Some for months.
 
Every doctor in the hospital realizes that these patients are neither sick nor contagious. Every medical expert knows that PCR tests are highly prone to trigger on tiny fragments of residual RNA even when there is no communicable disease present.

  2. I have been told that this year’s flu shot contains a related coronavirus RNA strand. Get the shot and you will test positive for COVID despite you do not have it. The test is worthless other than to justify putting us all into house arrest:

  3. The article is very compelling. Perhaps it can be used to persuade Canadian politicians and public health people to scale back on the 40 cycles amplification current used in the PCR tests. What is happening now is insane.

    1. Yesterday, I was clapping and wohooing in seeing Premier Ford finally blow his top on what Trudeau is doing with this imposed carbon tax.
      He called this nothing more than a money grabbing scam and it will increase everything 30% in a time of economic devastation.
      How can this attract new investors when everything including exports is 30% more.
      Trudeau locked down the country and only has compensated 20% of these Pandemic expenses and lockdowns.
      Quite the show that I doubt the media will repeat this performance.

    And in Canada, it has enabled our own swamp, aka, the Laurentian Elite, to retain power and silence any opposition to the ineffective, bumbling, ignorant regime of Trudeau-Butts. The T-B strategy is rather simple but effective: to BUY votes. So, they’ve bought the media, the indigenous, the ethnics, the minorities – and of course, the huge public service. The rumblings of discontent with the high taxes, the economic infrastructure fleeing Canada – have been silenced by the intrusion of an addition to the Liberal Theme of Man-as-Sinner [that’s the Climate Change ideology] – with the insertion of the Covid virus as explicit evidence of Man-as-Sinner. [Oh, dear, should I say Peoplekind-as-Sinner. Too bad. I’m not Politically Correct]. This virus has enabled the swift rise in power of The Ignorant and Arrogant, aka, the political class – who have seized on this to terrify and disempower the population. And destroy the middle class by shutting down all private small businesses.

    The T-B strategy has been to fling masses of money at the people – which has only resulted, not merely in a disastrous debt; not merely in huge numbers of fraudulent abuses of this largesse, but – in serving to silence all opposition to the ongoing corruption and ineffectiveness of the Liberals.

    And we mustn’t forget that it has enabled the Chinese to continue their economic [and political] expansion of control in both the US and Canada.

    What’s needed? A free press – who can publish the facts and not the fiction. And yes, an open and honest outline of the political and economic infrastructure of oligarchy that has developed in both the US and Canada. Again – Black outlines it very well in the article in the NP.

    Remember – Luther fought the Church’s oligarchic control – and the People of today have to do the same with our political oligarchies.

The SCOTUS ignored the US Constitution … ignored its breach by a select few Swing States that stuffed the ballot box and used voting machine algorithms to defeat the Vote of The People … in bypassing their State Legislatures to STEAL the vote.

      What is the SCOTUS waiting for? Bodies in the streets? Didn’t they get a preview of that over the summer?

        IF there was fraud committed, and I think we are pretty empirically certain of this – and that it was not statistically irrelevant fraud – then, isn’t the Supreme Court obliged to investigate?

        Yes, we know that if, after investigation, the Court certified Trump as the winner, then, the left would have exploded in a civil war, using the BLM, their Antifa and others as their front-line militant minions. But surely this can’t have been a reason to reject the investigation? Or – why?

        Again – this ‘Cold War’ between the Washington Swamp Oligarchy and the Trump/The People is not a minor issue; it goes to the very heart of the functioning of the US. Can the USA, which has, over the past forty or so years, moved into governance and economic power by an elite network of networked ‘families’ in Washington, robustly function as such – or – will it return governance and economic power to the People? The reality is that an oligarchy is economically disastrous – and therefore, economic [and political] power HAS to be restored to the People. Trump was doing that – and the Washington Swamp have been fighting this ‘tooth and nail’. Again, Black’s column outlines this clearly.

        This Covid [how fortunate that China developed this virus] was rapidly grabbed by the Washington Elite, who, using their control of the media, portrayed it as so deadly that even if you touched much less spoke to another person, you were doomed – and – defined Trump as The Cause of It All.

        Now – this Cold War isn’t over. The Washington oligarchy – are they really that naive? The truth of their existence is now public. As was said about another famous figure: “All the King’s horses and all the King’s men, couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty together again”. Neither the Swamp style political nor economic systems of Oligarchic Supremacy can be put back the way they were – even though the Biden Gang are attempting to do just that. They will use the Covid Virus to try; they will try to patch things up to remake their old power infrastructure – but- my view is that it’s too late.

        Add to that, heh, the Washington Oligarchy have a ‘worm in their belly’ so to speak. It’s called Radical Socialism, and is held onto, dearly, by a select number in the Democratic party, the Squad, led by the invincible AOC. The Washington Oligarchy don’t want this ideology [or any ideology for that matter] – and that’s going to be a problem for them.

        So- I agree. I want to know why the Supreme Court refused to investigate – and – what they and others see as happening over the next two and four years. The Oligarchy/Humpty Dumpty, can’t be put back together, even though they are trying. So- what’s next?

          “We’re pretty empirically certain of this” — what the F are you talking about? There is no empirical evidence of systematic fraud; all there is is speculation, innuendo, spin, misrepresentations, wishful thinking, and blatant lies.

          It’s entirely revealing that the only place where Trump and his political and legal teams are actually claiming fraud is in the public arena (social media, rallies, media interviews), where the cost of inflating the truth is negligible. In court filings—where willfully misrepresenting or inflating the truth comes with potential and significant professional and legal consequences—none of Trump’s legal team dares to actually assert fraud, instead putting forward only (judicially flawed) constitutional arguments.

          Trump’s own Attorney General concedes that he’s seen no evidence of systematic fraud. Half of the Republicans in Congress say they’ve seen no evidence of fraud. Republican state and election officials in the key battlegrounds affirm they’ve seen no evidence of fraud.

          “Pretty empirically certain” — I mean, really, ET, how can you seriously, with any real intellectual honesty, make such a statement?

        Money their children and their children will have to pay, likely at higher interest rates, as boomers age and strain budgets.
        The only way to build it back better is for government to get out of the bloody way. Free up the individual.
        Ah but that’s not what progressives regressing to Marxism do, they build it back bigger.
        That is our economic salvation. Like Friedman said, no government edict invented the automobile or the internet.
        Statism stagnates because politically it benefits elites. Dressing that up as “what Canadians want” is a malignant fraud.
        I have an alternative to their lockdowns and carbon taxes – shut them down rather than the economy.
        But the oblivious sheeple, aka voters, are easily brainwashed and will require a Depression style beatdown to wake up.

        1. Shamrock – exactly. Covid enabled the Swamp to regain control [for a while] of The People by inserting the local and state governments as authorities vs local doctors, local evidence, etc.

          And further push them down by, using the theme of The-Virus-Will-Get-You, isolating people from each other, forbidding not merely gatherings but even interactions [keep your distance!] and thus, preventing discussions [except for the very useful BLM and Antifa riot-gatherings]. And – playing up the Virus in all state-controlled media as an Unseen Enemy – that required everyone to keep away from each other, to see others as the enemy, etc. And importantly, shutting down the economic power of the People, by shutting down private small businesses – which are the economic infrastructure of The People.

          However, it is naive and romantic to think that an entrenched Washington oligarchy, operative with vast networks throughout government, developed over at least two generations, can be overthrown in four years. As we’ve seen, this oligarchy mounted a vast, vicious war against The People l[aka Trump] – and the virus was definitely used as a key tool.

          But- we are in a Cold War against the oligarchy – and – this will continue for another 4-8 years. They cannot last because they are economically disastrous for the US economy. They, themselves, get very rich [just see the Obama, Clinton, Pelosi, Biden wealth for examples] – but as the People’s economic wealth diminishes – then, their anger against this Oligarchy will increase. A key result of Trump’s first four years [and many of these results have been referred to in the Conrad Black article] – is that the existence and corruption of this Washington Swamp is now out in the open. It has become known; its players are known – and I predict – the Cold War against them continues.

            The USSR and subsequent oligarchy has lasted over a century. The only way for tyranny to end is: disintegration of its multi-tentacled grip, or revolt. The time for a show of force by the right was originally when rioters took control of big city streets without massive, politically corrective, citizen push-back. Having been caught napping then, the right had its next test with Trump’s Tulsa rally – fail again when that opportunity to strike hard at COVID insanity and anarchists flopped with barely a whimper. Flash forward to the Texas case going to the SC. Where was the supportive evidence of massive numbers of patriots already organized and willing to counter the expected Leftist riots, even to civil war if they didn’t back down – the one thing that would have strengthened SC backbones? Now, the last redoubt: without evidence that patriots will finally get off their duffs, Trump stands alone against powerful forces that will crucify him if he tries any military option to rescue an apathetic nation.

            The right must rise up to save the USA and the entirety of Western Civilization NOW or there will be no stopping the oligarchs from entrenching themselves for a long, long time.

      To wit, we failed to make the necessary reforms but we have balkanised and ruined the once-successful West.

      1. I disagree. Without Luther’s trial and his ’95’ – there would have been no reason for the Church to reform. After all- the Church fought these reforms for more than a century. He rejected the ‘mediation of a bureaucracy’ [if I may so define the priesthood]; rejected the basic money-raising Church strategy of indulgences, the supremacy of Rome, the infallibility of the Pope, etc.

        Now, it would be naive to consider that Luther’s reforms, which moved the power of religious connection with god, from the Church to the People, can be separated from the economic reforms of the era, which saw the development of a middle class economy which put economic power in the hands of ‘free citizens’ rather than a hereditary elite – and which moved both economic and political interests into the control of a nation, [ or nations] rather than an imperial ‘global’ church.

        1. The reforms were already underway and a long time coming.

          Seeing as Luther started his own religion (after whom it was named), he didn’t reform anything. To suggest he was instigator of massive economic changes in Europe at the time would be a reach. The only Biblically-based thing he did cling onto was the veneration of Mary.

          How this relates to our current situation: the “hereditary elite” are the new Luthers who blather on about reforming and “resetting” and certainly keeping a status quo that enriches them. They rile the ovine masses into being woke but, in truth, they harbour elitism, xenophobia and ignorance themselves and would be loathe if any of the sheep were to question wearing masks, wondering about election fraud or any other socio-political shibboleths that are “settled” or else.

          Indulgences? Try carbon offsets the “enlightened” masses haven’t thought through.

          Hell, why don’t we just ask Canadians how they feel about religion? They see it as a source of dysfunction and evil because they were told that, not because they’ve come to any sort of conclusion. These are the same religions that give solace to others and even encourage actual charity (certainly not of the WE variety).

          No, society has rallied around the rabble-rousing Luthers of their day thinking them to be much-needed iconoclasts and still ended up embracing and defending rot.

            Marx missed the escape from poverty the industrial revolution presaged – but saw only oppression while collectivists saw only opportunity. They always dress it up as for the masses – the “peoples’ republic.” Hogwash.

            It takes events and/or people to bring an idea to the fore, to give it the necessary momentum, “escape velocity.”
            That’s what Luther did. And Lenin too. Not necessarily for the good of the people, but masses were mobilized.
            Was the Reformation a tolerant era? First year history midterm question. Answer – not at all.
            If the prince converted, the population had to do so, at the point of the sword, musket or guillotine.
            Rather than going off on tangents that do not address the actual problem – of oligarchists ruling for their benefit.

          2. I certainly don’t consider that Luther was the source or cause of the huge economic reform that was taking place in Europe from the 14th through 17th centuries. I don’t agree with the ‘Big Hero’ analysis of history [where one person is viewed as causal]. These changes have deep infrastructural causes and refer more to population sizes and economic capacity to support these populations – than any individual ideology. And they take generations to emerge and gain strength.
            But I do consider that Luther, as well as many others of these periods, were the VOICE of these changes. These voices began talking about the ability of the ordinary man to objectively observe and view the world; to experiment, to develop new technologies, to develop a private business; to move off the land into the towns, and so on. Whether it was Abelard with his ‘dubitando’ [I doubt]; or Da Vinci, or Roger Bacon or Occam or Copernicus or Columbus or..Galileo or..the emergence of the Universities, ..medical [Harvey’s circulation of blood] etc etc. This was the era of the development of towns, of the market economy, of the development of the primacy of nations…

            I am certainly not against religion – and consider it a vital force for the functionality of human societies, with its emphasis on morality and constructive societal behaviour. It can be a force for communal cohesion – and we see this in all religions. However, I part company with religions when they move from the domains of morality and communal cohesion – into the metaphysical.

            However, I still think that my analogy of the Washington [and Ottawa] oligarchy with the pre-reform Church is a valid one, and my analogy that views Man-as-Sinner and thus, obliged to pay Indulgences Or Carbon Taxes to deal with these sins – is a valid comparison. In both cases, the oligarchy is enriched; in both cases, Man is defined by the Oligarchy as not only sinful, but, redeemable – by paying-the-money.

  6. Can we all agree that Cuomo is the biggest mass murderer in NY history? Forcing nursing homes to accept patients without a testing protocol led to an estimated 6,000 to 9,000 additional deaths. (NYT, WSJ, etc.)

    Not necessarily. It depends on the PCR cycle design and primers used. There are some other factors. FEE BS aside, the CDC paper linked was actually good, but a quote from one of the papers cited by the CDC paper: “However, in this series of patients, it was estimated that 88% and 95% of their specimens no longer yielded replication-competent virus after 10 and 15 days, respectively, following symptom onset.”

    Well, that’s still 1/10-1/20 people still shedding and given how damn good this virus is at infecting (it’s REALLY good), letting them just walk around like normal people is a recipe for disaster.

    ET, I did not accuse you of being against religion. My issue was elevating the alleged reformer Luther and considering him to be a figure that we need to emulate now.

    Why? He reformed nothing, was rigid (putting it mildly) in the application of his groovy, individualistic religion and all that followed in Europe after the dozens of churches that were allegedly the real deal was autocrats living off of others, either through honest brute force or under the guise of enlightened leadership.

    Why does this sound like leftists attempting to try the “real” communism, the witch-hunts, the violence, the doxxing, the “right side of history” and “great resets”?

    I’m sure it’s nothing to be concerned with.

      One of his reforms was to translate the Bible into the language of the common people, thereby making it available to anyone who could read. In addition, in the Lutheran church, there are two sacraments, baptism and the eucharist because Christ participated in them Himself.

      Let’s not forget that Luther wasn’t the only church reformer at the time. There was Ulrich Zwingli in Switzerland and Thomas Müntzer in Germany.

      One reason the Reformation took hold was that many nobles in that part of Europe wanted to be free of the Holy Roman Empire.
