Given that he has outsourced his authority on ceremonial actions to a client-base of professional grievance and apartheid enhancement activists, it would seem the decision to raise the failed Quebec appeasement rag will be as fleeting as the never-ending mythical goal of “reconciliation”. IOW, the lowered flag will actually be an extremely appropriate symbol of the deranged dominion under the Spawn and will remain as long as he holds office. One doesn’t have to watch him or torture one’s soul by listening to him but simply observe the flag.

19. Not to be nit-picky but genocide is when you deliberately kill people, not when you find that various people are dead and bury them perhaps inappropriately, perhaps just to the standards of the times.

    I would say we have tolerated this observance long enough, it doesn’t mean we take any pleasure in the deaths of many children (probably lots who weren’t FN too) but genocide? I don’t think so. Put the flags back up for now.

20. For those who debate half mast is naval or half staff is land.

    In the Royal Canadian Legion
    Rituals Awards and Protocols Manual, flag lowering is referred to as Half Masting.

    I have seen the use of both terms mainly in USA references.

    But that’s not the debate I agree with otoole a proper time to go back up is the day after the national reconciliation day.
    Trudeau needs to consider this if the flags are still down how will that go over when we get to November 11th or if we lose a past PM or we lose the queen.
    Trudeaus just playing politics with the issue.
