  1. One wonders, what data do they already have on unrestricted firearms?

Also Steven Il-Douche promised recently to ban all handguns in Morontario if elected.

    1. *
That’d be a neat trick… considering handguns are federally regulated.

What’s next… repealing the law of gravity?

      *

      1. Federal government already promised buy back money for provinces that agree to ban handguns…

You mean like Justin’s ‘promise’ to do away with
          ‘first past the post’ elections?

And where’s that ‘new Health Accord?’

          I could go on, but…

          1. I hope you’re right. I doubt that though. I think Potato never misses an opportunity to harm gun owners.

    1. Sure, but that also means you will not be able to go to range, there will be problems with servicing and repairs etc. The point isn’t to hide some guns. The point is that we want to live as free gun owners without a need to break laws, risk persecution and able to practice out skills.

      1. May I remind you that we live in the deranged dominion not some liberal democracy. Voting once for parties of sociopaths offering various quanta of free stuff every few years and then living under a parliamentary dictatorship is not something easily reformed by electing the right people. We are living under end-state democracy where the left (takers) have coalesced into a significant majority. The culture is rotten, corrupt, urban, increasingly fascist and in decline. In the meantime rational people should become quietly ungovernable. The best that could happen would be Canada becoming several nations of similar culture.

        1. Yes, sure I know all that. That’s not the point. The point is that this is that they are killing legal shooting for fun. Yes some people find ways, most will be f*cked.

How does exempting criminals from the law make us safer?

Meanwhile, the House of Commons is still considering Bill C-5, an act that
would repeal a host of mandatory minimum penalties, including those
            for smuggling firearms
. The idea is to reduce the ‘overincarceration rate
of Indigenous peoples’ as well as for other ‘marginalized Canadians.

  2. Yup.
If a liberal lips move, they are lying.
Yet some 30% of voters love them some sweet lies..
    Mostly Urban and Eastern..
    Time for City States?
Where trapped inside their current boundaries, these enclave of Kleptocrats and idiots can practice on themselves, while outside those boundaries, the productive can police themselves.
The current theft by demographics, enables and encourages the cluelessness of those who vote themselves other peoples money.
Imagine how most municipalities would behave,if they were unable to steal via the Federal Government..

However the new and improved gun registry will be a glorious success..
As defined by the last one.
Which lost track of about 19 million long guns and bragged about achieving registration of 1.9 million firearms, including all pistols,RCMP weapons and some other government guns..

But it will be a Glorious Success of Emperor Justine the Petulant, making criminals of all law abiding gun owners, harassing and bewildering widows, costing the taxpayers endless time and money ..For Gun Owners don’t vote Liberal, they ,having completed many firearms safety courses and usage of these lethal tools, know that you cannot ethically allow Liberals to be in possession of such tools.
So a mighty catch 22 is coming down, how do you safely dispose of weaponry when your government and its agents have demonstrated their inability to handle said weaponry responsibly?
Are you going to be held criminally responsible if you surrender weapons to the likes of those two idiots who shot up a Fire hall?
Can a responsible and ethical gun owner allow the likes of Bill Blair or Justine Himself,to be in possession of such dangerous tools?
And we saw how “responsible” with other peoples property our Government Minions are, after the Truckers ..They deliberately damaged private property that they were legally responsible for..
Now imagine these same idiots with a few pallets of ammunition and firearms..
Oh wait,we don’t have to imagine..
High River comes to mind, ditto those “destroyed at sea” guns that turned up on the street..

And will we hear even a whimper from the Liberal MPs in rural ridings?
Not that Justine cares, for he has the NDP to keep him in power.
Or does the fine print exempt all natives from these new rules?
Another promotion of Western Independence,by its biggest advocate in Can Ahh Duh..Emperor Justine..
I maintain Justine and His Children’s Crusade are pushing for Western Separation.
If not, what would they have done differently?

    1. And did I see a bill in HOC at second reading for 16 year olds for voting rights?

    2. Per Ayn Rand, from “Atlas Shrugged”:

“Did you really think we want those laws observed?” said Dr. Ferris. “We want them to be broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against… We’re after power and we mean it… There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”

      1. That quote is very apropos as the Spawn-Fuhrer is likely tired of hearing the truth that making life more difficult for legal gun owners does nothing to prevent actual crimes but by making as many owners into criminals by resisting his legislative coercion it weakens the argument and allows him to direct his media to target his artificially designated criminals. He will do the same thing by eliminating free speech, making sites like this illegal to post anything opposed to his Reich.

  3. When you have initiated a civil war – deeming conservatives terrorists – part of the plan must include disarming your opponent.
The other parts are dis-employing them, imprisoning them and killing them.

  4. Dont register. F trudolt and every liberal MP and supporter in the country. May they all go to hell.

If you register with this sack of filth, it’s a given they’ll be confiscations to come.

    1. My father and his family were able to escape from Russia after the Bolshevik Revolution. He was what happened in Russia. His advice was “when the government comes around to register your guns, that’s the time to oil them up, wrap them in plastic and bury them in the back yard.”

      1. *
Time to reread ‘The Road’ by Cormac McCarthy…

Speaking of Russia… you might be needing your firearms sooner than you expected.

“Dmitry Rogozin, Head of Russia’s Space Agency Roscosmos and former Deputy Prime
Minister, said Sunday that in the event of a nuclear war, ‘NATO countries will be
        destroyed by Russia in half-an-hour
        .'”

        Nobody’s laughing at Preppers now.

      2. “Oil”?, NO; Over time, most oils degrade and produce an acidic residue; not a good thing around machinery. Use a PROPER preservative like “Tectyl”. But ONLY AFTER total cleaning and removal of any possibility of moisture. Ideally, items should be stripped and then cleaned and preserved and NOT reassembled, but group-bagged inside an outer bag.

Those of us who have long term motorcycle, farm machinery, etc. restoration projects, use a variation on this procedure, simply because it may take several decades to find all the bits necessary for proper restoration. You do not want what you have, rotting away while you search for the last few components.Pack a “manual” with each item. (sealed in a suitable every-thing-proof plastic bag) so that the person concerned can reassemble the item and learn / revise how to use it..

Wrap in Plastic? NO. Vac-seal in heavy-duty ACID FREE polyethelene bags, heat-sealed. Silica Gel sachet optional, but advised.

Bury? NO. They need to be readily accessible for annual (at least) inspection: Not in some obscure farm paddock subject to heavy tilling.. Heavy-duty large-diameter PVC pipe with screw-on end-caps are a good “outer” for your bags and other associated goodies. Don’t forget; you may not be the person who has to recover the stores. Have a “succession plan”.

Lots of interesting websites on the subject. These days, however, searching for them will probably bring a 3am door-kicking team. Apparently several interesting books on the subject: no wires, no batteries……..

  5. I should have seen this one coming along with the Nova Scotia shooter coverup that is happening right now.

The West needs to separate, but we lack leaders so we’ll just stay in this psuedo-democracy we call Canader, and take all the shit the government piles on us.

    1. *
      “the Nova Scotia shooter coverup”

What coverup, Don? — The two Dudley Do-Rights who shot up a firehall
      almost killing a fellow Mountie
just testified they’d ‘do it again.’

Remember… when seconds count, the police are only thirteen and a half
      hours away.

  6. Consent to licensing = consent to confiscation. Period.
But…as long as it help fight gun crime in Toronto, right?

  7. It’s almost impossible to keep up with the changes to firearms laws. This is deliberate, to keep us off balance and unsure of what is legal and what is not. They are continuing to pile on, always increasing the number of hoops we must jump through to “legally” own firearms. Part of this is to persuade current owners and possible new adherents from beginning, or continuing, to own firearms. I am trying to keep up, and it’s becoming a full time job.

As I understand it now….. If I wish to buy or sell a long gun, I must get in touch with the Firearms Center and confirm that the other party has a legal and current PAL, and that party must do the same to confirm that my PAL is legal and current, before I/we can conduct our sale and or purchase. Thus the back door registry, plus Firearm stores must keep records for twenty years, and if they go out of business, they must forward those records to the Firearms Center.

One thing I haven’t yet seen, is, if I/we are required to supply details of the actual firearm, such as make, model, caliber, etc. I’m sure they will demand those particulars when a person applies to buy or sell a non restricted firearm, but is any PAL holder “obliged” to provide that information before a sale or transfer can take place. If anyone has knowledge of that aspect of legal information, I would sincerely like to know about it.

As to the Police seizing firearms from a widow/er if their spouse passes away, they do it a lot, but if that spouse is the executor of the estate, they can legally retain those firearms whether they have a PAL or not, until they can legally dispose of them. However, if they don’t know or understand this part of the law, then the Police will use that lack of knowledge, and the spouse will also be understandably upset over losing their wife/husband, and they’ll use that advantage to seize those firearms. Then, when the executor tries to get them returned, they weasel out of that by saying they cannot give those firearms to someone who does not hold a current PAL, and the Firearms Center will back them up on that aspect. I’ve seen this happen on several occasions. The trick is for the spouse/executor to know the legalities, and stand their ground, when they come to seize those firearms, and call a lawyer if required. Knowing and understanding these oppressive laws is required to CYA!

    1. “if I/we are required to supply details of the actual firearm, such as make, model, caliber, etc. …”

Not sure about current information. It was always safer to fill all details as “unknown” maybe apart for caliber. Any mistake, say write Marlin 336Y as opposed to Marlin 336C can land you in trouble. Even make can be questionable. For example Marlin existed as an independent company, then got bought out by Remington and then by Ruger. Put the wrong name in the wrong column and you’re a felon. So it is always safer to just report the caliber and file the rest in as “unknown”.

      1. The receiver is the part that makes it a firearm. Everything else is just bits of machined metal.

        1. Be it as it may, you cannot purchase a gun barrel and several other components without a gun license in Canada.

  8. As I’m typing this I just know that HM Loyal Opposition is preparing a press conference to respond to this news. They will call turdo a “liar” and a “tyrant” and will point out that he “hates” rural and small-town Canada.

    They’ll do it !

    Right?

  9. I think the list of law-abiding citrizens who own “long-guns” has never been deleted. However, there never has been a list of illegal “short-gun” owners.

  10. Is there a statistic on crime with illegal guns or is that hermetically sealed in the depths of liberal fascists archives.
