    1. It was obviously the Chinese themselves. Not that anybody in Ottawa will dare admit that.

      1. China is playing games, they know they are dealing with a weak government led by a Little Potato, they can get away with it. Trump may have to save us yet.

        1. That was a comment made on last night’s archived edition of The John Batchelor Show. Prinz Dummkopf simply doesn’t have the ability to stand up for (post-national, sharia-compliant, gender-balanced, carbon-neutral, Soros vassal built on stolen indigenous land) Canada.

    2. The libranos are floating the idea that the pork sample has been tampered with. A conspiracy theory. Canada has been sabotaged.

I think OJ Simpson is out of the bucket and back on the trail of his wife’s killer. Maybe bongo should contact OJ and get him on the pork file…..

      1. Goldstein has called BS on Kyoto and the associated green-energy scams going back to when they first started building windfarms in SW Ontario 10 years + ago.

        1. And on the subject of wind farms, they would not have been able to be built on the 100 acre lot fabric we have in Ontario had the Feds under the Harper Conservatives (with a capital) not rubber stamped the FED environmental assessments on behalf of the provincial Liberals. The EAs jiggered the noise limits so that the wind turbines could be planted on a 100 acre farm.

Just something for the voters in Ontario living in/near industrial wind parks to keep in mind come the October election.

          1. Well lets not forget that NAZI Inspired little bit of Legislation that Prohibited municipalities for optioning out of Any wind farm being located in their jurisdiction.

    1. Here’s the Climate Change policies by Party:

Greens – Full-on hysteria, screw the economy, enslave the surviving masses, re-enacting the Spanish Inquisition.

NDP – Screw the economy first and always, rationalize it with climate hysteria, we are big labour and act accordingly, and free shit all around. We’re green too and we love Communism, oops, we mean socialism, especially as practiced in Venezuela.

Liberals – Maximum hysteria, maximum vagina participation, maximum global virtue signalling, maximize corruption, grease Quebec, screw the economy – particularly in the West.

Conservatives – Pretend to be believers in climate hysteria, screw the economy less than the Liberals, fear the media and act like you’re their BFFs, kick out any dissenters, and smile like a fox eating shit out of a gum boot.

PPC – Don’t see anything to get hysterical over, tear up all global climate agreements. The only rational policy and like Goldstein said, it comes from a party without a hope of forming government.

      1. As for the PPC

Your wrong and please read my post further down.

  1. Facebook To Give Data On Hate Speech Suspects To French Courts

In a world first, Facebook has agreed to hand over the identification data of French users suspected of hate speech on its platform to judges, France’s minister for digital affairs Cedric O said on Tuesday.

O, whose father is South Korean, is one of French President Emmanuel Macron’s earliest followers, and has been influential in shaping the president’s thinking on Big Tech as an advisor at the Elysee Palace in the first two years of Macron’s presidency.

The decision by the world’s biggest social media network comes after successive meetings between Zuckerberg and Macron, who wants to take a leading role globally on the regulation of hate speech and the spread of false information online.

  2. Our Illiberal Empire Of Rights: Today’s Censoriousness Perverts Liberal Societies And Endangers Democracy

“…The problem about the legal model is that it marginalises the political process. When a judge identifies something as a constitutional, or a human, or a fundamental right, he is saying that it derives from a higher law than the ordinary decision-making processes of the state. He is declaring that its existence and extent are not to be determined by political choice. Yet, very many judicial decisions about fundamental rights are themselves political choices only made by a smaller and unrepresentative body of people.”

  3. Sh&Thole State Pakistan Plays Down Accusations Of Christian Persecution

Pakistan’s foreign minister has sought to dismiss accusations of Christian persecution, claiming there were “individual incidents” comparable to knife crime in the UK.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi, speaking during a visit to Brussels, said reports of religious minorities being targeted in Pakistan did not constitute a trend and the recent claims of Christian persecution were an example of “western interests” that “want to paint Pakistan in a particular way”.

His comments follow the international outcry sparked by the case of Asia Bibi, a Pakistani Christian woman who spent eight years on death row on a charge of blasphemy, which was later overturned, before being allowed to leave for Canada.

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/jun/25/pakistan-plays-down-accusations-christian-persecution?

    1. “…claiming there were “individual incidents” comparable to knife crime in the UK.”

Yeah they are comparable to knife crime in the UK, They even tend to be perpetrated by the same demographic.

    2. Pakistan would be # 1 on my list of those in the Islamic World I would visit my “love” on. Saudi # 2

      10 Megatons ea thereof.

I still have hope for Iran…their people are nowhere as rabid and literally Insane as the above two.

      1. You’re right. Iran is that weird place where the proportion of the noble is comparable to the proportion of rabid, evil and insane. There is a huge segment of society that wants modern civilization. Culturally and civilizationally they are orders of magnitude above their neighbors.

        1. Girls from Iran used to be good looking and horny. They thought getting rid of the Shah would give them freedom. Instead they got 7th century barbarism. A lot of Persians were very nice people. WTF happened?

          1. A lot of them run. Iranians who escaped the Turbaned Tyrants of Tehran tend to be great people very different from immigrants from surrounding countries. Iran today reminds me of Eastern Europe under the iron curtain or Vietnam. This is really the case that the enemy is primarily the government not the people, that is in a stark contrast to with the mentioned above Saudi Retardia, Somalia or Goatfeckistan (don’t even get me started on Paleosimians).

  4. Vice-Admiral Mark Norman Reaches Settlement With Government, Announces Retirement

Vice-Admiral Mark Norman has reached a settlement with the federal government and will retire from the military, the Department of National Defence announced Wednesday.

A single charge of breach of trust against Norman, who was accused of leaking cabinet secrets in relation to a shipbuilding deal, was stayed by the prosecution last month. Prosecutors said there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.

The case was slated to go to court in August, likely would have run through the fall federal election and prompted accusations of political interference at the hands of the Liberal government.

    1. CBC Focuses On Two Obscure “Far Right” Groups Added To Outlawed Terror List, Plays Down 3 Muslim Groups Added

Leave it to the CBC to ignore the 3 Iran linked Muslim groups that were also added to the list – Liberals add far-right extremist groups to list of outlawed terror networks

“The Liberal government has added two international neo-Nazi groups to Canada’s list of outlawed terrorist organizations — part of a series of new measures to combat online hate.

Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale announced today that Blood & Honour and its “armed branch,” Combat 18 — which have a presence in Canada and have carried out murders and bombings outside the country — are the first far-right extremism groups to be included on Canada’s terror list.

…Three other groups linked to the Iranian regime — Al-Ashtar Brigades (AAB), Fatemiyoun Division (FD) and Harakat al-Sabireen (HaS) — also have been added to the list.“

    2. If Scheer wins and Vance is still around, fire him and appoint Norman. And let him keep the money. He earned it.

    1. If Alberta politicians were smart they would build the most technically advanced and world largest Refinery in the world and sell the oil refined for top dollars.

          1. In the late 1970s, there used to be bumper sticker out here in Alberta: “Oil Feeds My Family and Pays My Taxes”.

      1. If Alberta politicians were smart, they’d have done this decades ago – I think you neatly summed-up the REAL problem……

      2. Do some research on Marketing… The BC Gov’t of NDP in the 80/90’s built a refinery & closed it when they couldn’t market the product…..Cut throat business when you can’t control prices….

        1. Do some research on the age of all refineries in North America and you will find out that we as a society are setting ourselves up for a disaster for the majority are old antiquated and in desperate need of repair and upgrading.

          1. If those were run by oil companies like the one I used to work for right out of university, they’re headed for disaster. That outfit was the epitome of cheap by not only buying the lowest-cost stuff, but then proceeding to run it into the ground and suing the vendor or manufacturer over what it claimed was a shoddy product to begin with.

      3. Why..? And just WHO would fund it..??
Tax payers…? ha ha ha ha ha ha. Good luck on that stupidity.

We need our own Sovereign Country and one where we can ship through either Valdez – Tucktoyuktuk – Chruchill. And the product to ship is Synthetic Crude. Let others refine it…with Venezuela in the shitter, our product is in Demand.

      4. That’s like saying that all cattle ranchers should build fast-food restaurants on the nearest road and reap in the dollars.

The reason the cattle ranchers would fail is the same as your extra refining – you don’t put the finishing steps on a degrading production too far away from where the main market is.

      5. HT&P

The oil companies arn’t stupid. They know the market. That’s why they don’t build refineries when the market wants crude.

Politicians should stay out of the markets.

        1. Your right the oil companies are not stupid, suncor separates almost everything when processing the bitumen and before sending it out they mix it all back together so the US can pay Dirt Cheap prices for our dirty oil.

It’s a racket just like our governments all corrupt.

  5. Five myths cloud our perception of both the past and the present.

    (1) The “robber baron” myth, which holds that in late nineteenth-century America there were powerful men who became rich at the expense of the poor. The reality is that they became wealthy by being productive, and that there is no other period in history which saw such a rapid and widespread improvement in the well-being of the average individual;

    (2) The myth that the Great Depression was caused by a failure of business, when it was, in fact, produced by a failure of government and specifically by the Federal Reserve System;

    (3) The myth that government in the economy has expanded in response to public demand, when, actually, the public has had to be sold “hard” for politicians to enact every major social program;

    (4) The “free lunch” myth, which forces the individual to pay more, no matter how the government raises money – by taxing individuals, by taxing businesses, or by printing more money;

    (5) The myth that government, like Robin Hood, transfers wealth from the rich to the poor, when the reality is that the government usually transfers wealth and income from both the very rich and the very poor to those in the middle.

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xNc-xhH8kkk

    1. Yep

And the means test is still the same.
Is the government working for you or for someone else when it takes a particular action?
A follow on to that is, who is aiding and abetting the government in said act?

    2. The myth isn’t that there were robber barons – that was in Europe where a mountain pass or a particular stretch of river would have a castle built to control access, and anyone who wanted to ship through goods had to pay a high tariff to the local baron of the castle. Limiting access to what everyone else could otherwise freely use is what makes a robber baron. Their theft made those who had to ultimately buy the goods poorer.

The idea that the steel and railroad magnates are robber barons is a myth, I agree. They created what others couldn’t and whoever made them the best and cheapest, prospered. Those who got to choose between products and suppliers and had more freedom to move were made richer.

That’s truly shocking. Vimeo boasts that it is a home to free speech. I didn’t know they were infected by the censorship virus, too.

    BREAKING
@Vimeo has REMOVED Project Veritas saying: “You cannot upload videos that are hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory.” Perhaps we embarrassed @Google but NOTHING we said was hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory.

    I know he is British.

I know he is discussing things about Brexit.

You might think that you don’t care.

Believe me, you most certainly do care.

Everything that he rails against is happening here today. Everything that he warns against is facing us down as well.

Everything that he suggests as a palliative against the evil that is raising in the world is directly applicable here. Your guns won’t save you.

Your vote is all you have.

Your voice is all that stands between the oppression that your children will suffer and the freedom that they deserve.

If you don’t watch this video, I can’t see how anything but evil can be in our future.

Vote them out of office. All of them…every election.

There is nothing more corrupt than a career politician.

Never give any of them a chance to start a career in politics.

But to fight you must vote.

  8. Side note

To all conservative minded and thinking people in Canada.

We have the most opportune time here in Canada.

We have finally a political party that is offering us all a lot of the conservative platforms we always wanted.

Yes it’s Max and the 40,000 strong and growing fast PPC.

But think about this for just one moment.

We have the opportunity to vote in a truly real and Conservative party in Canada for once.

If we we do our due diligence we could get more conservative platforms that the PPC would offer in order to be voted into power.

    Think about that…

What about having something that protects our property rights and when our homes and property are broken into that we don’t have to be charged and thrown in prison protecting ourselves and or our families and property.

The PPC and Max are giving us a clean slate.

Well dam it we might as well use it to our advantage no?

The PPC and Max are a gift horse.

Let’s make it all happen and we can turn around our country.

We desperately deserve a parting shot at the leftist elitist globalist who are to trying to contain us all and remove from power the UN globalist who hate us all.

Opportunities often knock at our door
Those we have to choose to accept or ignore

It is sometimes a shame we don’t unlock
The door even when we hear the knock

Opportunity may be a road full of rocks
Life is a journey filled with hard knocks
One road may be right, the other wrong
One road may be short, the other long

Many times we wish we could turn back the clock

To a time that we heard a good opportunity knock

It has been said time and tide wait for no man

For goodness sake we must come up with a plan

The world is a diverse place of cold reality, and warm romance

Where the merciful Lord often offers more than one chance

The wise will learn from the hard knocks to avoid the dangerous rocks

Time will tell who has fell and got back up when opportunity knocks

    1. Strategic Voting.

Job #1 is to get the liberals out. Best would be a Conservative minority with PPC holding the seats to whip the CPC. Would like a PPC majority, but from the current numbers (aggregated polls) this is not likely.

Look to your ridings numbers and vote accordingly. In my riding, PPC will hurt the CPC and give the Libs the win, they are too close. Watching the numbers, still a long way to October.

Use your head and not your emotions for this one and build for the next one.

          1. I’m a Albertan as well and Scheer is the same as Trudeau a center left globalist Puppet in a blue suit.

          2. So you’d rather have Notley back than take a chance on Kenny. That makes one of us.

That said, separation is the only viable long term option IMO.

      1. Where can I get numbers for my riding? I am leaning PPC, but I happen to like the Conservative candidate, who will be new if she manages to boot the do nothing Liberal we have. I am not happy with Scheer, however, so it is a dilemma.

          1. Is that the same Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson who ran in Burnaby South last month against jagmeat?
Now she’s an Albertan running in Red Deer/Lacombe?

        1. https://www.calculatedpolitics.com/project/2019-canada-election/

This is a poll aggregator site, they take multiple polls done by others and calculate from there. Like all polls though, take with a grain of salt and consider what is actually happening in your riding.

There is an interactive map 4th item down that allows you to zoom in on your riding.

PPC has yet to get out of the “Other” category, but there is time.

        2. LindaL Here is a site that maps out the ridings and the percentage vote. http://338canada.com/map.htm Bear in mind that small sample size may affect accuracy. I too like Max, but having barely survived Notley, realize that job 1 is getting rid of Justine. Looking at the vote distribution it appears that Max will only siphon off the vote to the benefit of the liberals which is why I suspect a few of the Max advocates are liberals sowing discord. Basically, liberals are hoping Max will bleed a percentage or two of voters enough to the liberals to form government again. I am hoping Scheer is playing rope a doke to get the urban vote and he is more conservative than he is showing. The worst thing is another Justine government.

    2. There is a majority of voters that see government as the problem.
These are the type of voter looking for someone that after years of having to suffer under governments that make life more difficult, will impose some disruption on the life of government and their usefully naive apparatchiks.
Is Max the one to upset the merchants that have set up shop in the temple? I can’t say. But I can say that the rest seem more than willing to make sure everyone in Ottawa won’t have to worry about having their room full of comfy fur taken from them.

      So ask yourself.
Who in Ottawa is actually working for you and who is working against you?

    3. Could not Agree More ANGEL.

And i dont give a flying fk about splitting the Vote…so be it. I cannot stomache the Dairy queen who has in my opinion completely trashed any notion of being a “Conservative Party” with his BS on Paris, BS on Supply Management, would keep CO2 Taxation, Carry on with Gun Control, continue to kiss ISLAM’s ass etc etc. Nothing but LIBERAL policy.

And if the vote is split and PM Dipshit gets back in..?? PERFECT. It will ensure Western Sepaeration. And THAT is my Goal – As Canada is a LOST CAUSE.

It simply does not matter who goes to Ottawa as PM, they all have to bend the knee before the Quebec Power Cabal that is the REAL Power in this country – as it ever was since Pierre.

2 votes for Max here in South Calgary

    1. It certainly explains why the “songs” all sound the same to my Cretaceous Era ears.

L- Read the above list. Then add up how many are Islamist jihadi groups.

How many deadly jihadi attacks since 9/11 ? (Religion of Peace.com) 35,222

What percentage of mosques were found to preach jihad 81/100, have jihad literature 84/100-(Andrew McCarthy, Pros. Attorney in the 1993 W.T.C. bombing and the Holy Land Foundation Trial.)

6 members of the Trudeau Liberal caucus/cabinet are being investigated by the RCMP for giving public money, to front groups, which ends up with what designated terrorist group? (Tom Quiggin- Quiggin Report). This is the largest Trudeau Liberal government scandal to receive zero mention in the MSM, nor by the political leaders who claim to want to replace Justin Trudeau.

You’d think the Minister of Public Safety, Hon. Ralph Goodale would be asked about that in public by a free press. If there was one.

  10. We still post while the government passes laws to eliminate our ability to do so. Another let them eat cake moment?

  11. It had to happen. The National Post website reports that the association of standup comedians, wants federal grants from their hero Justin. As their representative explains, Justin owes them the money because of their support of him and the trashing of Harper during the last election. Sorry guys, but we pay for a comedian as prime minister, we don’t need to fund anybody else.

  12. Ontario went from booting out Wynne and her over-spending to electing Ford and now complaining about budget cuts.

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/ford-government-cuts-will-blow-2-billion-hole-in-municipal-budgets-moody-s-warns-1.5191709

The solution according to Moodys (I thought they were a rating service) is to raise taxes and maybe – maybe – reduce spending on some nonessential services and draw more heavily on existing reserves (over-taxed revenue from previous years).

Good luck Ontario. I feel a rebound to an NDP future (aka Bob Rae) because people just can’t stop eating candy from the government.

Remember the Bob Rae tax form – a short-form 2 parter.

  15. A few days ago I came across the term “climate apartheid” to describe how the rich are reacting to climate change. There is only one term left. “Climate Holocaust”.

    1. Ah, so “climate emergency” is an anachronistic term, is it? When will we be in a “climate apocalypse”? The fear-mongers are beginning to run out of words. What’s going to happen to them when they do?

  16. To all of the readers that have stated that they will vote for Scheer over Bernier look to the examples due south of us and across the pond. Where did Trump come from to become the President when even the Republican Party was against him. Then look at what happened in Britain with the Brexit surprise, even when the British politicians and the British media inundated the hoi polloi with propaganda and lies. If enough thinking Canadians start realizing that trying to play it safe by voting strategically instead of voting for their beliefs then there is a better than even chance that Bernier could pull off a Trump or Farage upset. Bottom line is do you believe in unfettered migration, no property rights, government control of the markets, no personal rights or beliefs or is there an alternative to what Trudeau, Scheer, May, and Singh are selling.

  17. Trudeau’s media is keeping pretty quiet about Chinese jets buzzing a Canadian frigate in the South China Sea. I guess they don’t want to put a damper on Justin’s selfie tour in Japan. And the Toronto Star is upset that billboards in Edmonton are denouncing their hero Justin. Only public denouncements of Hitler Ford are allowed.

    1. The Union lost 365,000 dead and 282,000 maimed to end slavery. What is the current cost of that loss? In 1861 – 2% of US citizens owned slaves – can’t blame the white babies. Most of the ancestry of whities immigrated post Civil War. Do Democrats really want people to hate each other that much?

  18. And now the CBC tonight. The CBC panel discussed the China/Canada dispute, and who better to explain it than Big Chief Pam of the famous Ryerson University tribe. Its all Trump’s fault, and Trudeau is doing a wonderful job dealing with the situation. Big Chief Pam also stated a number of times that Canada should not lecture China on human rights abuses, because Canada committed genocide against indians. Yes Pam thinks we are worse than China.

  19. Oh Nooo! Groper is pissing off other countries again. The National Post reports that the leader of the Punjab in India, is calling for sanctions against Canada if it doesn’t crack down on Sikh extremists.
