  1. They should refuse, but many probably can’t afford to. Won’t blame ’em myself if they go back, but if I was, say, an ER nurse that got bounced, I’d be tempted to hold my supervisor by the short-‘n-curlies the entire time I was back.

    1. They should refuse, citing the gov’t own statements that were used to put fire/put them on unpaid in the first place.

Regardless, any competent labour lawyer has just seen $$$$ across his eyes. The AHS has just admitted it’s unpaid/firing policy was all bullshi!. Good luck AHS trying to fight that in court in the future, stupid nazi buggars…

  2. What is the point of only testing the unvaccinated when the vaccinated can spread the omicron version just as easily?

Looks like some cracks are appearing in the vaccine mandate dam.

    1. The vaccinated are almost certainly the largest spreaders simply because many of them think they are now invincible.

  3. These power trippers want to go on vacay this Winter. They can’t afford to throw away their replacements. They were pumping up omicron like it was ebola, what if their replacements say no thanks?
Seems like the health dept is making up things as they go along without thinking things through.

On a personal level, omicron lasted less than 24 hrs this past week. Had weak sore tired bones, the sniffles and leaky eyes. Bedtime bye-bye with Benadryl and as good as new afterwards.

These people make their own trouble and mountains out of mole hills. Do they think we aren't on to them?

Reminds me of a line in Shakespeare's "The Merchant of Venice"
"Senoir Antonio……Now you need my help?"

    1. My son-in-law was out for the count for all of 24 hours and his 6-year daughter felt like crap for half a day. They both tested positive (with rapid tests).

  4. The vaxx program boosters are now just holding on to muh less hospitalizations among vaccinated! Not sure what’s next once that falls apart. I took the vaxx and I thought it’d end the pandemic but at least I can admit I was wrong and admit they don’t work by any objective measure. We have record cases and the majority of them are in vaccinated people. No other vaccine in history would be called effective with this kind of result. None.

    1. They should go back to work.

They should only go back knowing that their employers will not respect or defend them and see them as temporary and utterly disposable.

They should only go back under short term contracts with expressly set hours and schedules making 5-10 times their normal wages.

      1. They should use the opportunity to negotiate- a return to work if the unlawful termination without pay, benefits, layoff payments and pension is reversed retroactively to day of termination, a signed declaration that the termination was unlawful, a letter of apology signed by the CEO, a guaranteed ten year contract with wage increases pegged to the CEO salary increase, and a signing bonus of $10,000.

    2. The real pandemic is the stupidity and fear in the majority of Canadians.
In second place are the power drunk politicians and bureaucrats who love making people miserable.

How far we have fallen from the ballsy, tough, determined folks who built this now-dead country. They were fearless …. the current generation are frightened fairies by comparison.

There may not be enough real westerners to turn the tide of incoming totalitarian rule. We let in far too many wogs and catered to their insanity.

The left destroy all things good.

    1. Only spoke up when they came for HIM, had no problem fining and arresting people for a year and half before that.

  5. Good “handle” FU, you might deserve it. The only time Kate ever spanked me, was when I made a snide comment in the aftermath of the 2008 US election, I wasn’t deleted but I was correctly, spanked. There are lines for free speech, between this format, and the locker room. As far as this “vaccine” is concerned, if we had all our calves die of blackleg, after we “vaccinated” them, like our current crop of “sheeple”, we would be after the pricks creating and selling us the blackleg “vaccine”. But then calves, are too smart, and don’t bother listening to the liars in the media. Hard to believe how stupid humans have become when they have to be tested to see if they are sick! In my day, we effing knew when we were sick, without some dopey test to say “your sick stupid”!

  6. They should just tell them to get stuffed. Suddenly, now? they realize they needed the heroes of early covid that were then sacked because they were no longer heroes. God, the stupidity of government workers.

  7. If I was let go due to being “unclean” and my former boss came asking for me to return and help them in a bind I’d want a signing bonus say $10,000 or they can go find someone else. When they are desperate make them pay or suffer the consequences of their choices.

    1. “Make me whole again financially, and then we’ll talk about a raise.”

Then tell them to stick it up their ass.

    2. Yes, why not demand all the back pay lost during the ‘leave without pay’ period. Then ask for the 10K return bonus.

Or tell them to piss off and go get another job elsewhere …. like Florida or Texas.

Big demand for healthcare workers there.

  8. I was reading generic local emergency plans in the time of COVID and there was a section on temporarily allowing collaboration with unvaxxed volunteers. Hell no, thought I, an RN. If they reject my help now, they cannot have it later.

  9. In a 46-page legal filing to the International Criminal Court on December 6, an intrepid attorney and seven applicants accused Anthony Fauci, Peter Daszak, Melinda Gates, William Gates III, and twelve others of numerous violations of the Nuremberg Code. These included various crimes against humanity and war crimes as defined by the Rome Statutes, Articles 6, 7, 8, 15, 21, and 53.

  10. The Interior health region in BC is also having problems recruiting enough qualified staff to administer the “vaccine” after they fired non-vaccinated staff. They are the only region thus far to admit staff shortages, we can be assured there will be other regions affected, particularly in the North where nurse recruitment is always a struggle.
How stupid are these health bureaucrats? The person responsible for this and other disasters Adrian Dix is notable by his absence, whereas you could not turn on the TV without seeing his mug for the last eighteen months.

  11. My first reaction was “ask for a $10,000 signing bonus” and it looks like a number of others have the same view. Lawyers should fighting over the unjust dismissal cases, but with so many Liberal appointed judges there’s no justice in the “Just us” system – it’s a big club and you ain’t in it.

  12. I hope they hold out for Jan 7th. That should be the day the SCOTUS squashes mandates permanently, then they can all go work in the states. Better pay, less taxes, better country generally even with current leadership than is the defunct, broke, dependency shithole that is Canada.

  13. At this point in the fake pandemic …. if we just ignore it, it will go away.

Many things are like that. If you promote something … it sticks around, ignore it and it goes away.

I don’t watch cable TV, I don’t participate in social media. Not once was I in fear of the ‘flu’ regardless of origin. It’s a flu. 99% + can survive it. Others may die as they do every flu season, that is part of nature …. However we need to be mindful of the a new death ticket …. the vaccines … they are maiming and killing by the thousands.

Yet we see the same horse-shit flogged all day long with mindless aplomb.

Many in leadership need to be hung following a fair trial.

Many in the citizenry need to be slapped silly to break the fear and loathing trance.

Try a little bravery, you will feel better.
