  1. Yep and WA state governor has said all state snow ploy drivers must get the shot.
Then all of a sudden 20% of them either retired or left.

    Great job governor. You dummy

  2. I usually have some downtime in winter and sub out my labour doing snowplow and shoveling, etc.
My boss this year wants to leave the whole shebang with me and take over finding the men, paying them, getting my own equipment basically doing his job .
He wants to stay overseas for the winter .
He wants all this with me taking all the risk with very little pay increase.
I had till last week to give him an answer, I still haven’t and time is running out for him.
I think I will hold out and go to the competition , get paid very well and use his equipment like a normal job of old.
No Clot shots or masks required.
Plus I am on my own hours, when I want to work or not.
    Don’t need the aggravation.

Welcome to the new economy, bitchez.

  3. When every school aged child is required to do some volunteer work I look forward to their shovelling my driveway instead of the CRT. No tips either. That’s too Capitalist.

    1. Can’t see it happening.
One Saturday a young co worker and I watched in wonder as a ten year old was cutting his parents yard and stopping to see how good of a job he was doing . That’s one kid out of all the miles we covered and houses we planted trees at.
It’s so rare to me (and maybe I’m a cynic that way) I made a point of telling his mom and father how great it was to see.
It’s hard to believe just like that the chickens may have come home to roost.
And a whole lot more is going to have to change for it to get any better.
They are teaching kids health and safety at a young age . Working up a sweat, or a job that has a pucker factor doesn’t work in the Utopia of rainbows and butterflies.

  4. Won’t it be wonderful? All those gas-guzzling Earth-destroying ICE vehicles sent to the scrap yard, with all those covid victims in them.
    possible sarc

  5. Totally predictable.
    The only question has always been;
    When?
    We are living the dream.
After 50 years of making do,I claim I can fix or substitute for damn near anything..
    But I have learned.
    I cannot fix stupid.

  6. I’m curious how the Coquihalla Highway aka: “Highway to Hell” (A “top of the mountain” Freeway – Kamloops to Hope, BC), will fare this winter once it’s completely shut down by snow and some moron not using chains completely blocks the Eastbound lanes which happens every year given the “diverse” workforce in place.

Gonna be interesting to say the least.

But hey..push that BS jab for a bug that kills .27% of the population with most dying due to comorbidities…ya Lying COMMIE Bastards
