      This “Guidance” provides direction to countries as they issue digital COVID-19 vax passes, so that all these will meet common standards and potentially function together. Guess who paid for the work? Under the acknowledgements, it says that the work was funded by Bill Gates’ foundation and four other funders.

      Some of the things in the Guidance are pretty hard to believe — you have to read them for yourself. For starters, everyone in the world with a vaccine passport receives their own ID number. This is called a “globally unique identifier” on page 18 and includes an alphanumeric number and a machine scannable QR code.

      1. I saw that earlier this week. The control of an individual’s movement and activity has only just begun. I fear it is only going to get worse. This is no longer about vaxxed vs unvaxxed…it’s about monitoring and controlling what everyone can do. I truly fear the future.

  24. A gentleman from Ottawa of my acquaintance, who shall remain nameless, is with his wife and in-laws in Montreal as I type this. He arrived before Christmas planning to spend the holidays there.

    It is now technically illegal for him to be in his in-laws’ house. Needless to say, he could not care less. If Montreal’s finest show up to inquire about the car with the Ontario plate out front, he jokes that they can come find him in the attic.

  32. It’s very simple, this model of public governance over covid. Deaths to old, sick vulnerables in care homes collectivists have yet to protect, where all the cases of serious illness and death occur. In response to their failure, healthy are quarantined, their business shuttered, paycheques stopped, their money borrowed for them, with no change in results, because bureaucrats are trying to navigate Victoria with a map of Montreal, but they’re really, really trying while failing miserably to protect us or manage risks or balance costs and benefits.

    Above all two things must happen in their world: first, their negligence must be covered up and their power over us must increase.

    Rising cases, inevitable given the most basic understanding of virus science, are not their governors, pardon the pun, but their ace in the hole of power to ensure we never get to root causes of failed lockdowns, masks, vaccinations, mandates, guilt trips and outgroups.

    They are the virus afflicting society in ways covid could never have done – kill healthy people in the prime of life and destroy economic life.

    Leaders are supposed to reassure society, not scare it with irrelevancies and falsified narratives. That’s what corrupt rulers are doing now.

    There they have it, and us as we enter 2022; deer in the headlights statists and bureaucrats doing what they have done from day one, enact failed policies, double down on those inevitable failures, while finding an outgroup on which to pin their incompetence and negligence.
