    1. Easy to tear someone down, Bob. I don’t see the arrogance in Peterson that you’re suggesting with your comment.

Sad to see you choosing to criticize one of the people in the video rather than discussing the subjects at hand. But I guess that’s what trolls do. ;-(

    2. After reading the intro it is pretty obvious Day is just trying to make some cash riding on the coattails of Jordan’s fame. From a very happy senior, the angry young white man sh*t is getting a bit tiring….

      1. Yup, just riding his coattails. You know, after a few thousand WND columns, a site that has more page views this year than SDA has gotten in total, and …. 6? 7? Bestselling books.

But, no, let’s hear what the Boomers have to say about everything some more. You’ve done so well with society so far.

    3. No, he just seems that way because he so thoroughly eviscerates any SJW who bickers about reality. There is nothing more arrogant than an ignorant “progressive” and there’s no reason for him to be a victim.
That said, maybe he should just start pointing and laughing at his interrogator. I’m sure he feels that way sometimes.

    4. These people here are too taken by Peterson to allow for the fact that he’s a charlatan. That he wanted to buy a church to preach his own sermons at, that he’s full of bafflegab and is a UN-loving leftist just doesn’t wash here.

    5. absolutely. I thought I was one of the few who follow Vox. I have reading his stuff for years.

      1. Been reading Vox for over 15 years.

Vox’s world view is seen through a Christian perspective (not Churchian) and has the ability to cut through the BS and poor logic. He is well enough read and published on economics, which is logic based, to transfer into other disciplines with ease.

Vox has read and viewed a plethora of JP’s material to make a fair and much needed assessment, exposing the double-speak and lies. When JP goes to a conference for the Tri-Lateral Commission as a guest speaker, there are a lot of red flags which shoot up and start flapping in the wind.

JP is pro-UN, does much more need to be said?

    6. Oh so “arrogant”.
Well this is Canada, where self confidence based on personal ability and skill is taboo.
Peterson dares to speak from personal conviction and experience.
I suppose you feel he should be trembling before the media gurus begging for their blessing and some enlightenment?
How ever keep up the great postings,it is every good liberals duty to denigrate, demean and deny all that makes life fun.

    7. Agreed. I was an admirer of Mr. Peterson. I still feel sorry for him, and pray for him but Vox Day’s Jordanetics is a must-read. Depending on your world view, you might still think Jordan Peterson is a valuable resource. But you’ll know why. And if you’re gulled, as, I was, you’ll understand that as well. For better or worse, Vox Day is the Galileo of the Right.

  1. Both Peterson and Shapiro are very passionate about defending and supporting freedom and freedom of speech and are heroes for this effort.

Both Peterson and Shapiro have different personalities and approaches to the delivery of their premises. In my view, Peterson has a more professor/student lecturing approach to his topics and anyone who is prepared to go out on a limb in the public forum in the face of rabid opposition like he does has to have a certain level of ‘arrogance’. Arrogance is the wrong word to describe it, but the right word escapes me for the moment. A mousey person could not do what he is doing.

  2. just bought ’12 rules’. on sale even !!
regardless of where *anyone* is on the spectrum of ideology or even rationality, my approach is to cherry pick ideas,
apply then where they work best for me, and proceed with life.
even to the point of figuring out how to blow the ‘new’ ideas apart with a well placed verbal/logical argument/whatever ‘artillery shell’.

“know the enemy” kind of stuff.
