Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Important questions here from @CharityCanada
All 10 questions are important. Especially #6 about the “co-founder loophole.”
(Personally… I’m curious about the $4,800 in horses that WE owns.
Which country? Are they work horses or what?
————————————————————————————————————————————-
L- They are getaway horses ! Likely headed for the Badlands of the Big Muddy in S.W. Sask.
to hide out in the cave used in the 19th Century by the Hole-in-the-Wall gang.
The RCMP Musical Ride were sent to investigate but have not been seen or heard from since.
L-This little piggy went to the market,
This little piggy stayed home,
This little piggy had roast beef,
This little piggy had none,
And these little piggies cried We We We all the way to the trough.
Question: Since she totally supports Trudeau and Morneau, what did Chrystia Freeland know about WE, and when did she know it?
Oh, it gets better:

Consider that one will only be able to listen to Justin stutter for one hour and not three.
Jesse Brown of CanadaLand has some really good questions for the Kielburger boys. He’s done some excellent investigative reporting on the WE scandal

The questions won’t matter.
What matters is if one or more witnesses provide testimony that conflicts with another witness.
That leaves a reasonable doubt that someone is hiding and therefore attempting to cover up something that could be detrimental to them or their goals.
In that regard, the witness that has a history of not providing fulsome and unambiguous answers is the one that will generate doubt that this process was above board and this was just honest mistakes being made.
Now who do we know among those giving testimony that tend to offer up a plethora of word salad, or obfuscates when asked a yes or no question?
Addendum
Unless it’s not obvious, the Butts/Telford strategy being employed is to create a plausible defence that the opposition is politicizing this and is on a fishing expedition.
The strategy plays out that the minute sock monkey enters the committee room the PMO will issue a press release about how sock monkey is being open and accountable by providing answers demonstrating how open and accountable his government has been.
Before he even utters one word.
They will explain in said press release how he has responded to all the questions and concerns of Canadians (code for the talking points provided to the CBC to excuse his government’s behaviour) and that the opposition is still trying to inflame Canadians to distract the oh so wonderful job the sock monkey is doing on the COVID pandemic, emphasizing the number of cases in the US (code for anti Trump rhetoric aka TDS).
By Friday the talking point, they hope, is that this is all just an honest mistake, the sock monkey is wonderful, and the opposition are all racist, homophobic, misogynistic, bastards, whereupon a poll will be provided (by Graves) showing a positive approval rating on how sock monkey handled this WE kurfuffle.
Neither an accountant nor a horse person, but I think it’s pretty common for them to end up having a market value significantly less than the purchase price.
