      1. Allan S? LOL

In fact, I do not understand the motives of a troll. Either some personnality trait or money.

        1. ” I do not understand the motives of a troll. Either some personnality trait or money.”

Well, I suppose you could call pudd-pulling a personality trait.

    1. Who has both the means of producing these agents on a large scale and means of producing delivery systems on a large scale?

      Russia.

      Who has uses both illegally?

      Russia.

      1. Hey dumb dumb. US expert on “Fecking things up/WARMONGER” Nuland ADMITTED TO THE US BIO-LABS IN UKRAINE.
And, Dumb Dumb, in case you forgot, the US funded the WUHAN lab, that sprung Covid on the world.
There’s more words for you, but this is a semi-family friendly site.
Taking someone to the woodshed is a necessary option.

      1. Ok, nicely done.

Kamala’s approach is, I think, referred to as The Viagra Doctrine.

      2. Tee hee!

When Kamala and Trudeau met for their photo op the world’s atmospheric pressure dropped measurably.

Their meeting of the “minds” tied those two up in a safe room where they were unable to accidentally destroy the world.

  1. Russian troops insist to Ukrainian that real target of war is ‘USA inside Ukraine’

    https://nypost.com/2022/03/10/russian-troops-insist-they-are-really-at-war-with-usa-inside-ukraine/

“We’re not at war with Ukraine and Ukrainians, but at war with the USA inside Ukraine,” 55-year-old Igor Sitalo said Russian soldiers told him after they shot at him….”

Because they’re Mongols, you can’t reason with them , they will always rationalize their delusions. That’s why they are so easy to manipulate by Pootin.

“… said his friends in Russia don’t believe that soldiers from their country are really committing such atrocities.

He sent them photos of his bullet wounds but “still, they do not believe me,” he said bitterly.”

That’s what you get for having friends in russia.

  2. Canada’s National Security Advisor claims that convoy organizers wanted to overthrow the government.

    https://www.ctvnews.ca/politics/convoy-organizers-had-extreme-aims-says-pm-s-national-security-adviser-1.5814097

If so, why only charges for mischief, not treason? Because section 46(2)a of the Criminal Code says the use of force or violence to overthrow the government is required. Hard to paint that picture for the Crown Prosecutor when all there was was honking and bouncy castles.

Hmmm, how about charges of sedition? Nope. That requires violence also, (CC 59(4)). Besides CC section 60 allows anyone in good faith to point out errors in our Constitution or government and not be guilty of sedition.

That kind of leaves only a charge of mischief. Let’s see if those charges stick.

Not that any of this matters when your own government is hell bent on painting a narrative of violent insurrection because the PM doesn’t agree with the protest. At least the European journalists see him for what he is.

    1. I’d like to know what method the truckers were going to use to overthrow the government of Canada.

      Just how would this work?

      1. The Truckers had some sort of fantasy that the Governor General would somehow dismiss the Liberal government, dissolve Parliament, and set up some sort of Committee of the Senate.

The Liberal Government has some sort of fantasy that the Truckers were going to invade all the office buildings on Parliament Hill and lynch every single civil servant.
The Convoy stalled 100 metres short of the House of Commons for three weeks, like a poorly equipped Russian invasion force. I guess Justin’s emergency legislation prevented the Truckers from moving the bouncy castle next to the Speaker’s Chair.

        1. “The Liberal Government has some sort of fantasy that the Truckers were going to invade all the office buildings on Parliament Hill and lynch every single civil servant.”
So that’s why they’re charging only mischief…not necessarily a bad thing.

        2. “The Truckers had some sort of fantasy that the Governor General would somehow dismiss the Liberal government, dissolve Parliament, and set up some sort of Committee of the Senate.”

The Governor General is free to fire the Prime Minister whenever she wants and people are free to ask her. No committee of the Senate though. If the Prime Minister is fired a new one must be appointed and most likely elections would be called. The Governor General has 3 meaningful jobs (1) Appoint a Prime Minister (2) Fire a Prime Minister (3) Call elections. There are criteria for each and if a Governor General went rogue the Prime Minister would likely ask the Queen to fire her and appoint a new one. If the Prime Minister was a total asshole, the Queen would likely ignore the request. No worry though, the Governor General is a scum sucking Liberal.

    2. Sorry. I’m not going to take the word of a Trudeau hack, or the media conglomerate pushing this propaganda.

There is no evidence of convoy organizers’ aim of wanting to overthrow the government, violence notwithstanding. That is a smear worthy of the Turd. The truckers on the ground kept insisting that was not the objective.

    1. Hillary giving you orders, C?

Suggest you watch Ukraine on Fire, and it’s predecessor film, both by Oliver Stone.

Perspective. This is another propaganda war, just like the Truckers Convoy, just like Covid, just like Climate Change/Global Warming, just like “Trump is a Putin Puppet”, just like “the Phone Call”.

At your age, you should know by now when you are being gaslighted and manipulated.

      1. Facepalm. Yep let’s use Olivier Stone as source, when did he veer lied to you? Have you checked Michael Moore, maybe he too has something that will confirm your view.
Yes, it is a propaganda war, and you’re too stoopid to understand what it means. You just walk away from it waving your hands and drooling like a madman about WEF and “globohomo”.

    2. uh-huh. Bagdad Bob rises from the ashes like a phoenix!
When will these politicians stop lying… Forget I asked.

  3. “That kind of leaves only a charge of mischief. Let’s see if those charges stick.”

My faith in Canadian justice evaporated the day Tamara Lich walked into court in leg irons.

    1. “My faith in Canadian justice evaporated the day Tamara Lich walked into court in leg irons.”

You hung on a lot longer than many of us.

  4. The Dick Wolf series Law & Order: Organized Crime was playing in the background tonight and I overheard a character say “He looked like a January 6th dude”. What the hell does that mean? Does Dick Wolf think that people who marched on the capital that day have a certain look? It was reported that Wolf contributed to Fred Thompson’s campaign for the Republican nomination for President in 2008 (they had worked together on the show). Maybe Wolf is a never-Trumper.

  5. There’s rumors going around that on match 31st pre-arrival testing will be eliminated in Canada. Anyone heard about this as well?

The covid regime is crumbling rapidly thanks to the truckers. National heroes of the highest order.

    1. Order of Canada for them and the Nobel Science Prize for Putin , making The Coof disappear.

    2. What good is that when us Refuseniks are still banned from getting on a plane? This is something that Castreau, Tam the Man, and the rest of the CovidCultists do not want to let go of, without a fight.

Hoping that Peckford’s Charter challenge is successful. As he explains the background and details, Castreau’s legal strategy is weak, flimsy, but then he has everyone paid off too.

Anyone know when Peckford’s lawsuit is heard?

    1. It’s TOO EARLY.
They need another two weeks to bend the curve.
      We’re all in this together!
      LOL.

    2. The government doesn’t want to and maybe, if they are lucky, they’ll find an excuse to keep them in the next two weeks?

      1. Maybe they are hoping and praying that one of those bugs get ” loose ” from those Uke biolabs.

    3. I was in northern B. C. earlier this week. I went to two grocery stores in town–maskless, of course–and nobody said peep. Mind you, I wasn’t the only one, though we were in the minority.

      1. Small town Ontario. No Frills would not bother you without a mask. Yesterday, there were a lot of us.

One lady was inspired by the convoy. I told another that I was going to feel like less of a badass in 2 weeks.

We’ll see how many crazies there are soon though. We’ll also see how quickly people can be deprogrammed and how the number of masks drops over a week or so. Should be interesting.

    4. This was Horgan throwing a bone to bs Bonnie. She wants the unvaxxed to be punished and punished hard.

  6. Here’s an interesting tidbit. There is an organization called the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association:
    https://www.cerbanet.org/

Tooling about the site in the news section, the group is spending time informing members about Canada’s sanctions, economic repercussions, etc. What is interesting is that two large Canadian corporations, Bombardier and Cameco, are listed as “sustaining members”, code for financial supporters (scroll down a bit in the link above). To be fair, Bombardier has halted operations in Russia six days ago.

My wife is at a two-day church retreat this weekend, freeing some time to do research on this. The group is shadowy — it lists no names of officers or board of directors on its web site — so some in-depth digging is necessary. Also, the group may be doing lobbying in Ottawa, so one should check with the lobby monitor public the federal government.

    1. No mention of this group in the Federal Lobbying registry. Seems to be mostly interested in Kazakhstan (lots of Canadian mining companies work there).
Could be an “intermediary” (cough, cough, ahem) between Russian and Canadian business interests (like Karl Heinz Schreiber was the middle man between Air Canada and Airbus).
You know, making certain “contributions” to “ease” business operations.

  7. In the same breath. Calgary Herald:

He (Charest) dropped out of federal politics to run as leader of the Quebec Liberal Party in 1998. He lost the first election but then led the Liberals to a majority in 2003.

    And then …

Charlest feels loyalty to the Conservative movement, that’s one reason he’s going in.

    1. In all fairness, the Quebec liberals were as close to a provincial conservative party as the province had in the days before the CAQ. You’d find little to no difference between the Quebec Liberals and the Ontario PCs. The PQ was full on leftist and the rest of the fringe parties were to the left of the PQ.

    1. Charest is a no talent, opportunistic putz.

Differentiating him from the other 337 how?

    2. I wish Charest success.

Best thing to happen to Max and the PPC, is a Charest leadership.

AGMs coming up for the PPC, FYI.

      1. I noticed Alison Redford’s name on the list. That explains a few things about her disastrous tenure as premier.

  8. Movie alert! Movie alert! Movie alert!

As part of its annual observance of 31 Days of Oscar, TCM will be showing A River Runs Through It on Sunday, March 20. This is one I would consider a desert island movie and what’s not to like about it? It has a great story and great photography. (The scenery reminds me a lot of the area where I grew up in northern B. C.)

What makes this an extraordinary film is the performance of the three main characters, played by Craig Sheffer (whatever became of him?), Brad Pitt, and Tom Skerritt (who nicely underplays the clergyman father). In addition, Robert Redford’s narration as an older Norman Maclean adds a lot to the overall presentation.

    1. Excellent. Saw it back in the day. Thanks. I might have a look again. I first saw Brad Pitt as a young teen when, in his first acting role, he played opposite J.R.Ewing’s niece in the popular TV Series “Dallas.”
