More Pavilions At Volkfest

PJ Media;

A German employment court ruled that the automobile giant Volkswagen would have to reinstate an employee they fired in 2016 for allegedly recruiting people to fight for the Islamic State (ISIS) and threatening coworkers. The employee was also connected to ISIS fighters, according to police.

Don’t spread this story around. Our government will cut him a cheque.

  1. He threatened fellow employees, there should be no other consideration at play here.
    I hope VW can find a non-activist judge for their appeal, this stinks of lunacy.

  2. Change one detail of the case. Say Samir was lecturing fellow employees on the horrors of abortion … he’d be tossed out on his ass … with no legal (or UNION) redress.
    Or say Samir advocated for his fellow workers eat their housepets … as they are very tasty, when barbecued? Samir would be tossed out on his ass … with no legal (or UNION) redress.

    Well, that’s good to know. I assume that they are teaching that to all the german girls, you know- let the muzzie do what he wants to you.

  4. German car makers have been coasting on reputation for a while now. There are many reasons for it, but their industry is going to die soon.

  5. every day now, more preposterous officialdom.
    the End Times surely are just over the horizon. I mean that. and yes, others have said it since the 1800s 1700s 100s. but this is different. it’s the technology that is going to hyperaccelerate it once it really gets going.
    and the nukes and biological weapons. oyyph.

  6. just a thought, what if the ‘cultural’ mandates cited by the judgey-judge include killing judgey-judges?

  7. I’ve been driving old Mercedes since about 1990. Especially the 1980’s era Diesels. Wonderful cars.
    My Mercedes Mechanic has complained about the newer ones for at least a decade. I finally caught up. Just bought a 2001 gas wagon. I’m already into it about $2000 for “repairs” of what ought to be relatively modest things (or not break at all with the miles on it). Things like a power steering pump that costs $1000 for the part alone if you can get one.
    At the same time, I bought a 2001 Subaru Forester that clearly “had issues” but I figured I could deal with them. About $700 into the repairs, it’s essentially done. I did the brakes myself in a couple of hours on the weekend (rotors and pads and parking brake adjust and brake bleed) for about $240 for parts AND tools. The right 1/2 shaft was replaced at a local shop for $180. The Mercedes 4matic needs half shafts. One shop quoted $1000 EACH (plus incidentals and for a rebuild, not a new one)
    I’ve bought my last German car. I’m sold on the Subaru.
    Oh, I also did an oil & filter change on the Mercedes wagon. The oil filter is essentially impossible to put a normal filter wrench on it without removing the air filter housing (between air filter and firewall on TOP of the engine). You must remove 5 fasteners to remove the filter housing. Those 5 fasteners come in 3 kinds. 2 bolt hex head, 2 screw Philips head and one Allen wrench head. Really? 3 different tools for 5 similar sized fasteners? The Allen head could be a normal fastener had they just molded a curve into the air cleaner housing above it (that was empty inside at that point so no problem). Just nuts. The Subaru has an access port for the oil filter and it’s easy to replace without removing anything else.
