An honest totalitarian

It seems that in Britain you can find people in authority who openly admit that they are pushing for permanent lockdowns. Over here, you can’t even find a mainstream journalist willing to broach that subject.

  1. I fear the government will stop the vaccines saying they are unsafe and therefore we must be in lockdown forever.

  2. The purpose of Covid in Canada is to destroy western separatism and fully bind Canada together.

  3. A jolly old fascist bastard.

Indefinite lockdowns until everyone can be forced to take the vaccine.

And far too many would agree with that son of a bitch.

  4. Progressives regressing to totalitarian despotism – doubling down on not just ineffective measures, but which are the problem.

  5. This guy is a real nut job. According to his logic, we’d need to:

Stop driving, it’s too dangerous; people get into accidents.

Remove all staircases; some people fall down and are killed.

Stop eating; some people choke on food and die.

Don’t ever go outside; you might get hit by lightning, or a falling meteorite. Or be stung by a bee and have an allergic reaction.

The doctor is the proverbial “Cover Your Ass” poster boy; any advice he gives will be spun so that he’s sure to be absolved of any blame for bad outcomes. He doesn’t care about anything other than being able to say “I told you so” no matter *what* happens.

  6. He’s the epitome of the terms “quack” or “copulating cretin”.

  7. Progressives = Totalitarian A$$holes

The Bastille needs storming again. Madame Defarge has a basket full of knitting just waiting for the right opportunity.

  8. Pancho Villa had a solution. A wall and a blindfold.
“You can vote your way into Socialism. But history tells us that you always have to shoot your way out”

  9. Those of us with our eyes open know how this will continue. CoVid/The Environment/Social Justice/ …. whatever the reason used, the result and end game is to lock down and suppress ordinary people. The elite will fly everywhere and drive everywhere, eat and drink what they like, hang out with whoever and how many they like, employ private security as the violence grows in our streets because security for ordinary people (the police) will be taken away … but the rest of us will be locked down, forbidden to travel, curtailed in what we can eat and drink, and denied social gatherings whether of sports or religious nature. The nobility ruling over the peasant class: we’re back to that. And any protests on our part will get us labelled as racists or destroyers-of-the-environment or whatever. Fined and imprisoned, gulaged to be “educated”, fired and impoverished, publicly shamed … maybe eventually even “disappeared.”
Those of us with our eyes open can see it all unfold. Faster than I thought it would come when I first started noticing this (Tom Clancy’s “Rainbow Six”, years ago, actually got me started on the path to noticing this …). Once you notice it, you see it happening everywhere. And every announcement from the elite and the powerful is pointing to this.
The problem with globalism is … is there anywhere for ordinary freedom-loving people to flee to now?
That G-7 group … they want us peasants to conform and obey as they demand we make a “greener” society. But those people in that photo will jet wherever, eat whatever, socialize as they please, own 5 or more mansions, experience not one single blackout as the rest of us are rationed off the powergrid over time … they will make no sacrifices whatsoever. We will have to.

    1. I wonder if this “let them eat cake’ attitude will finally push us over the edge. I’m too old- really, to participate, but the watching could be enjoyable.

    2. Ann…

      Yep….Welcome to the Hunger Games.

(_i_)hole in the Video is typical of the Communist human Garbage of which Britain & Canada for that matter, are teeming with…

      1. What’s particularly annoying is his condescending attitude towards her, as if she is so stupid that she couldn’t possibly understand what he “knows”. Unfortunately, that perspective is far too common among the elite, particularly those like him.

        1. She does a good job of calling him out on his BS, however. He finally has to admit that despite other illnesses (such as flu) being dangerous but not causing major issues, CV-19 requires a permanent lockdown, in his (anything but) humble opinion.

I agree with Watcher’s solution, except for the fact that it requires the use waste of a (very expensive nowadays) bullet. Perhaps a rope and a tree; a setup which has the advantage of being re-usable.

          1. Yes, shooting costs more because every round expended costs money. That’s one reason there are still bayonets, every time you use one the return on investment increases.

      2. Saw this meme and saved it:
“It’s easy being a communist in a free country.
Try being free in a communist country.”

Communism has always been and always will be : a few powerful thugs in control over millions of suppressed, impoverished people, who are kept in line through force, fear, and indoctrination (lies, propaganda, etc).

        1. And that definition is what communists claim about capitalism.

          1. Except in a capitalist society, an ordinary person like me can go where I like, eat and drink what I like, read what I like, learn what I want to learn, worship as I want to worship, meet with whoever I want to meet, and enhance my own life situation through my own hard work and efforts . At least, that’s how it used to be . That’s why people try to escape communist countries to get into capitalism countries, not vice versa.

          2. Except in a capitalist society, an ordinary person like me can go where I like

The Sunday sermons I sat through some 40 years ago portrayed capitalism as being tyrannical, oppressive, exploitative, and highly inequitable.

I knew it was malarkey, but most of the people listening to them nodded in agreement.

          3. No, they claim it is oppressive and unfair, though Marx did miss the industrial revolution’s exploding living standards previously stagnant for a thousand years, followed by Marxist Leninist oppression their style on the way to utopia, the dictatorship of the proletariat, curiously run by elites, who of course return power to their comrades once they’ve achieved perfection, which is never, because their ideology takes society the other way.

One system thrives, the other stagnates into futile transactions of decline, coercion, and ultimately depravity.
Just because they’re power systems doesn’t make them remotely similar, any more than a bee is a bird.
One justifies society through the individual who is free to achieve, unhindered by the state over their identity.
Marx’s robbers barons changed their stripe with social media’s advent, it firmly in his identity victimhood camp.

Anytime someone talks about the rich getting richer, identity unfairness or other such nonsense, they are nowhere near capitalism, but they are at the epicentre of Marxism with its top down solutions to save society.

Once society realizes these folks are incompetents and charlatans, with individualism they can be removed.
But, as noted above, we vote our way into socialism and have to shoot our way out. I hope that is not our fate.

    3. ” … they will make no sacrifices whatsoever. We will have to…” …sacrifice them.

      1. No. 99.9 % of “revolutions” just result in the whip merely changing hands. The Reformation and the American Revolution are exceptional in that the results truly did benefit the non-elite. But that’s usually not the result of revolutions. We won’t like the new bosses any more than the old ones.

I just want to get away from the elite, not engage in a bloody overthrow. I want to secede and separate and escape and use the original American Constitution as a foundation for a new society that respects the freedom of each individual, within the laws of reason and morality.

        1. Except..
Cause I am with you Anne.
Except they will never release their jaws from our throats.
Only a massive cull of the parasitic overload will work.
For how do you negotiate with a parasite?
Is negotiation even possible, when one party lives by sucking the life out of another with no return benefit..
The claim of “Good Government” as a justification for the horrendous waste and destruction these fools inflict has been throughly exposed,in the Dread Covid Theatre.
The “helpers” have served us notice, they will never stop bothering us in their urgency to save us..
We must surrender all rights, freedoms and critical reasoning abilities ..so that they might save us..
From what and at what cost?
Can’t seem to get an answer now,can we?

But when the truly useless and clueless presume to dictate to those who permit their existence, things get snakey real fast.
The five year plans are back.even after the Supreme Soviet proved how insane such central planning is..

The last time the general populace realized how ignorant and arrogant our effete elites had become America was born and The French brought Ma Guillotine to sing ,in high opera.

15 months of “We will save you from contracting The dread Covid” even if we must kill you.
          And
“To save Civilization from this Wuhan Flu,we had to restrict and forbid every civil liberty, personal freedom and property rights that make up civil society..Only the Supreme Bureaucracy can save you,Get your Government Goo”.

With help like this we need no enemies.

The Theatre of this Mass Hysteria is awesome.
Government has forbidden or out right destroyed every reason for their existence.
          And now?
They are confused by our lack of joy ..”Why aren’t those peasants cheering”?

I suspect “Delusions of Adequacy” as the Participation Prize Zombies are stuck.
Reality sucks, when you truly believe you have “Killed the great dragon” and the people you believe you have saved from its ravages instead are going”What Dragon”
And why did you destroy all our crops just to kill a scrawny lizard?

This is the current problem for our career parasites.
They believed this was “The Crisis of a Lifetime”.
They may even have manufactured it.
Instead, as the cold hard facts come out.
They killed more people than the virus.
And crippled/destroyed the economy to save it from a Flu ..
One it would seem we humans have natural immunity for 80% and a overall survival rate of 99% for those who catch it..

The past 15 months have been a massive failure of leadership.
And these same idiots are now afraid to lift their boot from our neck because they must answer for their fear and madness.
Being held to account terrifies them more than any manufactured disease.
So the clampdown will increase as the flu season ends.

This cannot end well, especially when the fools in political office try to solve this crisis in confidence by forbidding the public from speaking..
Bill C-10 is entirely logical and predictable when we suffer such fools to hold authority.
          In any form.
Jason Kenny’s “I need a new base” expresses their hubris perfectly.

Blinded by their own stupidity and fear, they will now bluster,”We did the best we could” No one could have done better”
Which of course is bull shit.
But they seem to believe themselves the “Smartest Persons in society”.
For which there is no civil cure.
          You cannot cure stupid.
Which is why we can no longer retreat and self banish ourselves.
We now have no choice but to reform exact retribution and banish the fools from our societies.
          The experiment has been run.

  10. Dwight D. Eisenhower paging Doug Ford.

Stop believing in the ignorance of the “experts”.

In this revolution, research has become central; it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.

Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.

The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded.

Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite.

  11. “It seems that in Britain you can find people in authority who…”

This guy is an 86 year old co-lead of a fringe UK political party that has never won a single seat in Parliament. Hardly a person “in authority”.

    Try harder.
