Saw Roman Baber commenting on this, Ford is full of BS that he can declare an emergency, see below from Ontario’s emergency act. These are not “emergencies”, not being able to complete a car at a Cambridge autoplant because the part needs to use a different route is not substantial damage to property due a danger of major proportions. It is pure intimidation.
“emergency” means a situation or an impending situation that constitutes a danger of major proportions that could result in serious harm to persons or substantial damage to property and that is caused by the forces of nature, a disease or other health risk, an accident or an act whether intentional or otherwise;
“emergency area” means the area in which an emergency exists;
May I suggest to my laptop, soy drinking, urban condo preening, out of touch, socialist, worker hating, elitist, (cough) fellow citizens, that they start organizing an Uber convoy to some farmers out in the sticks for some basic grocery shopping.
