In a stunning rebuke of @Comey, the FISA Court calls out the FBI director for fraud that occurred under his leadership. pic.twitter.com/FpbpLPeDfG

More here.
The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.
Well, finally.

Cernovitch is good, John Solomon as well – https://johnsolomonreports.com/latvian-government-says-it-flagged-suspicious-hunter-biden-payments-in-2016/
In this link he talks about the breaking news that Latvia knew Biden was money laundering – but the timeline he discusses is even more devastating for Joe
Manafort is in jail for doing exactly what the Biden’s did money laundering where’s the justice in this one!! Ukraine Barisma and maybe there is more!!!
Merry Christmas Movie House, Merry Christmas Emporium, Merry Christmas you wonderful old Building and Loan. Merry Christmas Mr. Comey, Obumbles and company. God Bless Us Everyone (and Epstein didn’t kill himself).
And Las Vegas was not a long gunman.
Smoke and mirrors. The FISA Court holds the authority to pull in each and every one of the parties involved in submitting the Class 1 Warrant applications and holding them in Contempt of Court. Instead, they send a letter. Smoke and Mirrors. Nothing but an ass covering. Carry on…
Incidentally, those of you who think a de-classification is coming…eventually. Uh, no. The Democrats found someone with a brain and included de-classification as a form of obstruction in their rules of impeachment. Sooooo, will never happen.
and the Obama admin weaponized the IRS to go after political groups because they didn’t like their politics…
..hampering their ability to get their message out
effectively…..election tampering
Lat, the IRS has been compromised for many years now. They have a practice of giving inside info to their friends, politicians and bureaucrats. And there are dirties on both side of the aisle, which explains the GOP’rs reluctance to to go after the dirty ones, as they may expose them selves!!
now that’s true!
The FISA Court are part of the Illegal wiretapping/ Unmasking deep state of OBAMA…Full Stop
BTW: The impeachment hearings have Democrat Lawyers each r referring to Trump’s Champaign statement for Russia to give up Hillary’s Emails… The SCOTUS has ruled that those statements can’t be used in a Court of LAW proceeding… ( the 9th circuit Muslim ban… fraud) Those Democrat lawyers MUST be disbarred as Congressional hearing are required not to misrepresent the LAW OF THE LAND… Fraudulent shills
Hear hear – FISA court judge is covering her ass – by the third warrant, at least, everyone knew that the Steele dossier was fake
“Wheel mester Ness, wot er Hugh prephard ta du?”
Not to be taken seriously until FISA judges take their own courts seriously enough to put government law breakers in prison for the same amount of time or greater than I or any other non-government person would receive.
Christopher Wray defended the presentations to the FISA Court. If he thinks perjury is okay maybe he needs to go.
Either Heads roll at the FBi/CIA or Trump’s does. Someone has to pay a price.
I see a lot of extended vacations in the next year, in jurisdictions without an extradition treaty.
Oh boy! A stern letter! That’ll fix everything. Puhleeze. This is nothing more than a CORRUPT FISA COURT … specifically CORRUPT FISA Judges … trying to SAVE their asses.
In every single Hollywooden depiction of Police inspectors asking the courts (individual Judges) for a search warrant or surveillance … I see the Judges QUESTIONING the police about their evidence, probable cause, and reasonable suspicions. So. Please give the American Public the un-redacted transcript of all the questions asked by the FISA Judge(s) regarding each one of these warrants. I highly doubt that a single question was asked. These warrants went unchallenged … unspoken.
Further … let’s dig up every other FISA warrant ever issued … to see if Carter Pages name had ever come up before (as a CIA operative). But let’s see if these Trump-targeted FISA Judges simply looked the other way, and facilitated the surveillance of the Trump candidacy and presidency.
The FISA Judges who allowed the FBI et.al. to SPY on MY President are dirty. Filthy dirty co conspirators who must be tried and executed for Treason, if found guilty.
97.9% of all FISA warrants are granted. Nevermind the most recent LIES by James Comey. There’s something shockingly WRONG about that.
Ken, this is judge Rosemary Collyer
Mark Levin tried to get her to act on the FBI abuses…over 2 years ago…she denied the request
She also turned down Nunes request too… https://www.fisc.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/Presiding%20Judge%20Rosemary%20M%20Collyer%20response%20to%20Chairman%20Nunes%20180215.pdf
..she’s trying to cover her a$$ with this letter
You bet she is trying to cover her a$$. There are soooo many things she would have done differently if she was not complicit. This letter indicates that she now recognizes the possibility that Donald may win and she may find herself in a real court where justice is actually sought.
Nooooooooo. No. No no no no. That 97%?… That results from fubs very, very careful preparation of the warrant application supported by exhaustive investigations and presented with complete candour.
Haha ha ha … never lacking any can-dour
BTW … d’ya remember during the Obama regime … how many times his Directors of Homeland Security claimed over and over and over … how “homegrown” terrorists were far more dangerous and prevalent than Islamic Terrorists?
Can there be ANY DOUBT that the FBI and FISA courts have been SPYING … unconstitutionally … on the American people for at least a DECADE!?
When the FISA Courts were formed and special powers granted them in the WAR against Islamic Terrorism … I agreed with the selective suspension of the 4th Amendment. But I said, when I discover this process has been abused and turned against innocent American citizens, then I would withdraw all support and call for an end to it. Well that time is NOW. Fkcu the FISA Courts, and Fkcu Homeland Security and ALL of the “17 Intelligence Agencies”. Tear them all down. Now. And start prosecuting the abuses and abusers. Starting at the TOP.
Kenji, but Snowden and Assange are the bad guys. Mean while the courts and alphabet agencies are running a mock . All over the so called western democracies
I’m not a Snowden fan … at all. But I am officially DONE with our alphabet Agencies. Can there BE any more urgent THREAT to our Democracy than a weaponized FBI, CIA, overturning Democratic elections? Good Lord! These agencies … and the entire Deep State need to be torn-down and rebuilt with full transparency. They’ve all gone rogue.
Kenji: given what you know of human nature, especially the type that rise to the upper level management at the alphabet agencies, do you have any reason to believe the activities attributed to Hoover ever stopped? Do you have reason to believe there has been an election since Donavin that the oss and it’s child have not interfered in? The tax man? any election? Ever?
We, the court, have found out that the BFI are murderous scumbags. This is to instruct the court not to get caught next time or we will have to do something.
Succinctly put Robert.
Prosecuting Comey & Brennan would be good starters…They directed the fraud & Brennan Knew that Carter Page was an CIA resource… The top five Monkey’s (see no, hear no) need to go to prison….
The same judge….
“Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation filed a secret motion with the FISA court to act on application abuses all the way back in 2017, but just five days later the FISA court, via Judge Rosemary Collyer, denied their claim. Below is a statement from Mark Levin … ”
https://therightscoop.com/mark-levins-landmark-legal-tried-to-get-fisa-court-to-act-on-abuses-back-in-2017-but-were-denied/?
She also turned down Nunes request too… https://www.fisc.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/Presiding%20Judge%20Rosemary%20M%20Collyer%20response%20to%20Chairman%20Nunes%20180215.pdf
Something in the neighborhood of 30000 FISA warrant requests since inception with only eleven turned down.
The FISA board might be as guilty as Comey as one has to wonder how carefully they have vetted warrants over the years – the imbalance is so large that it is plausible that this kind of fraud has happened before…
SS squeeze those two and clapper, and O’Butthole will pop out
probabilities dictate you are correct Gord
In 2018 the acceptance rate was 99%. That’s unlikely to continue.
The court by definition relies on the integrity of senior intelligence, law enforcement and security officials, who must sign off.
This is more damning than Horowitz conclusions, ordering FBI to clean up their act if they want future warrant approvals.
FISC doesn’t trust FBI, insisting on vetted intelligence, even calling into question thousands of previous warrants.
The FBI has less than one month to outline how they will clean up their act, and must begin by 20 Dec to arrange declassification of this required report so the public will be allowed to see the FBI’s plan to stop being seditious statists.
and nothing will happen

Everything that happens will happen today :

I did a spit take when Comey, with an apparent straight face, told Chris Wallace that a FISA warrant is not an easy thing to get. Sure. They’re only granted over 99% of the time. While it’s good that the FISA judge rebuked him, where’s his responsibility in rubber stamping these things?
Every rock that gets turned over, another worthless slug,on the taxpayers dime.
Trust these institutions?
Funny thing,no matter how pathetic and crooked you might suspect these minions of being,it always turns out to be worse than you can imagine.
I guess you have to be a parasite or bureaucrat to understand how low one can go.
The entertainment value of all these self important worms franticly trying to cover their own butts is priceless.
Hopefully Trump and Company can get them ratting each other out.
Also notice the fear Rudi G is causing by his nosing around .
All the “experts and media” clutching their pearls and shrieking “He should not be doing that”.
Of course they deliberately do not see, will never concede, that the only way President Trump can get trustworthy intelligence is to go around the FBI,CIA and Justice Department.
And there in lies the strategic value of buttering up Israel, who still have the best intelligence agency in the world.
Because their existence depends on it.
Dark days indeed when a US President has to go outside the country to counter his own country’s institutional corruption.
Meh; cover your ass mode.
The thing about narcissists is, … it is always someone else who is going to take the fall. Since their side has had no volunteers, …
The system is broken beyond repair and all those who say nothing will happen to known traitors are 100% correct.
This is an interesting comment from CTH today –

Yep, there’s no other way to interpret Collier’s letter. She sees the contagion spreading, and is trying to protect her power and the institution at the expense of civil liberties and basic truth. This Collyer letter isn’t all that much different than Comey’s interview, in the sense that she is going to claim low-level people abused a high-trust process and the FISC got snookered.
The IG Report is the tip of the iceberg. I’m growing more convinced that the government is not withholding information for something as simple as a cover up. Rather, it is an attempt to keep everything from exploding all at once. The coup is so widespread and so pervasive that they really have no idea how to bring it to light without collapsing the government. We’re talking judges, senior-most levels of FBI and DOJ, Obama, the IC, Senators, Congressmen, major News Media. At some point, SSCI will have to put together a letter like Collyer feigning ignorance and demanding “reforms”. They knew too. It’s not like HPSCI under Nunes was the only one that knew. Those letters always wins up in the other chamber.
In his two interviews last week, Barr said “late spring or early summer” before we hear from Durham. Even if he was trying to underpromise, it’s clear they fear quick action because people are only now getting their heads around a total train wreck at FBI that was intended, and very nearly succeeded, to take out a democratically elected President.
The Government Party and Media is still focused on the top line – the FISAs were frauds – but it wasn’t “bias”. Underneath, however, is the clear finding by the IG that the FBI had basically nothing but exculpatory evidence on the Trump campaign before the election. And this continued right through to the dossier imploding in December 2016. Yet they kept “investigating”…desperately trying to find a hook, and lacking one, they literally fabricated the collusion hoax. To me, that’s the real story of the IG Report…that the investigation produced dry hole, after dry hole, so the FBI just made it up, and then orchestrated media “leaks” in a whisper campaign to implicate Trump. It’s a bit like how Patrick Fitzgerald knew within days that a Democrat had outed Valerie Plame…but he then spent nearly 2 years trying to fabricate a crime to fit the accusation.
It’s no wonder he’s one of Comey’s lawyers.
Anyway, Collyer’s letter is a weak attempt to try and stop the contagion. I wonder who cuts the next letter to FBI…SSCI?’
So what are they going to actually DO about this? After all, it is not the FIRST time. This goes back to AT LEAST Whitey Bulger. And MANY times since then.
There are no “good employees” in either the FBI or the DoJ. Execute every one of them for their treason. Then put their heads on pikes around the Beltway. Pour encourager les autres!!!
I think it goes back at least to the Kennedy assassination. I also am not optimistic that anything can be done. Too many Washington insiders benefit from the rampant corruption, and the media gives them cover. Lawlessness stalks the land.
yes LindaL, and the kennedy thing was about business, nothing else, so was the Nixon take down. People are just waking up to what I have been saying for 20 years now. HLO was not a lone shooter, he was not even 1 of 4 now identified basically. Were is my buddy, knight99????
I suspect what we’re seeing is business as usual. If Hillary had not alienated the constituency in swing states and had won as expected, we would have no clue about this stuff. There would have been nothing to fix because everything was operating exactly as the deep state intended. It is interesting how they attacked the most patriotic president since Reagan – they accused him of treason.
Projection is like that.
Is projection a mental disorder or a strategy.
Yes?
Flush the FISA star chamber. Full stop.
Any extraordinary, “extra-legal” powers granted to a state body will be abused…it’s just a matter of when. People with power can’t help themselves, especially when there’s no accountability involved.
If I accept the argument that it’s sometimes necessary–for which I tend to lean towards “no” for (see above)–then such powers/laws/regs must be statutorily limited to a limited time-frame, and there must be some pretty clear oversight with some pretty ironclad rules. One being that no person would be able to serve in such a capacity for more than one year (plus or minus a few days to wrap up paperwork and such). No exceptions. And it still feels like a bad idea.
Kenji, you may not like Snowden, but it was he who started the ball rolling on this exposure train, and he is paying with his freedom for doing that. So what have you done beside complain comfortably on the internet???
this nonsense all bin goin’ on since the days of j edgar the cross-dresser.
he professionalized it.
imagine the illegality and scope of the eavesdropping if the ‘internot’ existed in *his* day . . . . .
aka ‘police state’.
