Those where or are sick should stay home just like with the freaking flu. Other than that get up, get out, get over it and get back to work. Mass civil disobedience is needed.     — Colin Kaepernick has announced he is forming a news SPAC company (i.e., a special purpose acquisition company) which will be seeking venture capital to invest in new companies, capitalized at over $1-billion or more. The companies he is interested in must have a social-progressive orientation. Mr. Kaepernick’s new corporation will be welcomed by Wall Street moguls, to be sure.
