  4. Why are they allowed to wear those face coverings? They look like thugs. That alone would be intimidating to anyone in their vicinity. Also — it is almost an invitation to commit violence. Why do they refuse to have their face revealed? I think there should be a law against this type of face covering at public demonstrations.
