  1. Manitoba must have all their essential workers like meat packers and grocery clerks done if they’re making arrangements for teachers.

    1. Where have you been? Teachers have the “essential” job of brainwashing future generations!

      1. And you just know they’re going to keep teaching their students to hate America and Americans.

        1. Nonononononononono! They’re merely “correcting” views that are now clearly wrong.

  2. Cannot confirm of course but there’s whispers of Doug Ford having an adverse reaction to his much ballyhooed vaccine advertisement, and all that based on his rather curious absence from the cameras and elsewhere.
    Geez…that’d be a shame.
    Get well Doug.

    1. That seems likely. I have adverse reactions to his vaccine advertisements every time I see them.

  3. Manitoba Hospitalizations down, ICU cases down, deaths down. AHHHHHHHH time to panic. It’s hard to believe the end game is just full vaccination. The effort to get there and the stated outcome just doesn’t seem to balance out.

  4. CTV Saskatoon at noon today, had a segment about all the vaccine that is starting to expire, or will shortly, all across the USA! Very few people are coming the vaccination sites anymore. Vaccine sites that were injection 7000 plus arms a day, are now only seeing 100-200 people come.
North Dakota, is giving truckers or teacher vaccine, because it’s going to expire anyway, due to lack of interest from the remaining population to take the vaccine.
(it will likely be replayed during the 6pm broadcast)

  5. Canadians having to go South to buy medical care is a feature not an anomaly. Meanwhile we continue to waste vaccinations on recovered Covid patients when they already have better immunity. Canadians love their communism.

    1. The vaccines are not vaccines. I wish people would stop perpetrating that lie.

        1. Wrong, J&J are indeed using human adenovirus to introduce the antigen (protein to induce the antibody response). There is no covid virus involved. What it might vaccinate you against is anybody’s guess. Fatal blood clots are possible.

  6. If Oh Tool were a real leader he’d propose this nationwide FOR ALL CANADIANS. But he’s not so he won’t. Seriously this is the most winnable election in the history of the country and we have an absolute idiot as CPC leader.

    1. Last election was I thought….

Blackface. Wilson-Raybould. SNC. India trip. Kokanee grop. 10 mill payoff. Carbon tax.

I live out west but if I were ever to run into a Liberal voter. Ask them if they approved of any of those especially wearing of Blackface…..

      1. 60-80% of Canadians want a vaccine and the vast majority can’t get it. There’s only one sock wearing hair lisper who’s at fault for that and Oh Tool announces a loyalty card carbon tax.

        1. 60 to 80% of Canadians want to take an unlicensed, untested, mRNA experimental shot, wow.

  7. Sad. We used to be a proud country. Now we are beggars shilling for coin on the street side like all the new Canadians I see at the lights.

Btw insurance companies will not cover hospital care due to the vaccines if they go wrong. Due to it not being on the approved list from what I have been told.

  8. Don’t you Canadians have universal health care? I’ve been hearing good things about that.

    1. Every day on facebook there’s posts asking if anyone knows a family doctor taking new patients and the answer is NO. Most are resorting to seeing “nurse practioners” which is pointless. I haven’t had a family doctor in years because mine retired. Yeah it’s “free” if you can get it I guess. There’s no other choice too you can’t pay to see someone.

      1. Yup. Most physicians aren’t interested in new clientele and those that are often want referrals. The days of walking into a clinic and being taken on just like that are long over.

        And, no, walk-in clinics aren’t a solution.

          1. 46 % of all tax money in Ontario is used for “health care”. That ain’t cheap.

    2. We have universal health care, not universal access. That’s one of the many problems with socialized medicine.
By the way it is NOT FREE. We pay for it though our taxes.

  9. Deaths have been stable for some time. This may be why the NP ran a story about an 18 year old girl in Alberta who died rather suddenly, allegedly from Covid, even though she tested negative twice. It has not been confirmed that the death had anything to do with Covid; the assumption was made because the girl’s sister had it. Hence the need to jump the gun to keep the fear porn ramped up.

    1. Yes it is all rather suspicious. They say was healthy and “stable”. What was stable? Was she by chance a type 1 diabetic or did she have some other health condition that was pertinent to this? They say she had blot clots in her heart and lungs. COVID does that in some individuals. Was it just she had bad luck in the genetic draw and she had some condition that made her very prone to clotting?

This is a terrible terrible tragedy and I am so very sorry for this family’s horrible loss. I don’t want anything I am about to say to diminish how badly I feel for this family.

I still don’t think we need to close all the schools and keep everyone home because of this anymore than I think we need to close all the schools and keep everyone at home because of the number of teens who die in car accidents.

  10. And unbiased bought and paid for media moment. At the press conference for Blackie’s vaccine team, a journalist actually asked each one of them how they feel, about doing such a great job at getting vaccines.

  11. Once again, God Bless America.
Once again, Canada is an embarrassment.

For brief intervals over the last few days on the radio I heard the same advertisement from a teacher’s union complain that Doug Fatass Ford wasn’t letting precious teachers get the vaccine. Their unions really make it easy to hate their guts.

  12. Sounds like a great way to encourage a thinning of the pension earning teaching horde.

    https://www.americasfrontlinedoctors.org/frontline-news/watch-whats-stopping-them-from-using-this-drug

“Few among the health professionals who have dared challenge the mainstream Covid-19 narrative have been braver or more resolute than this US frontline doctor.

For more than a year, respiratory and ICU specialist Dr Pierre Kory has campaigned tirelessly for the adoption in hospitals across the US and beyond of a low-cost drug that he and his colleagues in the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance have proven time and again saves lives and dramatically reduces symptom severity.

But — as my recent guest Dr Tess Lawrie has also discovered here in the UK — his words keep falling on deaf ears at regulatory and government level. As a matter of fact, YouTube deleted his formal testimony under oath before the U.S. Senate.

Dr Kory is board-certified in internal medicine, critical care, and pulmonary medicine, and a former Chief of the Critical Care Service and Medical Director of the Trauma and Life Support Centre at the University of Wisconsin.

So why is nobody listening and what does he see as the true obstacles standing in the way of this simple, affordable, readily available drug and the wider protocols developed by the Alliance for preventing and treating Covid-19?”

    1. Dr. John Campbell had this man as his guest on his youtube channel and he gave a convincing interview. Campbell is very mainstream, repeats all the government talking points so it was interesting to watch.

  13. Some pigs are more equal than others. Nothing new here.
    Get with the program…they’re co-parents.

  14. I humbly suggest this entry needs to be categorized as “Tommy Douglas not dead enough”

  15. I would like to know how much $$$$ is being funneled into megalomaniac Pallister’s off shore accounts in Costa Rica.

    1. I have not heard of anyone else anywhere accusing Pallister of funnelling money. That’s one hell of a slander. Do you have any evidence to back that one up?

  16. Wait just a friggin’ minute! How do they get across the border? I couldn’t drive into the US but had to take three flights to get to my destination.

    1. “How do they get across the border?”

      My thoughts precisely.

There are many southern Albertans who own property in northern Montana that we’ve been unable to visit for a year. Some of us closed them down for the winter in the fall of ’19, which means they’ve not been looked after for 18 months. I can hardly wait for the cleanup & repairs from all the varmint parties inside, assuming the buildings’re still standing.

All this & nary a cent discounted from our property taxes.

    2. I heard some details. They are working on them but most likely a clinic will be set up in a border location like the Peace Gardens. People will drive in and drive out with no way to get beyond the vaccine site.

  17. Just saw a Manitoba teacher’s union rep on the news and all he could do was bitch and belly ache about it being an inadequate, band-aid solution.
How are people supposed to get to the border, not everyone has a car blah blah.
I mean these are insurmountable problems. Better to sit here and snivel than say, start organizing car pools and signing people up for the trip.
They’re just going to hold their breath until they die and then we’ll be sorry.

  18. Hope all the teachers remember to thank Donald Trump when they get vaccinated. Warp Speed baby!

    1. By slipping just over the border, getting it and slipping back they avoid interference from both Biden and Trudeau. Don’t forget, Manitoba made previous arrangements in the past to import literally millions of PPE and Trudeau promptly confiscated it at the border and sent it to Quebec and Ontario leaving Manitoba with a token few hundred. We have no reason to think Trudeau would not do the same thing again if Manitoba tried to import in.
