  1. A lot of first world countries have evacuated their citizens out of China.
Bongo is still thinking about maybe doing something.

Will the chicoms let airbongo land? Will the Seakings be up to the trip? Will bongo have to seek out the Trumpster’s help? Or maybe vlad?

I can already hear the wailing by the ingrates when they eventually arrive back in Canada and had to leave their chicom brides behind…..

    1. If we do evacuate bongo should be on the plane unprotected to prove he’s woke and not a racist. He won’t though because that’s up to everyone else to prove… to their graves.

    2. Bongo is still thinking about maybe doing something.

He can’t figure out whether to you-know-what or go blind and he’s pondering what to do about evacuating our citizens from China? My, my, our country’s in safe hands, isn’t it?

      1. Last Thursday the Rt. Hon. one took a personal day off for a political speech somewhere. But not to fear: Acting Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland is on top of things.

    3. If we do send a plane I’m betting there will be no quarantine and they will all head straight to the mall on their return.

    1. Katie Hopkins didn’t smell a rat? You live in the fast lane you better keep your head up. It’s kind if funny actually.

  2. After burning jet fuel from Ottawa to Toronto and then to Montreal, Blackie The Gay Pirate is burning jet fuel at taxpayer expense back to Toronto today for the Chinese New Year Celebrations. I’m sure he will be reminding us not to be racist bastards regarding the Chinese virus. Maybe he can comment on all the shootings, stabbings, and assaults, including three murders in diverse Toronto last night. Although I’m sure his upcoming ban on military assault weapons will fix that problem.

    1. Watched a rerun of the first 10 minutes of the National — for their coverage of the coronavirus (before turning away from their “coverage” of the impeachment trial). CBC news tells us that there is nothing to fear, and that our government has things under control. Everything is hunky-dory, and we can put our fears at rest. Then watched CTV’s national news, and that network said, er, the same thing.

    1. It’s a frigging wood building. If the city wants it saved, buy it for a dollar, move it, and restore it. Then it is the city’s problem and I’m betting they would walk away from it when it’s their dime.

  3. Three adult males were shot dead, two others wounded (one in serious condition) at an AirNB rental unit , in a condominium building in Toronto. The shootings took place at a “social gathering”. Police chief Mark Saunders was there later to reassure worried residents that the Canadian justice system is there to support the shooter perps, and that innocent bystanders are being left to protect theirselves.

    1. To calm nerves of those close by the murders, the City of Toronto has sent along, according to the Toronto Stat, its Community Crisis Response Program team. That will calm people, to be sure.

  4. Unifor media reports that indians in Ontario have voted against a nuclear power waste site, because apparently all land in the province belongs to them.

    1. None of the land in Alberta belongs to Indians and they still think all land in the province belongs to them. They surrendered 100% of the land. Even reserves are owned by the federal government in trust for Indians. When I wanted to own land, I bought it. If they want to own land they are free to do the same thing.

      1. San Fran nan’s term is up next January. If there is any blowback from the impeachment farce I suspect she will not seek another term.

She’ll spend whatever time she has left editing her wiki profile

  5. In 2019 the Great One (not Gretzky) was patted on the back for the excellent performance of the Canadian dollar. It had risen an astonishing 4%, the best in the G7 and was headed for $0.77 (against the USD).

Yesterday (January 31, 2020) the Canadian dollar closed at $0.755, the same rate it was when Justin the “rock-star” was first elected as PM. When the dollar goes up Justin is Great. When the dollar goes down, crickets. Such is our independent MSM.

    1. Reply Feb 1 To Old Bruin…

The poem you posted here the other day is great!

Well it’s Saturday and I’ve no news from my dear neighbour but I’d be remiss if I didn’t reply to you by now, as promised.

I used Google Translation to satisfy my curiosity about what you wrote so well in the Sung Dynasty poetic format.

Here are the first and last lines from the poem entitled:
History of the United States – The American Revolution
       “The sense of democracy awakened…
Rule by law for the people’s state. Never die”….

It is so apropos considering what Britain just went through with its defection from the European Union. There are other spots on this planet that should do the same. We all know where they are.

Let us hope for peace and fairness in the World!

  6. Last night there was a shooting, 3 killed 2 wounded not 100 yards from where my son used to live just 4 months ago. Toronto is becoming a scary place with our unrestricted immigration. 530,000 are awaiting deportation, only 431 actually deported. Stay safe.

    1. Boston Terriers are good for that job. I used threaten to take my mother’s two Bostons out badger hunting if they didn’t stop barking.

  7. The Liberal Party’s CBC just finished showing Blackie the Gay Pirate’s speech in Toronto. Great rant that Canadians are racist bastards. Hopefully he burns jet fuel out of the city before the diverse shootings begin tonight.

  8. Blackie The Gay Pirate is fleeing the Chinese virus. Yes Great Leader Justin is bored with burning jet fuel to Canadian cities, and next week will be burning jet fuel at taxpayer expense to Africa. Please God, don’t let him wear blackface there or dress up as a savage. He then burns jet fuel to Germany where he will dress up in traditional Bavarian wear. Maybe he can tell funny stories on how his father wore a German helmet.

  9. True North reports that veterans never saw the 105 million dollars Trudeau promised them in 2019. Well to be fair, he is saving up for a new plane.
