A 14-year-old girl who was stabbed 25 times in a random attack while skateboarding to her mother’s house in Fargo, North Dakota, has died from her injuries, her family said.
There is a reason I decided cities were no place to live. Unfortunate for these people, it is a lesson they have not taken to heart yet.
Don’t let your children, go anywhere alone. Teach them the importance of situational awareness; where are the exits, what is the escape route, who is likely to help, who/what is likely the danger, etc., etc., etc..
It will get far worse than any of us can guess, and be that way for far longer than any of us will want it to. Be prepared.

They started moving into my formerly conservative suburb about 20 years ago as their “edgy” urban neighborhoods (and schools) … grew “browner and browner”. Now, my town is being literally FLOODED with these (former hipster) refugees from the cultural morass they created. Why? They won’t DARE send their small children to public schools where English is spoken as a second language (second to Ebonics), and ewwww Catholic schools are OUT of the question for them.
We will all soon be building 12ft concrete block walls around our single family homes. Our properties will resemble bin Laden’s Abbottabad walled compound “hideout”. Only penetrable by Seal Team 6.
I saw that in the town where I grew up in. When I moved away in the late 1970s, it was largely white with a few Indians because there were a number of reserves within an hour’s drive.
Now that I’ve been travelling there on a frequent basis, I see a lot of brown faces there. The former forest ranger station was converted into a Sikh temple and there’s even a gathering place for the followers of Mohammed.
