  1. New Speak Update:

Please replace all instances of right with far-right and conservative with extremist.

    That is all.

  2. They are cheating…. People who voted center-right (so currently Pecresse) are voting for Zemour. People who voted for Le Pen, the father, are also voting for Zemour. No way Zemour gets under 20% without the government cheating.
Interesting fact, the number of votes in France go to the French Ministry of Public Safety (Interior Ministry) to be “validated” before the results are published.
Twitter annouced a few weeks ago that they would ban tweets questioning the results of the French election.

    1. Please show us some evidence, witnesses, photos, videos, .. something that supports your claim.

  3. “France colonized us. Now we’re colonizing you.”

Uh-huh, and the Mohammedan occupation of French soil more than 1000 years ago was merely a camping holiday, was it?

    1. From the comments section over on The Conservative Treehouse.
It seems LePen and Macron are almost tied with 80% of the vote in and counted with just the major cities to go.

Just adding some more information to my previous post before I turn the computer off for the day (post-midnight here in Sweden).

I finally found some real vote figures. They were posted as a response to a hopeful Mélenchon supporter on a chat in Le Monde. Yes, at least one major polling firm has tightened its predictions on the race between Le Pen and Mélenchon, but at 23:30 French time about 80% of the vote had been counted (27.9 million votes, (Mvotes)) with Macron receiving 7.43 Mvotes (26.7%), Marine Le Pen 7.06 Mvotes (25.3%) and Mélenchon 5.33 Mvotes (19.1%). Even though the largest cities are ususally counted last and the socialists usually have their largest support there, it looks like Mélenchon have to find a 2020 US-presidential “miracle” to catch up. Instead it looks like Le Pen is closer to Macron than the predicted results show. Go figure! ”

      Go LePen , GO !!

  4. Zemmour who came in 4th just requested his supporters to vote Le Pen on April 24 for the second round… Le Pen has an excellent chance of winning.
    Vive la France!
    « Let’s go » Macron!

    1. No, the forces of the left will ensure that Le Pen loses, by fair means or (most likely) foul, they will do whatever it takes.

      1. Neither is the Conservative Party of Canada – ever hear and read what they have said lately?

    2. Not really, which is a pity. Le Pen is supported by perhaps 35% of the population, the rest will vote Macron (except perhaps the 20% socialists/communists) who may stay home in the second round.

  5. Everybody knows the unmentionables torched Notre Dame. And even if they didn’t, their cheering it on should warrant their deportation. Every. Single One. The time is now for the French to take back France. It is long overdue.

    1. The time is now but we know it won’t happen.

Well maybe in time, as a result of the inevitable civil war, but by then the true French will likely be outnumbered.

  6. Always, always, socialists are described by the media as ‘progressives’, and anyone not ‘progressive’ is labeled as ‘far right. It’s becoming tiresome.

    1. Far right, very right, always right, I don’t care what they call me, I know I’m right.

    1. That’s the first time I have actually read the words to The Marseillaise.
      And it’s bloody glorious.

      1. The translation is a bit off in places, but the sentiment carries through.
It’s a pity there isn’t a better recording than this.

      2. I wouldn’t have listened to it without your comment John.

That’s quite something, how the hell can a country that sings that vote for Macron!

      3. La Marseillaise is a genocidal and shameful anthem. No person of goodwill, knowing history will sing it.

          1. It is because I know the history of that time period that I can see the atrocities of it. You would do well to study it and see the harm that was done to a great number of citizens who opposed the regime, to Catholics who wished to practice their Faith, as well as those denounced for “wrongthink”.

Being sent into the middle of a river, then sunk, is not pleasant. Nor is having one’s skin made into a pair of boots for regime soldiers (on display in French museum).

But you seem to think a musical is a way better source of information…what a gag…

        1. If you’re looking for good will they’re in every city. Use your favourite search engine for locations.

        2. A new troll. How delightful. The ones obsessed with the Russian police action in its near abroad were getting utterly tiresome. So tell me, troll, why the hatred of France?

    2. “… to cut the throats of your partners”

Seriously? The French acknowledged gay relationships all the way back when penning the Marseillaise? 🙂

  7. Durden includes a strong element of “interpretation” in his election coverage:

// As we detailed earlier, unlike the caviar-slurping Davos jet-setter Macron,
Le Pen realized long ago on that voters already struggling with high energy and food prices
were more likely to care about purchasing power or lack thereof.
    […]
Meanwhile, like Hungary’s Viktor Orban, Le Pen has faced the ‘Russia smear’
despite Macron being on the phone on a weekly basis with Vladimir Putin throughout the Ukraine crisis //

Macron talked to Putin as a president trying to negotiate a solution short of war.
Le Pen borrowed money from Putin and included a picture of herself shaking his hand in her campaign literature
    [removed when the war started]

Also, his results description is awkward & uses verbiage where a graph would tell more:

    1. dizzknee, give it up, and quit trying to emulate the scumbag COLON. Poohteen is not the bad guy. He is fighting the thing, even you will hate in the near future. Try understanding the world socialist dynamics that are playing out as we post!

  8. It may be too late for France. Indeed if a civil war were to happen the outcome will be horrific. Mass deportations or total genocide are the only two outcomes. France may hope for another Charles Martel, but I think that gene has been bred out a long time ago. A Le Pen victory may delay a civil war, a Macron victory will hasten it, either way it will happen, the seeds have already been sown.

No mention of civil war, but the two parties that took turns governing over several decades TOGETHER got 6.6 % of the vote. They many feel that they have lost a war.
I’ll be in Paris for June, so I’ll let you know how the “Mass deportations or total genocide” are going.
A bit of advice. Stop listening to the Declinists; it’s bad for your mental health [& it shows]

  9. Yes, plenty of horrific stuff going on there now and potential for plenty more. Not having a civil war doesn’t promise to fix it.
