Yes, Canada is only 2% of man made emissions. On top of that, only .04% of the atmosphere is CO2 and only 3.4% of that is man made. So we are contributing only 2% of 3.4%. Moreover, as a rule CO2 is quite beneficial. How people have allowed themselves to be duped by the fear mongering is very depressing.
