   1. But Trump was such a threat that he needed to be overthrown in a military coup, wasn’t he?

2. There’s a small monument in Waverly Park in Thunder Bay to the three young local men who gave their lives in the NATO effort to bring peace and freedom to Afghanistan. What a waste.

   1. Afghans are cattle that have no concept of freedom. Canadians are becoming like that very quickly.

3. The technology really has changed dramatically over the last couple of decades when they first invaded many of the Middle Eastern countries. The regime change of knocking off foreign leaders or generating paid riots were the craze of the US Government.
   Drones and high power and highly accurate scopes make the soldiers a liability now especially when you have foreign contractors and foreign countries can supply multiples at a tiny fraction of the cost to heavy military equipment.

   The biggest army and equipment is totally outdated to the technological advances.

   1. You need a will to win. The US has not had that in a very, very long time.

      So, it’s 1968 and I am stationed as a US Army spy on the Warsaw Pact border with Soviet tanks close by. We spies have no weapons. When we ask we are told, we don’t need them as we speak the local languages (we were all trained linguists in 2 languages) so just put on plain clothes and blend in with the local population when the invasion starts. All righty then, we thought.

      Off and on a recruiter would show up to see if we wanted to re-enlist for another 4 years.

      Any ideas as to our answers?

   1. There is no “will to win” in people, the Left/Democrats, who hate everything about the West.

      1. In Afghanistan, Canada’s first five years involved trying to accomplish something. The last 5 years involved trying to stay alive. By then we knew there was no winning. 165 Canadian lives were wasted. The US should just nuke targets of their enemies and not waste one soldier’s life.

5. People need to stop paying taxes. It makes me sick that these people are lifting billions of dollars from the public and essentially flushing it down the toilet. We’re the modern equivalent of hebrew slaves building pyramids for the elites.
