I do recall on the Joe Green Show (radio), He was interviewing a Canada Corrections Officer (female – can’t be sure if Biologicaly…but for the sake of argument, we’ll say yea, she was “normal”.)
At one point she came out and Described those folks who happened to live in any certain Area in any certain city as:
