    In 2015, Trudeau promised to improve Canada Pension and Old Age Pension, especially for single individuals over 65.

    Ask any single individual how much their pensions have improved since Trudeau was elected.

    Guess what?? He lied! Pensions went up slightly because of the cost of living factor that was already there before Trudeau was elected. Lies, lies and more lies.

      All you need to know about Scheer, Trudeau, May, Merkel, is that there is no lie they will not give voice to, if they think it will get a vote.

      Western civilization has been destroyed my morons who believe that government is there to save them and make anything better.

    2. My experience also. I doubt that the increases have even kept up with inflation, especially so in major urban areas. The Supplement does help them.

      I just feel sorry for those seniors who have to live on just the benefits provided by OAS and CPP.
      I know, I know, some people never put anything away for their retirement, but for most it is just the way life shook out for them.

    I will repeat from a past post I did long ago.

    Friends had Stock Day over for lunch. He spoke about a young man who came up to him one day and asked if he could speak with him. He then proceeded to ask Stockwell to forgive him. Stock asked why. He went on to explain that he was one of the technicians at a major media company (I believe it was CBC, but can’t verify so this is unconfirmed) in the editing department. He explained that he had been the one who had physically chopped and spliced the video and sound from an interview Stock had done, following orders from the editor, to turn what he had actually said and twisting it into something which was completely fabricated. This new editing painted Stockwell into a corner, greatly slandering him in the eyes of the viewers and put the party into full damage control to try and rectify the lie.

    This revelation is not new, these are the dirty tricks of the MSM, FakeNews ™ has been the MO of the left leaning media for a long time.

    The young man then went on to confess that he had become a born-again Christian, filled with Holy Spirit and was compelled to do the right thing by asking for forgiveness for the evil he had done to Stockwell’s name and reputation. Stock thanked him for his confession and forgave his new brother-in-Christ.

    Truth lies on most editing room floors, trampled on by those who are our intellectual superiors!

    1. Not surprising at all. The left is nothing but all about lies in every area. They have to be that way as no one would believe anything they say or do otherwise.

      Too bad about the what the young man did, the damage could not be undone. Hopefully Day was wiser after that.

  5. FYI, anyone who agrees to be interviewed by CBC, CNN, NYT, NYT, WaPo, Huff, Vice, … should be recording the entire thing. Ignore whatever contract they want you to sign saying that you cannot. Do like this guy did, and Lindsay Shepherd, and Stockwell should have done.

    And stop apologizing.

    Oh, and if you are not on YOUR camera? SAY NOTHING. Because the one thing about socialism, is that anyone who is one is evil. They will do anything to advance the cause of serial killers like Che Guevara.
