characteristic.
“We will tell you what to think”..
Works very well on the young and stupid and some like Notley, never grow beyond such limits.

Albertans got to see, what the Never Done Paying Party was really like.
Parasites with astounding delusions,is the polite version.

Of course the NDP despises volunteers and locals, they are “Experts” Legends in their own minds..
“What if I am mistaken”,is not a common thought in these ideologues..

Remember how Rachel ,had to bring in the experts, from Ontario, when handed a surprise election victory?
The local grifters were not adequate to the task,of stomping the tax paying citizen good and hard..
I continue to have faith in Albertans, once we have tried all the worst alternatives we will finally return to reality.
If you want governance done right..Do it yourself.

Professional Politicians are at best parasites and at worst a deadly plague.
Being useless, clueless and unskilled, they wreak destruction naturally as they “mean well”..
      Ignorance is not bliss.
For those on the receiving end.

    1. Lol. Didn’t see that coming. Didn’t Ice Tea, the longest-running Black character on TV, who plays a cop on Law and Order, used to rap about killing cops ?

  2. Business is booming…
For anyone in the good graces of progressive governments, especially certain Indigenous groups (like, say, the Manitoba Southern Chiefs Organization)…

Hudson Bay Company’s long-abandoned downtown Winnipeg department store could not be given away. A huge money pit waiting for any potential new owner.

But wait! We’re the government and we’re hear to help!

“The City of Winnipeg is poised to offer the Southern Chiefs’ Organization up to $9.7 million in property-tax rebates over 25 years as part of a package to assist the $135-million redevelopment of the former Hudson’s Bay building… …the city is offering SCO an 80-per-cent rebate on the property taxes the development will generate every year… …The city is also offering to fast-track the permits for the project and waive up to $350,000 in permit and planning fees… …The city is also offering to improve sidewalks and streetscaping around the former Bay building by 2025 and might repair the areaways — hollow spaces located underneath sidewalks.”

Not to be outdone, the provincial and federal governments step up…

“The province (Manitoba) is contributing $35 million to the project, while the federal (Trudeau, Liberal) government has extended $65 million worth of loans, demanding only $10 million be repaid.”

Where can I get a loan like that?

    1. I read about this and linked it in emails to friends. I commented that it still will be an unholy mess in 5-10 years. The article which I read said that the building would be converted into various sized apartments, learning spaces (does this mean a school?) and shops for indigenous artists.
I had not released the crying need for more bead necklaces or artwork.
It will be interesting to see if I have foretold the future correctly.

      1. We should also make sure that they get their very own self managed grave yard cause we can t afford another Kamloops situation. Especially since we are never allowed to verify if any bodies of “1ST Nations” actually exist in their supposedly sacred burial grounds.

    1. Just down from that story, same link, is a fable of Covid continuing on under the radar..
Telling the tale of a triple jabbed public servant who is ill with The covid and getting no help in Saskatchewan..
Reading it,before you ever learn his “Vacc Status” you already know,it ain’t The Covid..
      Its the Jab.

      1. John.

The thing is, where ever you go in this country, there are BIG Signs and in some cases public address systems urging the sheep to “get your VAX.!!”…DAILY. Walk into any Pharmacy and you’ll see the signs…as well as advertisements for the “Covid Rapid Tests”…which I’m sure are gobbled up rapidly by the petrified sheep among us.

So a Rapid COVID test that if one put a drop of tequila on the applicator, it would test positive..!! Those that use these are your ultra HypoChondriac’s….almost Praying that it will show positive….when in reality, all they have is a cold or a mild flu.

It’s a self fulfilling kinda thing….and far far too many of the sheep are 100% hooked.

A month ago, both the wife and I get caught a nasty cold…what was it EXACTLY.?? ..we don’t know & we don’t care…it was a COLD. Neither of us partook in the great experiment and never will.

In my comment below, I neglected to add the obvious truth that not one Human on the planet was ever or ever will be “Fully Immunized” against ANY Corona Virus…
        Utter BS.

    2. And the utter LIE that Vaxx Mandates will produce is this

“…The Liberals and NDP then joined to pass a motion to extend hybrid sittings of Parliament, which also specified that anyone entering the precinct must be fully immunized against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exemption…”

And what you see above is literally the stance against any of us who eschewed the Bio Weapon.

      NAZI’s in the PMO.

  3. What Global Warming? Australia Endures Record Breaking Cold

“The funniest part is, within days of promising “real action” on climate change, the new deep green left wing Albanese government has started begging coal stations to ramp up electricity production, as the full scale of Australia’s energy disaster has become apparent.”
“But I fear it will take more than a single severe cold snap to overcome decades of relentless green propaganda, aided and abetted by our state funded Australian Broadcasting Corporation.”

Plus, Barrack Obama tells the truth about the impact of green policies.

      1. Joseph – It’s basically early December there. Pretty early for such record cold weather.

  4. Why is Canada’s Military flying surveillance patrols off N. Korea out of Japan. Thousands of miles from Canada.
This is as stupid as Canada sending funding and military to help start WW3 in Ukraine.
Canada has 9T in debt announced on the floor of the H of C. We have 37M citizens and a combined Navy, Air Force and Army that is smaller than the New York City Police Dept.
Yet we are undertaking to defend the EU, which has 800M people, the 3 largest economy on earth and now dumb ass Trudeau wants a military conflict with China too.
Trudeau and Sing are morons. They must be removed they are extremely dangerous.

China’s foreign ministry warned Canada on Monday of potential “severe consequences” of any “risky provocation,” after Canada’s military last week accused Chinese warplanes of harassing its patrol aircraft monitoring North Korea sanctions busting.

“The UN Security Council has never authorized any country to carry out military surveillance in the seas and airspace of other countries in the name of enforcing sanctions,” foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said at a media briefing.

We have a group of Unhinged radical FASCISTS (I’m being nice here), running this country.
Why PM Dickspank and his Turbanite are still among the living..?? is simply amazing.

      Both seeking Nuremberg Hemp Necklaces..

  5. Oh, dear. I commented about my canine step-brother on the next thread and now what I wrote is being “moderated”.

Does the system hate dogs now? Just wondering…..

    1. I tried again a few minutes ago, and the same thing happened.

      1. BAD – I was moderated here once. Don’t recall, or fully understand, what the trigger was.

        1. I was commenting on the lemur wanting to have its back scratched. Maybe the system doesn’t like those critters.

Canada has become a PENAL colony filled with Filthy disgusting MASKED, Man bunned, Soi Boi – Karen bitch wankers, one I am FORCED to live within….

    2. The place where we get our beef had a couple of customers expose themselves as Trudeau Cult members. Amazing how the simple minded sheeple follow along with the narrative.

    1. Do people actually pay out of province parking tickets? That’s a new one on me. Is this humour?

I just bought Naomi Wolfes Book on Kindle: “The Bodies of Others”…should make for good reading this weekend out Camping….!

      1. Uh… Uh… – No – Wage driven inflation is next. Every civil servant union is looking for a minimum 20% wage increase to catch up. They may have to crush the economy to make the inflation stop.

    1. It is a tried and true axiom that one (whether a single person, a group or a country) MUST hit “rock bottom” before they smarten up. Events will tell if this is the rock bottom which is needed.

    OMG guys. I think
@USMortality is over the target. Using household survey data he showed the MASSIVE rise in disability status claims – mirroring a particular event which we cannot mention else Twitter will slap “Misleading” on it and won’t let you share it.

    He’s onto something!

The trend moves right in line with the the vaxxines administered!

    1. I am not sure I would even say they sing the Covid war. They seem to have made things worse.

    1. I wonder how much Michel owed his drug dealer? After all it is B.C. we’re talking about.

The errors in what has evolved from macroeconomic pseudo-science into beliefs based on a quicksand of assumptions are now so numerous that any hope that those in control know what they are doing must be rejected. The initial error was Keynes’s dismissal of Say’s law in his General Theory by literary legerdemain to invent macroeconomics, which somehow hovers over economic reality without being governed by the same factors. From it springs the belief that the state knows best with respect to economic affairs and that all the faults lie with markets.

Every time belief in the state’s supremacy is threatened, the Keynesians have sought to suppress the evidence offered by markets. Failure at a national level has been dealt with by extending policies internationally so that all the major central banks now work together in group-thinking unison to control markets. We have global monetary coordination at the Bank for International Settlements. And at the World Economic Forum which is trying to muscle in on the act we now see neo-Marxism emerge with the desire for all property and personal behaviour to be ceded to the state. As they say, “own nothing and you will be happy”.

The consequence is that when neo-Keynesianism finally fails it will be a global crisis and there will be no escape from the consequences in one’s own jurisdiction.

  9. This isn’t a tip, but, since this is the largest forum I spend time on I think (hope) someone may be able to explain my experience.

After shopping in Calgary last night we came out to our car to find that the radio was on. What we were hearing was the television commentary of a Blue Jay and Minnesota ball game. The engine was not running. I started the car and the radio came on tuned to the station I normally listen to except that the ball game broadcast continued in the background. I normally leave the radio switched on when I shut the car off.
While driving home I changed radio stations several times and the TV broadcast continued every time. (This sounds really weird as I type it, but, honestly, I’m not just trying to emulate Fenris here).
We got home, I pulled into the garage, shut the radio off, then the car. The TV broadcast continued (yes, yes it did). I got out of the car, shut the door and I could still hear the TV broadcast. It was coming from the open window of my truck that is also in the garage. (now you know this is all BS, right? Except that it’s not). The truck was not running.
I stepped out into the alley and it seemed for a couple of seconds that I could still hear the broadcast in the alley and then it stopped. Silence. I checked my watch, it was just after 9:05 PM Calgary time, June 9th. My wife had said that the Jays were not playing yesterday so I went to find which game we had been listening to. Turns out it was a game played on June 4th.

I’d rather not believe that we had somehow been transported back to June 4th. That we had been abducted by Aliens and they returned us just after 9:05 PM on June 9th. That the Russians did it.
I’d rather believe that someone of the vast intelligence that inhabits this board has the answer to this phenomenon and is willing to share it with me.
    Seriously.

      1. Heh.
That depends on what the official definition of Covid vaxxed is today, Linda. I can assure you, however, that I have not begun to set off car alarms as I walk past them. At least not yet.

      1. I know, my story sounds exceedingly unbelievable.
Yes, my wife heard it as well. She watches the Blue Jays religiously and she knew that they did not play yesterday (June 9th). She also recognized something that was said and she told me we were listening to a game from earlier in the month.

        1. I always fall back on the multiple universes in collision theory, rather than aliens.
It explains ghosts, precognition, deja vu etc.
Ties up all the paranormal loose ends in one bundle.

          1. I watched a video the other day that postulated that everything in our universe, at least, is moving away from us in all directions. The further away everything gets, the faster it moves away from us. I’d think that would make universe collisions rather difficult. That was supposed to be serious science, but, it seems to be almost as weird as your radio, check that, two radios playing several day old baseball telecasts.

Anyway, seeing as I’m not getting any suggestions that seems normal, I’m going to leave it as being, as you kind of suggest, paranormal. Craziest circumstance I can remember in my life.
