5. That’s too kind Sarge. It assumes that the Venezuelan oil industry has continued to operate at the same efficiency level as it did prior to Chavez. The truth is the Venezuelan oil industry started going into the toilet the minute it was nationalized. Oil prices could have remained steady and Venezuela would still be in this position.
