      Saw your suggested movie “Special Mission Lady Chaplin” last night, it was quite good. Films shot on location in the most beautiful locales in Europe are a favourite. This one was very James Bondish.

      1. I didn’t watch Amerika when it was on the air nearly 35 years ago because I thought it would be propaganda. I watched the first 2.5-hour block on a different YT channel and–I hate to say it–but it’s eerily like what we’re experiencing right now. We’re just not officially under the domination of a foreign power with its troops all over the territory…..yet.

        As for the movie, you’re welcome. There’s a lot of that stuff on YT, much of it made in Europe. I might look at some of it in the coming months as, hokey as it often is, it’s a lot better than much of the rubbish coming out of Hollywood nowadays.

    2. I find it curious that they are specifically referencing Covid ” complications”, even in the headlines. I would like to know more. Was he ill? Could a Covid complication result from the vax?

      1. The jabs lose effectiveness gradually, after 6 months, they are apparently only ~20%, if you believe big pharma. BCBonnie though, seems to be the most intelligent person in the world, she says they are way more effective, despite evidence to the contrary.
        And yes, Powell could also have held out and just taken jabs, and had a severe reaction, clots, anaphylactic shock, stroke, etc, and died. We are seeing where the med authorities are burying the stats of recently jabbed and death, into the “unvaxxed” category.
        I doubt his death changes anything, both sides are entrenched.
        In any event, Powell had a decent history, until tarnished by Iraq, and then becoming a traitor, supporting Bongo, and being a never Trumper.

      2. Even if you are crushed by a pavement packer, the cause of death will be COVID complications. I am certain that at 84 he was suffering from more life threatening conditions than the virus. It just doesn’t make good fear porn, so COVID it is.

  15. Communism’s eventual outcome, this reminds me of old stories from the Soviet Union prior to it’s collapse when fields of produce were left to rot in fields.

    I believe this is subtly or unconsciously happening on a smaller scale in Trudeau’s Canada, where people no longer see the point of contributing to the blatant corruption and facilitating the demise of their values and traditions.

  19. Tried to watch a few minutes of the whiny Indian press conference with Big Chief Gay Eagle. Lots of talk how Indians are angry at Canada. Genocide this and genocide that. Thousands of dead children need to be found. Trudeau bashing our history. And of course demands for more money to help the healing. Its always about the money.
