91 Replies to “Unexpectedly”

  1. I’m part of the reason for this. In the last few years all my RRSP TFSA money has gone into American stocks. I don’t invest in Canada anymore. The TSX index is lower now than it has been since 2008.

    1. Short Canadian currency and equities is a great trade. I am putting shorts on the Canadian banks. Why not make some money off the stupid Canadian voter? Open a margin account.

      1. Open a margin account? You sound as though you’re an economist for the TurdDope Admin. ? Ha ha ha ha

        1. Well, you know you can’t generally make money off falling markets in an RRSP/TFSA, right? Unless you are an absolute genius at managing theta off a longer-dated put option trade, or time the put darned well ….

      2. The TSX has had a fair run for the last few months, but it makes no sense. Our economy is not running gangbusters, not when you consider how badly things are going in the oil patch, with investors and companies pulling out, that includes the LNG projects as well. My own funds are minimally exposed to Canadian stocks, so seeing this has been a little concerning. Just makes no sense, and with these recent headlines there is nowhere to go but down.
The only thing “exciting” about Canada are the Dope stocks, and they are overrated.
We have a recession coming, despite the American economy. Trugroper and Chrystia have poisoned the relationship

    2. Stock markets and economies do not move in lockstep, so beware.
Steady growth is better for stock markets than booming economies, including Canada, the US and EU.

“Contrary to conventional wisdom, and what may be a surprise to those who see low single-digit rates of gross domestic product (GDP) growth as incompatible with solid double-digit stock market gains, GDP does not have to be booming to produce solid gains in the stock market — as 2013 can attest. In fact, there is little relationship between the magnitude of GDP growth and stock market performance.”

There are perfectly logical explanations for this counter-intuitive fact. Strong GDP can be a sign of an overheating economy that may be due for a recession, and weak GDP may be discounted by the stock market ahead of an actual turnaround. As evidence, over the past 35 years, the S&P 500 posted gains in half of the 16 quarters that GDP was negative. Also, over the same time period, the S&P 500 posted gains in only about half of the quarters when annualized GDP was stronger than 6% and booming. ”

    1. Question? Are the solar panel installers able to install solar panels in the winter? On residential roofs? If not, what do the installers do for income during the winter? Seasonal welfare?

      1. They work real good when there’s only 6 hours of daylight.
Just got back from Hawai’i, where there’s many solar panels on rooves of homes. There’s a program there to install them, for hot water heating, it’s easily found on a google search.
But, in talking with a couple locals, they’ve been led to believe that these panels power the whole house, and sells surplus back to the grid.
        You can’t fix stupid!

  2. The only growth sector is in Government Hiring. Government’s sector of the economy is 25% of the workforce. Communists like the Liberals/NDP/Cons actually think like the old Stalinists, every body is working for the Government that Is full employment. Trudeau will immediately go on a job creation binge. And suck even more money out of peoples pockets. And borrow even more money.
Liberal/NDP/Con infrastructure projects are mostly not about fixing the raw sewage going to the rivers. It is about ripping out perfectly good sidewalks and installing paving stones and benches that no one uses.
They call their Liberal/NDP/Con friends in local governments and say look we have X number of millions to spend on infrastructure. Can you find ways to spend this money. And the local scammer says yah, we can rip up the sidewalks again and more water parks for kids. Etc.
Then the local part of the scam calls his buddy with the paving company and says heres the deal. Watched it over and over.
Or its a Mosque needs a new roof, or a new museum celebrating multicult etc.
Just like Toronto’s SkyDome fiasco. Toronto local greasy politician’s said Toronto has to have a Sky Dome for millionaire Ball Players. Have to have it. 600 plus Million Tax Dollars later you got Sky Dome, they used it a few years and needed another one. The Sky Dome was sold a few years back for 50 M to a private company. Big Big Scam coming. This is Justa Turd’s way to buy the election. A godspent for Liberal Re Election. Go to National News Watch and scan the headlines many Gubment Paid MSM are spinning the Non scandal like Maytag washers.

    1. Yea brother preach it. Not a word of a lie. Canada has been living on America’s back so long, Canadians literally don’t even know what it is to have and manage a country. We let corruption persist because of easy access to American largess that benefits everyone. Canada was a nation, once

  3. What a fine bunch of negotiators our fine Prime Minister sent to negotiate on our behalf. This country, apparently, has lived above its worth for too long. However, the S@#T is about to hit the fan, and guess who gets to pay the price – not the Trust Fund PM, or all the morons who voted for Justhtin. No, it will be the Prairies that feel it the most. Oil industry virtually destroyed, all back making money south of the 49th parallel. It must be near the time we need to get out of this dysfunctional Confederation, before the Holomodor that Gerry Butts had planned for us comes to pass.

    1. Well your right about the oil an gas sector. Quebec and eastern Canada and the greasy politicians all wanted the sector shutdown, hemmed in with out access to a market, no pipelines. Meanwhile forgetting that Alberta was buying billions of dollars worth of goods and sending Billions in Foreign Aid into the Gubmint programs in the east. Well they killed the goose finally. Oil and gas is going broke fast. And the money well that paid for all their shit back east is drying up. Also this article.
Radical environmental policies are bankrupting the big players. They are all leaving Canada as fast as they can. 32Trillion in oil and gas being wiped out. https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/The-32-Trillion-Fund-Transforming-The-Oil-Industry.html

      1. My broker in Calgary has been selling me on pot stocks – oil & gas stocks aren’t coming back for awhile he says.

    2. We’re missing the obvious here. This is success for the water melons.

    3. Chrysalis Freelander was a Uuge success! She held the line on America “accepting” and “recognizing” Canadian transgendered workers. And something or other about beaver pelts and First Nations.

      1. She was referring to the Beaver Pelts that SNC Lanolin procured for the Sultan of the Barberry Coast. The ME has a huge appetite for Beaver Pelts.

      2. She went up against Robert Lighthizer, a humanoid shark who went for blood and never let go. She’s lucky that Canada retains their sovereignty.

  4. Heh …. because they are the experts, after all, their went to school for a long time.
They know everything about the social justice. Basic economics are irrelevant.

  5. Those CBC experts with all the letters after their names…are always surprised aren’t they? What’s even more surprising all those MAs and PhDs in Economics employed by the government in the Finance Department whose sole purpose is to use all those stupid macro-economic equations and models to come up with what the future holds NEVER seem to foresee this kind of stuff…which makes one wonder why we even hire these yahoos?

  6. Trudeau didn’t know, he said the economy was strong….was he lying or being lied to by his fellow incompetents ?

  7. Investment has been fleeing for years. Basically since PM Useless and his cabal took power.
When you don’t make anything or even sell your natural resources because you cripple companies with ‘downstream’ evaluations and onerous regulation you cut the nuts off your economy.
With a dollar at .75 USD companies are still fleeing south.
Government spending is a false economic indicator.
Too much of the economy is tied to housing.
This is what happens when LEAP manifesto SJW freaks are empowered by dullards who get to vote.
The Breakfast Club will now go on a pre-election spending spree and brag about their munificence.
The children of today are the slaves of tomorrow.
    The west should flee ASAP.

  8. I saw this coming for years now. The hurt will be coming …

    The globalist have F&&$ us.

  9. There was an article in Macleans about how people thought there was a recession and they (Macleans) insisted there wasn’t.

All my large customers are asking for substantial (30%) cost decreases. We are seeing a manufacturer move to Mexico. In November/December it was like my phone wasn’t working. I do commercial refrigeration service, and my customers react to cash flow perturbations immediately by not calling me when they have an issue.

Chinese money isn’t flowing into Vancouver like it was. That was the only source of any activity with Alberta slowing down.

    1. The left views manufacturing moving to Mexico or China as a good thing. It lowers CO2 emissions. All part of the climate action “plan”.

    1. TNV,the election could be held in October, but they can delay it for a year if necessary until things “stabilize” a bit.

If I was in the PMO, I’d recommend we hold off for a year, then turn on the sunny ways and throw handfuls of money everywhere. Then hold the election in mid July while everyone is on vacation.

  10. The Nisku auction yard by Hwy 2 was full of oilfield service related “accessories “ like portable lighting rigs, shovel buckets, trailers, flatbeds, et al. There’s not much left.
Even used vehicles are going south, hoovered by CDN $0.75

    1. I’m assuming you’re referring to the Ritchie Brothers yard.

Every time I travel to my house in B. C., either by air or by road, I pass by a Ritchie yard. Since I’m a shareholder, I’m interested in what’s coming up for auction. There’s usually a lot of trucks and construction equipment available for sale.

Ritchie, being an auctioneer, is doing well and might have a good 2019, if what happened in Nisku a few days ago is any indication:

  11. “I saw it coming. You saw it coming. Why didn’t they?”

    a) they have no skin in the game. Turdeau, Butts, and government economists get paid regardless of the correctness of their forecasts.

    b) Turdeau and Butts have degrees in literature. They may know how to write a book report but they know very little else.

    c) Turdeau and Butts have never really worked for a living. They have never run a business, never made anything, nor provided services to paying customers.

Yes I know Butts “resigned” but I’ll bet he is still being paid by Turdeau.

      1. NME, Butts is paid perhaps by us, but Turdeau may have asked someone else do do it. Like SNC or some other corrupt Quebec company.

  12. Trudeau, a trust fund moron who has never accomplished anything of value wins the federal election on “Bad Harper”
Trudeau cobbles together a band of LOSERS aka The Village Idiots. They pledge money around the world including 2.65 to Africa for climate change.
They fly around Canada and the world while pointing fingers at the little people and lecturing them on how they must change.
Carbon tax eliminating 2 Billion dollar fertilizer plants in western Canada. How many other projects are killed we never hear about.
For an additional 100 BILLION in Canadian debt the Trudeau Libranos have racked up name ONE ( 1 ) major infrastructure project.
Unnecessary Librabo government red tape Regulations killing the prospects of 3 pipelines valued in excess of 20 Billion dollars

Mortgage Stress test designed to take the top off Real Estate pricing but eliminating the prospects of new home buyers.
Credit, in general is tightening. Stores at Christmas 2018 are DEAD. (Its not just Amazon)

    1. But hey, if SNC is faced with the prospect of being barred from government contracts because they broke the law, legal mountains get moved to protect them jobs in Montreal.

      1. SNC Lavlin built Muskrat Falls and ran it into the ground with delays and cost overruns.
Nfld will make $0 on this project.
Quebec Hydro will make a fortune.
        They resell power for Billions.
“In 2016, the deal gets even sweeter for Quebec. The renewed contract fixes the power purchase price at one-fifth of one cent per kilowatt-hour, down from one-quarter of one cent per kWh.”
BC loves using this company to build dams.

        Cost overruns plague this company.
        Recently.
        McGill University Health Center
2 gas and oil pipeline projects in the Middle East
Looks like I was mistaken on Infrastructure projects. The New Champlain Bridge in Montreal is expected to cost between 3-5 BILLION dollars.
SNC Lavlin is responsible for 1.5 Billion of that.

    1. Or frame the narrative that because of a security threat Alberta needs to be made a US protectorate.

    2. The National Post has an article up about Alberta Independence. According to the poll 50% of Albertans want out of Canada. The comment section is very telling. Quebecers have legitimate cultural reasons for Independence. Albertans are just greedy pigs. Even tho they have contributed almost 700B to Quebec through Communist Equalization scams. https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/a-new-poll-suggests-alberta-is-the-province-that-most-wants-to-separate-from-canada-not-quebec#comments-area

      1. Alberta’s cultural reason is that their culture doesn’t support the graft and corruption that is endemic to Québec.

  13. “The Canadian economy is not likely going to get better without a radical shift in Canadian political perspectives and outlook(s)”

We can blame shit stains like Trudeau, Notley and Horgan for this mess, but it’s the idiot voters who put them there and chased out the job producers. Canada needs more than a political change, it needs a cultural change.

    1. Cultural change? With the Marxists in control of the schools. Not likely for decades and only after Canada becomes the new Venezuela.

    1. I plan to emigrate, and take my entire family with me. You Canadians (I am not, though I hold a passport) are about to get reacquainted with 2 old concepts: brain drain, and capital flight.

Now if you Albertans would get the lead out of your asses, and have a referendum already, heck I can leave Canada, and I don’t even need to travel very far!

  14. The problem is 98% of Canadians are weakling socialist whiners who descend from a long line of supplicant obedient Loyalist sheep. You are doomed. You will be eaten and you will never exist again. Canada does not deserve to exist. It is a putrid socialist hellhole that needs to be flushed down the toilet of history.

  15. Oh, ‘they’ saw it coming alright…. it just didn’t fit the rah-rah-Trudeau narrative.

You don’t sabotage your own energy, small business and manufacturing sectors without severe negative economic impact. See it coming? Hell, it’s all going exactly to plan for these traitorous socialists. The only ones caught off guard by this are the ignorant masses that rely on the partisan CBC and their anti-conservative teammates to stay informed.

And how are urban Quebecois supposed to live the high life without all that Alberta oil and gas revenue pouring in? Ha, I guess I am the ignorant one for failing to see how future budgets will just balance themselves, then. A ‘self-balancing budget’, what a clever concept. When I have some time tomorrow, I am going to call my bank and set up one of those. Then I’m going shopping.

    1. Carbon Taxes. We burn coal out here on the prairies, but switching to gas fired. Still will pay an escalating price for gas and ship the carbon taxes east. If the latest GAS pipeline is blocked, the price of gas in western Canada will become uneconomic. Prairie governments won’t be able to even pay themselves, let alone health care for the masses. It’s all part of The Plan to depopulate and destroy western Canada. The west needs to separate and go their own way through the USA.

  16. FREE SASKABERTA NOW !!!!!!! If you want a future for your children and grandchildren on the Canadian Prairies, the Overlords in the Toronto-Montreal corridor have to be eliminated from your wallet. That will NEVER happen inside Confederation. I am 54 years old and I have seen two Trudeaus do this to Alberta, once in the 80’s and now in the 20teens. I will do all in my power to see that a third time NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN !!!! I know I will be vilified by Trudeau and his Sponsored Media of Canada, but who gives a Flying Fu@$%&K at this point?

    1. Saskaberta my ass! When the GD socialists is Sask finally get rid of their socialist tendencies we can talk!!
Get rid of Sasktel, Saskpower, Saskpotash and myriad other ‘Craperations’ and maybe we can talk and move the border controls. Until then go screw yourselves, not me and those other former Saskatchewan residents that exited decades back to leave the prairie commies for a better life.
Go to, no stay in Hell!

    1. Haven’t you heard? He resigned from the PMO a couple weeks ago.
He’s probably on vacation somewhere. Plotting his return to begin Phase 2 what he started in Western Canada and Ontario

      1. Butts (UnMe?) is busy ‘manufacturing’ evidence to try and discredit JWR. Probably also meeting with Warnick and Telford to try and get their fictional spin doctor narratives consistent.

    2. I saw the same article in my doc’s office and was aghast. How could they not see that she got owned by the Yanks??

      Talk about deniers!

  17. Anyone remember that Lino Saputo gave a speech during Trudle’s boycott of the trade talks, saying that the boycott of the USMCA trade talks was producing great uncertainty for Saputo Foods, and clouding their investment planning?

Looks like that has been repeated in every industry across Canada.

Trudy’s chickens have come home to roost.

The article is absolutely correct that the government must clear the way for a rebuilding of Canadian industry by abandoning the green stupidity in power generation and allowing the exploitation of areas in which Canada has a natural advantage. And cut the crap out of government employment so that there is labor available to use in productive enterprises.

It’ll be interesting to see the response of Sche(m)er and the so-called conservatives to this sudden downturn. I am not holding my breath.

  18. Test test Well the conservative treehouse is wrong too. It isn’t the trade changes.

The two key factors outside of the oil sector and the provinces dependent on that are the slowdown and now slump in the real estate markets in Toronto Vancouver and to a much lesser extent Montreal and the tax cuts that were passed in the US in January 2018.

Starting in 2Q 2019 we are going to see a stampede of assets and jobs held by American companies that were operating in Canada moving to the US because of the tax rates making it considerably more profitable after tax to generate and report revenues in the US than Canada.

This slump is going to get a lot worse in the coming months.

IMO the investment houses all missed it because they cling/clung to the “rule” that Canada cannot slip into a recession before its major trading partner the US does. They ignored the almost unprecedented (only during PETs era has it happened before) divergence in policy trends north of the border compared to south of it.

In the US there have been massive rollbacks in taxes and regulation while here in Canada the exact opposite has happened. Financial analysts simply are not trained in how to account for this and this ignored it in there calculations.

The good news is that if as I and others predicted early last year this slump continues and worsens – especially the real estate bubble popping in Toronto – the CPC is far more likely to both win a majority AND have a mandate to excite sweeping tax and Reg changes.

    1. The slump in the residential housing market would affect retail sales, yes. The report said that capex has gone in the dumpster. You assert that the decline in capex was due to more favorable investment opportunities in the United States rather than trade issues. What evidence do you have for that?

      1. Just what the head of corporate tax in Calgary at Ernst and young reported at a Calgary school of public policy event in December pooling the info he was getting from other E&Y offices across the country and what they expected to happen in 2019.

(Pretty sure I posted that here earlier. )

As for the housing impact – there has been a significant drop in net worth and liquidity in those market that is having a large impact on the rest of the economy. Much of the lower mainland and Toronto economies have been addicted to real estate value rises driving the economy. That that is slumping/stalled is hurting everything else.

  19. Wasn’t it two moths ago 96000 jobs were created? They must have hired people to roundup the herds of pigs flying by. Oh , those jobs are all in Ottawa!

    1. Your right Canada is on a trajectory to follow Venezuela. Hide your cats and dogs.

  20. It’s called the war on prosperity and Canadians have been voting for it good and hard and getting it good and hard. The Spawn’s government is good at it as are most provinces and municipalities. They’ve all got religion now – green theocracy. To that, add the indian industry, unions and their job killing prowess, and long nurtured socialist skills at disrupting, retarding and eventually reversing growth. Despite the cyclical nature of real estate, governments have gone out of their way to ensure its drop despite the fact that housing is/was the number one industry in 8 out of 10 provinces.

  21. I, for one, am going to stockpile toilet paper. At least Venezuela doesn’t have to deal with the -33*C temperature we have this morning in Medicine Hat, Alberta. FREE SASKABERTA !!!!

    1. Good plan. I hear there is starting to be a shortage of toilet paper in North America.
And the city is thinking of instituting a brown bin program to recycle toilet paper.

      /sarcsarcsarc

  22. While y’all watch the Canadian economy slow, keep your eye on equity prices – especially in those areas now “unfavored” by the powerful. Oil, gas, timber, etc.

Watch who it is that spends the next year picking up those discount-price equities during the lull.

Then, once the right people have taken ownership, watch as the social attacks on those industries go away, allowing those equity prices to skyrocket.

Then, once again, those same “powerful” people will have solidified their ownership of Canada.

The people pulling the strings don’t care about pollution, or despoliation, or fairness. They simply know how to generate bubbles and depressions, and then always buy low.

    1. Nobody is going to pick up nothing in Canada yet. When Chrysalid Freeland the stuffed Ukrainian Sausage and Justa Turd mocked Trump in the USMCA free trade deal, remember her speeches on radical forums, and Trump slamming Justa Turd as his plane left Canada. And all the Canadian TV and media were praising how Justa Turd and Chrysalid stood up to those evil Americans. Well Trump put the screws to the scammers in Canada. Ontario and Quebec will take a heavy blow. The oil patch was screwed by Justa Turd, the environmentalists and the Indian Industry.
What did Trump do that was significant? He closed the Chinese Branch Plant Industry in Canada and Mexico.
Heavy industry left Canada years ago. The only thing left was assembly plants using Chinese and EU parts that slipped into the huge US market under NAFTA rules. Trump slammed that door on Justa Turds fingers.
So you have the Canadian housing market gone for a shit, the oil patch has gone for a shit, manufacturing has gone for a shit. All you have left is cultural industries, and Government hiring and tax subsidized Universities were the Canadian Taxpayer gets to pay for foreign students education. Increase immigration they will buy those houses that Canadians who are unemployed can’t afford. The Canadian Consumer is maxed out with taxes on taxes and no meaningful good paying jobs.. Even the farmers are taking a shit kicking. This is significant because nobody is investing in Canada. Going to see several lost generations of young Canadians and a huge brain drain. But hey on the bright side you thousands employed in Government controlled media, tv cultural events, and various government sponsored tax payed supported scams. Ha ha ha. Chretien and Martin sold off all Canadian Gold Reserves starting at 250 dollars an oz. All 1000 Metric Tonnes gone. The Fooking is just getting started. Invest in beans. Canada is going into a depression maybe some Fwence and Urdu and Hindu movies will cheer you up. Ha Ha Ha.
Get out and vote Liberal again the plan is working.

  23. But think of all those astronauts that will be hired with that 125 million dollars. And if Bombardier does the work, think of all the repair people that will have to be hired to fix the work.

  24. When you live in a Slave Ship you git fed slops and moldy bread. When you live in Canada and you pay criminal levels of taxation, with taxes on the taxes. And you only are left with enough for expensive Quebec cheese and milk and communist chicken cutlets. You don’t buy snow machines and consumer shit no more.
Even when you try to lay low and watch tv and eat Kraft dinner you get hosed. And you can’t call to whine because your phone costs too much. And then your sewer backed up and flooded the basement cuz all that tax money your town got for infrastructure went to tear up good sidewalks and install paving stones and park benches again. And the special Multicult farting, goat herding and tap dancing cultural events to try and educate you dumbass Canadians. And you call to complain and they answer in Fwence….Ha Ha Ha. Good Old Canada. Fooked Right on the bed in the name of Jesus.

  25. Tell me please, why did Scooter Brison have to resign and cause all this trouble?
Please tell me why Butts really resigned, leaving his best friend and all time buddy and pal stammering in the wind?

  26. Oh, the Liberals saw it coming alright. Maurice Strong is smiling in his grave.

  27. Hey America! How would you like to OWN the third largest proven oil reserves on earth?

    1. The Americans (and other foreigners) don’t want anything to do with Alberta’s oilsands (for now). They’ve been selling them off to the Canadian suckers at Suncor and Husky at amazingly bloated prices. Murphy, Devon, StatOil, Shell, Total, etc have all left Canada (or are in the process of leaving). Maybe they will come back if stock prices keep dropping and new governments are elected.

  28. There’s several charts floating around on the net that show Canada moving into an age demographic crisis in the next few years. How bad of an impact will this be on top of the current issues?

  29. “I saw it coming. You saw it coming. Why didn’t they?”
    ————————————————-
Because they’re wedded to their politically correct ideology of economics. They have blinders on that shield their view from reality.

    1. They did see it coming. It’s a feature of their Agenda 21, not a bug.
The Elites plan to kill us; by privation, forced rationing, and the withholding of the necessities of life until about 8 Billion(with a B)
of us are DAID! Yeah, that’s dead with a Tennessee accent.

      1. Oh I quite agree that it all fits beautifully into the Agenda 21 plans, but I don’t think this bunch can see past their politically correct ideology and realize what’s happening. Just like all the sheeple who think Canada can “save the planet” by stopping fossil fuel usage and our economy will just keep humming along, running better even, with all those green jobs.

  30. I’m as surprised as you are that a coalition of ultra-left wingnuts and Indian chiefs couldn’t run a better economy, but there you have it.

  31. Here is the plan:
Alberta and Saskatchewan turn the clock back and formally declare the region “Buffalo” (as was the original plan a long time ago until Ottawa nixed it fearing too much economic and resource power in a Western province). We get Brad Wall (hands down the most beloved political and generally nice guy in Canada) to lead the newly declared region. Equalization payment (a tax on us for just trying harder in being good at what we do) ends immediately. I cannot see the rest of “have-not-ville” stepping up to support the perpetual state of Eastern Canadian welfare (particularly Quebec) which would grant us (“Have-ville”) a much stronger bargaining position going forward. Revisit the Constitution, ammending it to remove federal powers of taxation offloading more power and responsibility to the Provinces, where it belongs in the first place.

    1. Bo – go screw yer hat! Saskatchewan can go it alone until they get rid of the government backed corp’ns so prevalent thereabouts.
Cut your damn bloodsuckers and get back to us.

    2. It can happen sooner than we think.
I would really like to see Jason Kenney while stumping say “although it’s not part of my nor my parties mandate, I am not opposed to having a referendum for Alberta and any other province that wishes to join us to explore separation from Canada.
I dont think he would lose a single vote over a statement like that.

      1. “I dont think he would lose a single vote over a statement like that.”

He might not lose a single vote over a statement like that but he would become an immediate mortal enemy target of the Toronto based media and the Laurentian Elite. And they have deep pockets when it comes to anyone even threatening to upset the apple cart.

  32. Well they did not see it coming due to anal cranial eclipse.

Where oh where is Allan S to assure us that Canada’s economy is firing on all cylinders. Did Turdo’s sphincter cut circulation of Allan’s brain?

  33. most small dead animals readers saw it coming

if we were dumb we would not hang out here

  34. CF, I moved a chunk of money about 1 1/2 years ago, as I saw the housing market headed for a dive. If the BC and Ont gov’s had not passed those laws, stemming the influx of foreign $$$$$ there would still have been an eventual down turn. Just would have taken a little longer
