   So then, what are the odds that most of not all the board members are going to be unemployed either way come Thursday?
   They reject offer and risk getting fired by majority of shareholders or take the offer and have the new owner give them their pink slip?

5. I can’t help but think they have set some trap for Elon Musk.

   1. Twitter doesn’t have a business model; it can’t ever be profitable. Sundance over at CTH alleges it’s only kept afloat by dark government money, which could be true but never underestimate the ability of the market to throw money at a stupid Internet company.

      Which means that Musk has bought a tar baby. It’ll never make him money and every employee will be undermining him or outright sabotaging him. These are leftists, they don’t care if they destroy Twitter as long as it hurts Musk. I do this kind of thing for a living, it’s incredibly easy to screw up and take down and entire Internet infrastructure when you’re trying to do it right – intentional sabotage is easy.
