1. Is that a new requirement for asylum in France?

   1. How does an asylum seeker manage to live in France for TWO years!? They need a POTUS like ours who makes them wait in Tijuana … in accordance with International Law.

      Or is this just the normal pace of the French government bureaucracy, on their 3-day work week?

2. Why not a hate crime?

      Yes. But somehow Rwanda is a place that rings a bell. Ah yes again, that would be the place of the last world famous genocide where the victims were hacked to death by the perpetrators and the French organized the whole affair, including supplying the machetes.

      Maybe he could have stayed home had the French not done to Rwanda what they did to Rwanda. Just a thought.

      1. Can’t blame that on the French. The first colonial rule was by Germany, and then Belgium during WWI. At the time of the genocide, it had gotten its independence from Belgium, along with its ethnic twin Burundi. The ruling minority Tutsi in Burundi began killing “educated” Hutu (those who graduated from grade school) to maintain control. The massacre in Rwanda by Hutu against Tutsi were partly in retaliation. Some people blame the Belgians for fermenting the hatred between the two groups, by explicitly dividing the two groups when they speak the same language. (You know, sort of like some people want to divide the whites and blacks in America.)
         Maybe you are confused because ironically the Belgians themselves have two ethnic groups in uneasy truce. The Walloons in the south do speak French. Agatha Christie’s famous detective Poirot is one of them.

4. Citizens from France have always emigrated to Quebec for one reason or another. The ‘mass’ exodus might just start again.

5. If France kicks him out I’m sure that trudeau will be glad to add him to the country and perhaps appoint him to cabinet, how about minister of fire prevention..

7. Diversity and Multiculturalism, the perfect tools for creating a fractured collection of communities within a country that stands for nothing. We all know it’s already apparent some are more equal than others and we have plenty of signs as to who is going to be on the bottom of the heap in short order.
