Well at least he was found guilty and not let off as a NCR. It will be interesting how much jail time he will be sentenced. And how much he actually serves.
He has a history of violence, which in this case means that guy was a freak and was always in trouble for attacking people. He was a drug addict, liked his weed, and to top it all off his shrink said he wasn’t a danger to anyone 24 hours before he killed this father. His gang buddies said he was a real sweet guy, always ready for a cuddle.
Will he really go to jail for a lengthy period this time, don’t hold your breath. He clearly already should have been permanently locked away.
This is what passes for british justice this days.
Probably he’ll serve about the same sentence as Tommy Robinson received. Do remember there are two sets of laws in all western countries now.
How do these guys get out of prison?
They can’t be hanged and cost too much to feed and board indefinitely. Once the papers lose interest in their cases, what passes for the criminal justice system has billions of dollars’ worth of reasons to quietly let them go.
What do the judges care? It’s never them or their sons killed or maimed by a savage. They live in gated communities.
So much for the diversity, inclusion, assimilation, integration, tolerance mantra that we have been fed for the last fifty years. This is just one more example that the dreamers that espouse this dogma fail to recognize. If we keep voting for these fools that preach this lie, then we are truly dumber than a bag of frozen hockey pucks and deserving of our crumbling society. After the horrific murder of this innocent man, and the horrific slaughter his young son had to witness … the next most horrific crime was that it took a jury 19 hours!!! to render a verdict on this vermin.
Having been on a jury, which convicted a man of attempted murder of a sheriff deputy, I know exactly why it so long to render a verdict after hearing and seeing the overwhelming evidence: answer: … a black (probably Muslim) juror. On my jury was a lone young black woman. When we took our very first secret vote upon being sequestered (after about 15min.) … 11 out of 12 jurors voted GUILTY on all counts. Who voted not guilty? The lone young black woman. Her reason? She rejected the sheriff’s testimony (all of which was corroborated by a BLACK eyewitness). Her explanation for why “she don’t (sic) believe the PO-leece?” “Because they always be hasslin her cousin” (sic)! Nevermind that the perp on trial was a white man … and as we learned AFTER the trial, a white supremacist. I’m not gonna make any “bell curve” comments about intelligence … but …
Strangely enough, I rather like the Talmudic prescription that a unanimous guilty verdict should be grounds to declare a mistrial. If at least one idiot too stupid to get out of jury duty refuses to declare the defendant guilty, the crook can’t claim that the jury was rigged.
You would be shocked if I told you what I said to get OFF this jury. During the voir dire process we (prospect jurors) were told a little about the crime which included a sawed off shotgun used by the perp. When asked if there was anything the court should know about me I responded that “I was in favor of gun control, and the only reason someone owns a sawed-off shotgun is to kill people”. And the defense attorney didn’t challenge me. I was shocked and even smirked at the Judge. I couldn’t believe that statement didn’t get me bounced. I used a similar tactic to get off 2 other juries … successfully.
And no. I was not a jury of this man’s peers. He was a scumbag, lowlife career criminal white supremicist crack head. Hardly my “peer”. Joke’s on him (who is still serving his sentence).
I counted 25 unoccupied seats, not counting those in the back of the train car.

“Found guilty of murder” I know without reading the article his name wasn’t Mohammed. A murderer named Muhammad could say it was a sex emergency, or stabbing emergency, or whatever, and he would have been paid $10.5 million

He has been found guilty of murder, that would require at least 10 years in prison. It is Canada after all, canadians do not want anyone punished for anything. All should be hanged by the neck until dead, bye bye .
I would go along with the “hanged by the neck until dead” if it also applied to those found to have withheld or manufactured evidence.
