Today, Tuesday, is the long awaited Georgia Senate runoff: At any rate, because America runs the crappiest elections in the allegedly “free world”, we’re now being told it’s highly unlikely (unless it’s a landslide steal by the Dems) that we’ll have a result tonight. Hey, what’s the big deal? We still don’t have a result in New York’s 22nd Congressional district – and Election “Day” was over two months ago.

Break down of multiple machines in many counties, especially ones that went solidly for Trump. Provisional ballots in use now. Multiple complaints of people arriving and finding they already voted. Many more cases of Republican observers not being permitted to observe. basically the same shit show steal as last time. I don’t know why anyone bothered to go vote. The result was predetermined by corruption.
No the way forward is to take camera crews and record the observer is being shut out. That would provide the basis for a civil rights case. This is not going to become an issue until the Republicans make it an issue. Use the courts against the Democrats; push for a voting rights act that takes control of elections away from the local officials, The same way that was done in the voting rights act 1964.

What safeguards? They aren’t letting Republican observers observe and the machines are having issues with security keys in places Trump did well in in 2020 so they have had to switch to provisional ballots.

Yes folks are being told to fill out provisional ballots and poll workers were scan them later when the machines are fixed. (Probably after they tell everyone to go home in secret in the early am.) – Arms length from the government

If the NDP was to split the left wing vote too much such that a conservative win could happen, a cheat may be necessary but that seldom happens.
Very hard to disagree with that. Elections Canada runs square elections and honestly outside of a few ballots here and there it’s not really possible to cheat. I don’t think you could ever bring in fair and honest elections in the US because democrats count on the corrupt system to win.
I’d agree but 1) nothing wrong with machines like Dominion that leave a paper trail & 2) the US election was fine, no large scale voter fraud.

On the basis of numerous credible claims of widespread fraud they are formally asking for a delay to the certification of the presidential election results in Georgia. (The press falsely claims that there is no evidence!)
