  1. I smell a million dollar settlement coming on. Why do they hire only the stupidest people to be police. Charging a 12 year old with a felony for pointing her finger. Aren’t there any grownups in this city?

    1. “Aren’t there any grownups in this city?”

Probably, but none of them work for the cops or the schools.

I really want to see the DA that’s going to take this charge to court though. That’ll be some record-breaking stupid right there.

    2. Probably a huge settlement paid by taxpayer with a good portion of it going to the ambulance chaser. Pity the JBT’s property will remain untouched.

    1. “Becoming”? Have you looked at any of the mind-numbingly stupid laws and regulations on the books?

  2. I’m sure the reason she was apprehended was because the finger gun was not only loaded but the safety catch was off. (sarcasm = off)

      1. Colonialista: Lucky NO one did this at the Mississauga Trudeau event they would have been shot right then and there!! High capacity assault fingers!!

        1. Is it why he was wearing the bulletproof vest? Perhaps he should have been put in a fully padded blast suit? You can never be too safe.

        2. Ho Lee $hit, we dodged a big one, these could have been semi automatic, high capacity, assault fingers…

  3. Teacher: One who teaches or instructs.

Obviously everyone in this entire school district is fraud.

  4. As I said over at Halls of Macadamia, this is just common sense. It is much, much easier to arrest a little girl armed with a finger than to arrest a full grown gang-banger armed with an actual gun.

Homeschooling is the only schooling in some districts. Because unionized public employees are not safe people to leave your kids with.

  5. Notice how the people responsible for this kind of pig stupid always somehow manage to remain anonymous.
If these idiots really believe they’re justified in their disgusting actions then let’s see their names and faces.

    1. It turns out the one behind all this is a slavering cow named “Dana Harrison”. The school resource officer.
She’s the hyper woke pig that arrested her.

  6. Long ago and far away, Sister Theophania would have delivered a quick rap to the knuckles of that girl with a ruler.

Then she’d have to recite a decade while pondering the significance of her anti-social behaviour.

And that would have been that.

    1. In my day it would have been write out “I will not” lines 100 times during lunch.
Plus the bullying of this girl would have ceased long before that

  7. That kind of insanity takes the work of highly credentialed committees developing and implementing policies that can’t be interpreted by anyone with common sense and appropriately labelled zero tolerance. One room school houses with one good teacher and no bureaucrats produced better results than we see today with professional educrats and unionized teams.

  8. In my wife’s elementary school, parents are BANNED from giving their children a simple slice of bread in their lunch … because boys could eat it into the shape of a gun and point it at the most annoying of his classmates.

Just kidding … but you BELIEVED it at first reading, which tells you just how insane this anti-gun hysteria has become.

  9. it gets worse…. at the same school, some other students brought an actual gun to school, and were not charged with a felony…

    1. Yep. That would have been … rayyysssssissssst … to punish a “student ovvvvvvv culllller” in the State of CA. Because school punishments skew 85% to chilllldren ovvvvvv culler.

Hint: “The Village” is doing a shitty job raising the chilllllldren, Hillary

      1. Just think, lget criticized for calling people stupid. These folks are as dumb as a bag of rocks. By the way it is still old white guy lower case the new Samsung galaxy 500 xl put it up with an upper case o. Stupid machine.

  10. The teen was making an explicit threat – not playing bang-bang with her finger. The police should have been called and this kid should be watched very closely.

    1. No, she wasn’t. As the article you didn’t read clearly states:

[…] during a class discussion, another student asked the girl, if she could kill five people in the class, who would they be? In response, the girl allegedly pointed her finger pistol[.]

That’s not an explicit threat no matter how you try to spin it.

  11. Stupidity like this is why a cop in Fort Worth shot a women at night in her own home through an open window without identifying himself and allowing .6 (point six) seconds between yelling a warning and killing her.

    1. That officer deserves a fair trial by a jury if his peers, and a chance to explain what really happened.

Because I don’t believe for a second that the bodycam told the whole story.

What you should actually be asking is why the police chief stabbed his brother in the back so thoroughly.

(The dead woman’s tribe tend to get extremely violent extremely fast if a white man kills one of their own, no matter how justified he was in doing so.)

You should also ask why politicians aren’t the ones wearing bodycams.

  12. ‘COPS ARE TOPS’.
    bullshit.
in fact it has ALWAYS been bullshit. its just in the old days when there wasnt a BILLION video recording devices and instantaneous communications they not only got away with it but the stories never got out.
now they just get away with it.
    recipe for 100% guaranteed bullying:

power. they got LOTS of that
    inclination. watch and wait.
opportunity. they MAKE their own opportunities.

100% GUARANTEED cops are going to bully.

    1. *
because conservatives are all child abusers, right hb?

grade school logic… the hallmark of the lunatic left.

      1. NEO, I hear there is a jackboot that A Canadian hasn’t licked clean yet? Hurry up and you might beat him to it.

      1. ?
my my. seems I ‘struck a nerve’.
        where did I claim perfection?
the *correct* question is, how long have COPS been ‘perfect’?

  13. I am in a state where I can’t say what I think of this because they could then come and take my guns.
But read my mind … yes! … that is what I think!
