2. The constant political will to thwart the will of the electorate has to be reversed. The Brits have allowed themselves to be governed by inferiors much as Canada has. I see a world wide disturbance coming that will shake all the fools from their complacency and force them to action, if for no other reason than to survive.

5. Since the UK is a cash cow for the EU I can’t see agreeing to paying to leave or being subjected to the EU Courts for some time after separation.
   No matter what the Scots, Welsh or Northern Irish say or do they cannot stop Brexit on the grounds they voted Remain. If the Union disbands England will survive.

7. This whole circus is a showpiece for the dysfunction and deceit for democracy in the modern leviathan welfare state. The EU will collapse but not from the single puerile vote of citizens of the UK against their elites in charge but from the fiscal bankruptcy of the welfare, regulatory, nanny, uber state and consequent resurgent nationalist revolts. Most will eventually end up as Islamic states befitting the Islamic wastelands.

   Any negotiated deal with the EU was doomed as the treasonous remainers wouldn’t allow the UK to negotiate from strength (“no deal” BATNA – best alternative to a negotiated agreement)

   The political class has worn down the citizens (cancelled their vote) to the point where they just give up.
