Jim, Canada does not have a constitution, it has a document that can be changed or ignored by politicians or courts depending on their whim. Historically we did have some protection as a society but subsequent ignorant generations have thrown that away.
By the way, all “covid” restrictions and mandates are illegal under Canadian law and international law and agreements. I don’t see anyone taking action. I am not wealthy enough to mount a challenge.

2) three Provinces challenged the carbon tax, only to be told by the Supremes that “Well global warming is an existential threat to us all so to he11 with the law, we’re letting the carbon tax stand.”
So what’s the point fighting the cabal? “Justice”? “The Law”? “The Constitution”? – meaningless trivia to those whose foremost duty used to be enforcing and protecting them. Save your money.
