It is easy to stop this. Get armed security. Provoke fights with thieves that make guards feel threatened for their life or health. Then take out the trash Rittenhouse style.

This is where I interject that I am a 4th Generation Californian … born in 1955. NEVER has this State been so overrun with undesirables.
