  4. I’m wondering how many of these properties have 24/7, 365 staffing, such as front desk lobby person. Even then, this has the potential of residents becoming vaccination paperwork cops. Speaking for myself, if I was a resident walking through a “common area” of one of these places and not carrying proof of vaccination, whether it’s 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning, I’d be slightly annoyed if a nosy resident stopped me asking for my papers. Then there’s the likelihood that I’d get reported to the building’s management and the HOA for breaking the “rules”.

    Then there’s the whole issue of what happens when people have friends or family over to visit. Are they going to have to show proof they’ve been jabbed before they’re allowed to enter the building? Will a resident have to provide a list in advance of who is coming to visit? Or once again, are someone’s neighbors ready to play cop? And delivery people. Is the guy delivering your pizza going to have to show paperwork or otherwise a resident has to meet them outside?

    1. My apartment, run by a competitor to the one in the TNC article, is close to doing the same thing. It’s banned purebloods like me from the gym and it’s posted a sign that the rental office staff have been officially contaminated with the gunk, as if that’s a virtue. (If they’ve taken the poison, that means they’re protected, right? So why should they be worried whether I’ve got that crap in my system?)

      How much of that is from the company directly or simply the policy of that useless lump of a manager (who figures she can run the complex without ever leaving her office) I don’t know.

      In Australia the moment you say ‘Outback Communities’ what you are really saying is ‘Aborigines’. They are who live there. Non Aborigines don’t – exception being government assigned health, education and police types – because Non Aborigines are for the most part expected to pay their way in life. These are Aborigines living on traditional Aborigine Land and it is utterly wacist to say otherwise.

      The quality of life for Aborigines in Australia is a massive embarrassed lie. Outside the urban areas there is a lot of out of sight out of mind back up by some hand waving about ‘traditional culture and way of life’. Inside the urban areas there is the Aborigine Industry of people with sometimes dubious genetic heritage who stand around wearing the red/yellow/back slogan t-shit, holding fists in the area and demanding they be given huge amounts of everything so that they can ensure people thousands of km away retain their cultural respect.

      Do NOT talk about sexual abuse or violence or substance abuse. That is wacist. Do not talk about young children being treated for STDs.

      There are problems… provided you don’t attempt to talk about it, and yes there are many areas where they are run with harsh and pragmatic internal rules. In many communities it is illegal to bring alcohol in for example as the communities recognise the problems. In other areas people sleep on the road at night cause the surface is nice and warm.

      Australia is a two tier country. In most parts we are cutting edge advanced with lots of shiny things. In others people would have to lift their game to even become a 3rd World slum. All of this is dealt with by not making eye contact with the problem because it is culturally insensitive to mention it.

      But – getting back to the original point – if people are being removed from Communities in the Northern Territory then those people are Aborigines.

      BLM will be holding a protest in Sydney and Melbourne over this any decade now.

  11. I watched a documentary yesterday called “Nazi Death Squads”. It showed how the Nazis used the police and the
    Non- Jewish populations of the various countries in Europe to systematically exterminate the Jewish people through propaganda and coercion. (Read this as Government-Police-Health Services-Vaccinated-Unvaccinated.)

    The parallels in this documentary and what the governments of the world are doing through propaganda in the press and coercion is almost a mirror image of what is happening and is frightening. It hasn’t yet gotten to the train car chapter…..Yet.

    If the quarantine camp rumours are true then perhaps the first inhabitants should be the shysters and poltroons that have forced an injection on us that is questionable in its efficacy instead of trying other remedies that, on their face, are far less costly and offer better results.

    On a similar vein why are so many healthy young athletes collapsing on the field. Another one just hit the turf, John Fleck of Sheffield United was removed from the field on a stretcher Tuesday night. Why do we continue this charade when the evidence is there in front of us in every sport. How do we explain to our children when their sports idols are collapsing right in front of them.

    To paraphrase a great line from the I Love Lucy sitcom, “Fauci, you got some ‘splaining to do.”

  17. When I read the article about the vaccination requirement by Strategic Group, I immediately sent them a scathing email. I also regularly send emails to various politicians at all levels to which I get no response or lip service. I do not let it deter me from writing. We need to be constantly questioning those in authority about the necessity of a vaccine mandate.
    It is unethical and immoral that people are losing the ability to earn an income or collect EI and, now they can’t have access to housing. So they are now homeless and collecting welfare and using the food bank. Great! How does that make sense to anyone.
    I encourage everyone to make time to write to your local government representatives on a regular basis regarding this fundamentally wrong mandate.

      I too, am on a mission to “flea bite” with e-mail, snail mail etc any and all who are COLLABORATORS in this tyranny. I personally have sent out over 200 letters since September 2021.

      I have had a low percentage of responses. But that will not deter me. This posting on SDA pissed me off as well. I sent a letter off to. Alberta MLA Peter Guthrie, Airdrie-Cochrane. He was mentioned in the Western Standard for standing up against the UCP mandates.
      I thanked him for his stance. I also linked this article on SDA adding my disgust at the illegal DISCRIMINATION of Strategic Group.

  23. Full disclosure: Owner of rental management business. Best line in the article, sums it up nicely: “We’re not the health police.”
    Follow the health “orders” but why embellish and risk expensive humiliation before Human Rights apparatchiks and maybe Courts?
    I’m becoming less surprised at the much less than best practices employed at some firms, who adopt policies that hurt their businesses.
    Their hope this policy will spread is more likely going to be their competitors picking off their best unvaccinated prospects.
    Perhaps they’ve adopted the nanny state mentality from our covid collectivists. As one tenant put it to me, it’s not just about Marxism.
