The Government of Manitoba recently enacted a rule that everyone raising animals of any kind has to register their location with the government just in case there is a zoonotic pandemic. Supposedly this will allow the government to contact all the owners of certain animals to alert them. The government wants to know where every rabbit, chicken, cow, horse, quail, emu and so forth is located.
So who trusts the government? What’s to stop the government from sending in their thugs to just kill off all the animals owned by someone they don’t like? Suppose the government decides the unvaxxed farmer is a threat to livestock? Just send in the troops and kill off all his animals, unless he gets vaxxed.

I can’t remember the links, but minks and ferrets have been mentioned as carriers of covid. I bet these were trial balloons to gauge peoples’ acceptance of extermination of an animal species. I would not be surprised if there has been discussion of dogs and/or cats as carriers, but realized that might be going too far. Can you imagine huge lineups of pet owners at the vet to have them put down? A lot, though not all, would do it.
Justin, My thoughts are that if you are able to raise your own food, the authorities don’t have sufficient control over you, and you might also be assisting others with food supplies. The own nothing and be happy crowd would not be receptive to folks being able to fend for themselves. The idiotic idea that farm animals are spreading methane and therefore we all need to reduce our meat consumption is just part of the ruse as well. If you consider the five hundred plus volcanoes on this planet, and the millions of herds of various animals roving the wilds, our domestic herds are not really a threat any more than CO2, but the gullible sheeple and LIV’s can easily be “herded” in the right direction. My prediction would be that they want to know where domestic animals are, so they can cull them from you. Of course, they’ll still be eating meat while we dine on chemical burger. All part of the great reset plan. these authorities are all either complicit, under a threat, or of the useless idiot group. Probably a mix of all three. It’s likely a genuine human need, though you got to depend on yourself and those near you.
In another and more important case you got to be in a movement of your choice to work for change for something better.

It is transparent to infrared at average Earth temperatures (18 deg. C) and It is much lighter than air and so goes up mostly. I really don’t think there is too much to worry about.
