By infection rate, do you mean the statistics put out by the medical authorities, including the positive infections which were confirmed to be brand new test kits which were submitted without being used on a human being, right out of the sealed package and showing “positive” infection rate?
There are areas in Florida which are showing 98% infection, when analysis is done on those numbers they end up being less than 8%, the spin and torquing by the media and authorities is pure manipulation and fearmongering.
There is a “spike” of cases (asymptomatic and not even close to being ill) because testing has dramatically increased. Why is this so hard for people to comprehend?

I think we should calll 2020 the year of bullsit. I haven’t heard governments say anything useful about the Wuhoo Flu, ESPECIALLY give any meaningful stats. Governments do not want to show their incompetence, which is there for all to see. Everything is to justify their bad, panicked, decisions.
It should have been bloody obvious to all the government experts that you cannot quarantine the whole bloody population, or that masks are useful. I’ve been saying this since the beginning of March.

I am wondering the same thing because if you follow the link they provide on that link where they make that statement the article doesn’t even have a word about antibodies in it.
I even went and searched the CBC website page for the quote by Dr. David Naylor and it simply is not there on their website anywhere. Nor can I find any news article that links to another course. This is very preliminary at this point.
I chose to believe the findings that the virus resembles viruses that humans (including those in Canada) have already experienced and had immunological responses to and there is a type of built in resistance in the population on that basis.
That is the way nature worked for millions of years.

We live with them, gain immunity to many of them and die when we are old from them, although it is usually the pneumonia they cause that is listed the cause of death. As I understand it, there are two mechanisms that fight viruses, the antibody system and the T cell mechanism. People who are asymptomatic have had a T cell response and thus show no antibodies in the testing. With Covid 19 being quite transmissible and having been around for at least 7 months, even with our lame social distancing measures it is almost certain that a large portion of the population has already been exposed to Covid 19. The testing either looks for virus fragments or antibodies, it is not testing for t cell immunity. My family had Covid like symptoms way back in late January / early February which we attributed to “the flu”.

So WuFlu stats during a new coup attempt are to be totally discounted just as government financial and economic stats should be (see Shadow Stats for numerous examples.)

I said that the US deaths were 100,000 now suddenly 145,000.
But that if this virus Sars-Cov-2 stats were compiled using the earlier methodology as SARS a few years ago, this virus death count would be around 16,000.

I had a weekend in early Febnruary when I was listless, tired and felt like I was “fighting something” AKA the ‘flu. Perhaps I too was infected.
Today I drove past a “testing location” and saw a long line of distance keepers weaving around buildings keeping their distance. I think I’ll pass on the testing for now, I’m not even certain how accurate the test is.
From the Princess Diamond incident, I guess taht 85% of the population will not have it or overcome it; of the 15% who test positive for it, only half will have symptoms (how bad is this disease?) and of the rest a few die. That was a sample of 3000 people locked in a ship together for weeks.
