The main mistruth about so called russigate is that there was any fact what so ever involved.
They didn’t “get things wrong”. That would only be an indication of incompetence. They deliberately lied, which is an indication of evil intent.
The obstruction charge is a neat trick. Step 1 accuse someone of doing something. Step 2 conduct an investigation and leak damaging and false information to the press. If the target of the smears objects you have them on obstruction.
