Japan’s supreme court has upheld a law that effectively requires transgender people to be sterilised before their gender can be changed on official documents.
The court acknowledged “doubts” were emerging over whether the rule reflects changing social values, but said the law was constitutional.
The decision, issued Wednesday but published on Thursday, upholds a law that requires any individual wishing to change their documents have “no reproductive glands or reproductive glands that have permanently lost function,” referring to testes or ovaries.
It also requires the person to have “a body which appears to have parts that resemble the genital organs of those of the opposite gender.”
I would add to the Law governing transgenders … that they be PREVENTED from contacting any heterosexual person of their original gender in a romantic manner. This is for their own safety. Fake genital reconstruction or not … it is not nice to FOOL Mother Nature. Not nice to FOOL a normal heterosexual man or woman. It can lead to their sudden death. I am only thinking about the SAFETY of the … uh … transgender “community”
I believe you live in California, unless I’m mistaken. Your probably only a few years away from being charged for a hate crime if you refuse to have sex with a transgender. Needless to say, If Trudeau gets reelected here, Canada will be in the same boat.

About the only treatment for sexual perversion that has ever been shown to work is physical castration. Sex offenders who have been castrated routinely describe it as the best thing that ever happened to them.

It just says they can’t officially be called women if they have male genitalia and vise versa. Seems like a “Duh, no kidding” moment to me.
