    I saw this months ago, however I was reminded of it when seeing it as the ‘follow-up video’ on another link here. Well worth watching, but here’s a summary….

    The left and their media lapdogs sold Trump as the monster lurking under the bed. When ‘the impossible’ happened and he won, the monster became real and now won’t go away. To deal with what they now view as surreal, leftards have rewritten the narrative in their own heads. The only way for Trump to change this delusion is to be seen doing ‘non-monster-like’ things for an extended period of time. Hence, the Dem/MSM/Hollywood cabal is selling the anti-Trump hatred relentlessly and painting him as a monster at every opportunity so they can keep this leftist delusion alive.

    Below in yesterday’s Reader Comments, Shamrock linked an article from this month, which claimed that comments by a KGB defector accurately described the U.S. today under Trump. I’ll provide his link again below:

    What is interesting is that the defector gave his interview in 1984. That was the exact year the NYT ran the article that said Trump would make be our best president.
    Two very opposing predictions. I think the KGB defector did not know about Donald Trump. He thought that the Uniparty would elect another globalist for president, as we nearly did. And yes, Hillary Clinton would have made his description come true. Thank God for Donald Trump, and for the NYT being actually right for once, way back in 1984. Coincidentally, that was of course the title of Orwell’s novel. He didn’t know about Donald Trump either.

      Bezmenov always referred to the dangers of (Soviet) socialism. I doubt the KGB would empower a free enterpriser like Trump.

      It doesn’t make sense, but that seems beyond the writer’s comprehension that the Soviets would never support anyone but a socialist. Maybe like the NYT they thought Trump was a Democrat, as if that would matter to them.

      Orwell also warned about the dangers of socialism rather than free enterprise.

    1. NYT is Carlos Slim’s blog. It’s serving his purpose and not losing that much money. He and Pinch Salsberg are currently in agreement on the direction of the newspaper. So, it’s highly unlikely that the newspaper will have new owner at 2024.

  9. While I approve of and support the policies of President of the USA Donald J. Trump, I become a uneasy when I see that he is being made into something mystical with cult like followers. I refuse to be drawn into that on core principles.

    Hillary Clinton has her cult of followers and we all see what that has lead to.

    1. David, many Trump supporters like Trump the president, not Trump the man. Big difference between hitlery supporters and most Trump supporters. Also, Trump is not a continuation of a previous ideology, fact he is the anti-dote to previous bull$hit, from WH Boosh all the way to Trump.

    2. When he stops been a NYC CEO you will know he has Jumped the shark….Trump is well known at all levels, except the low IQ
      News media crackheads… They exist on the crumbs that “known” gangsters provide them. Tearing down the corruption without getting compromised is a dark & lonely trail…
      So far I understand him in the NYC style.. He does have more patience than I expected…

Thing is many of us (maybe yourself included) have been bitching for years about the double standard and how conservatives just lie down and take their licks instead of going on offence and hitting back.
