    1. For all the criticism that PBS gets, programs like Frontline (and NOVA, American Experience, etc.) can be very good indeed. This you will never see on the CBC despite it’s bloated budget. The CBC prefers hard hitting programs like Battle of the Blades. FWIW, TVO also has had some excellent programming although not produced in-house.

    1. Democrats want their slaves back..

And they are willing to pay someone else to fight and die in a Civil War for them.

    2. Did they ever lose them?

Tax- and debt-slavery is alive and well in the States, from sea to shining sea.

      So is the Negro problem.

  1. Thankfully these men uncovered the slimy septic tank liberals, communist, socialist scum.
Now the Democrats and some Rinos are running scared over this Russian hoax, Uka and Romanian extortion and corruption.
Trump is just now poring shit on their democrat fan.
    We also know that
Seth Rich and Andrew Britbar killed themselves.
Rich shot himself several times in the back of his head. Britbar had a massive heart attack eating pickled eggs at his favorite bar.

  2. The PBS show (that has parts of this interview in..). with those that had a hand in producing this is dripping with the same disdain I hear in the voices of 99% of those on CBC CTV in Canada, and the entire alphabet MSM in the USA. I watched it prior to watching the above linked video.

It’s very noticeable in their intonation. They can’t hide it any more than Hillary knows the Presidency is really hers.

I’ve always enjoy listening to Steve Bannon’s interviews, even when he’s invited to speak deep in the heart of the institutionalized left such as Oxford or excerpted for PBS, such a breath of fresh air.

  3. The 100+ year experiment in representative responsible government, elected under a universal framchise system, are now coming to a close. In case you were under the illusion that anything other than progress in the depth and complexity of technical gadgetry could ever be a permnent thing, well, the next 50 years will smarten you up reall good.

In the last 50 years we have seen the revival of mohammedan jihad, mass slavery and human trafficking, private grug money warlords in South America in the process of conquering their countries, a repeat of the slow mass takeover of Europe by migrant Barbarian tribes, the reimposition through income taxes and deep state machinations, rule of the masses by a landed feudal gentry, and finally the accompanying , if occasionally inarticulate, steady erosion of trust, faith and confidence in government and governance. The final stage in the end of the democratic experiment, will be the withdrawal of losers’ consent. I for one have withdrawn my consent to be governed by leftist government. I see ZERO difference between the governing Left and ISIS in terms of threats to MY and my family’s future. I see no clear reason to prefer one over the other, for example. Both ISIS and my government will hate me for being Christian. ISIS will certainly not attack me for being a white, conservative, male heterosexual breadwinner who believes that global warming is a complex issue with no clear answer, and for believeing that LGBTQ-ism is a memtal disease masquerading as public policy. But I hate ISIS for their abuse of women and girls, and religious minorities. That said, I have ZERO doubt that modern Leftists are ISIS at heart, and would not hesitate to exterminate me, and enslave and pervert my daughters and wife as their personal sexual playthings also.

Once there is no possibility of the opposition accepting defeat in an electoral system (the US is already there, as you can see), then the electoral system becomes irrelevant for possitively influencing your life. The next step is tax boycotts, mass defaults, strikes, amd open attacks on the judiciary. Mind you in today’s Western world, we clearly have a thoroughly corrupt and perverted judicial class. Judges are just really shitty lawyers who couldn’t make it in private practice. Most are pedophiles and drug addicts anyway. Eventually the public will figure this out. The judges will be laughed at, there will be mass jailbreaks, and chaos.

Do you seriously believe Dem supporters will consent to be ruled by a Republican president and Congress, in 2020? Of course not. And there is now practically ZERO chance that Trump’s supporters will consent to be governed by Dems in 2020. The US electoral system is over. The only question is what happens next? The two models I have been studying are the English Civil War, and the Spanish Civial War. I out my money on the ignition being the English Civil War case, but it’ll look like the Spanish Civil War (i.e. Mexico today) once it gets going.

Eventually, I suspect the side that is more able to take and hold cities will win. Then the result will be a dictatorship. I suspect LGBTQ-ism and multiculturalism will be early casualties in the war. And the ideological bloodletting will run in the hundereds of thousands.

The mistake we make in the West is to think Mexico is behind us. Actually they are ahead of us! By about 10-15 years.

    1. The police and military are on the side of Donald Trump. The civil war won’t last long.

I look forward to watching them clean house in the States, before coming north to make short work of the Libranos.

The experiment in giving a say in government to every adult human with a pulse regardless of his or her ability or incentive to cast it responsibly is coming to an end, and it can’t happen fast enough.

    2. The side that knows better than to try to take and hold cities which contain millions of people who must be fed and watered, kept warm/cool, and placated in places which have no resources with which to produce food or energy, can win by blockading the exits while those populations solve themselves by cannibalism.

      1. Why must they be fed? The Romans didn’t give two shits about the population of Carthage? Or Lutetia for that matter.
I expect, as in the Spanish Civil War, there will be extensive purging of Leftists of every stripe, from cities under right wing control.

  4. what i got from the interview is a clear denunciation of globalism and its supporters (republican, democrat, or any other flavour) and the primary importance of the existential and all-too-real fight for american nationalism and the constituition. steve bannon knows and is committed to the idea (and i would agree) that post-modern thinking is slow death for the u.s.a. and as far as he is concerned: that is not going to happen.
i love it when he chuckles and is genuinely amused by a goofy question.

  5. Off topic: there is a problem with the next blog entry and it is impossible to leave comments.

I should refrain from commenting on David Frum, but others might like to.

    1. Ditto, it will not go to comments or the interview. Not that missing anything that includes frum is of importance.

  6. Bannon is a right of center nationalist populist.

Against insurmountable odds, Bannon & Breitbart were able to build a media machine that challenged the establishment media.
They picked up on the seething discontent in fly-over America and gave the deplorables a voice.
At the time, there was no savior on the horizon. Then Trump campaign came along & saw an opportunity and tapped in.

It’s too late for this country. The vast majority have become wards of the state and so keep voting for big government and globalism.
